Syftet med studien är att undersöka vad som startar processen att lämna en kriminell livsstil bland kvinnor. Vidare vill vi belysa om sådana startpunkter kan teoretiskt förstås som vändpunkter. Vi vill dessutom med hjälp av normativ manlighet undersöka hur en normativ femininitet ter sig i en kriminell livsstil. Frågeställningarna lyder:Hur beskriver kvinnorna en normativ femininitet i förhållande till en kriminell livsstil? Vad har denna normativa femininitet för betydelse i en brytningsprocess?Vad ger kvinnorna som förklaring till förändring av handling och levnadssätt?Hur väl kan deras förändring av levnadssätt förstås med hjälp av begreppet vändpunkt?Metod och material: En kvalitativ studie med semistrukturerade intervjuer.

The purpose of this study is to analyze the handling of difficulties encountered by Swedish managers in Swedish subsidiaries in South Korea. By identifying the most common and possibly most manageable difficulties specific to the market we categorized them into three different groups; external difficulties, internal difficulties and difficulties related to the leadership. Depending on where in the environment and in relation to which stakeholder the difficulties originate the managing process comes to be supported through sometimes contradictory theories. Our study implies that the proper handling is crucial to satisfy local expectations which are critical for survival of Swedish companies. It also implies that the leadership skills acquired by the Swedish managers combined with the level of acceptance for foreign managers among the Korean coworkers affect how influential the manager?s ambitions are.

Miljöcertifieringssystemet för byggnader, LEED (Leadership in Energy & Environmental Design) lanserades 1998 i USA av USGBC (United States Green Building Council). USGBC är en icke vinstdrivande organisation, vars mål är att bidra till utökat hållbart byggande. Skanskas första byggnad som certifierades enligt LEED färdigställdes 2001 i den amerikanska delstaten North Carolina. I slutet av februari 2009 offentliggjordes det att Skanska skall införa systemet i sin Nordiska organisation. Undersökningen som genomförts handlar om ett av LEED New Constructions sex delområden, Materials & Resources. Materialhanteringen för ett byggprojekt som Skanska uppfört har analyserats för att avgöra huruvida det skulle kunna erhålla poäng vid en certifiering enligt LEED.

The aim with this report was to exam and surveys the internal logistics of Proton Finishing?s production. The basic data should give the company suggestions of more efficient and improved internal logistics. We will also give from our perspective suggestions of improvement, which the company will be able to evaluate.To evaluate these problems we used different kinds of methods. A frequency study was made on the internal forklift.

There are intense discussions within the European Union regarding the introduction of a European Public Prosecutor (EPP). The proposed EPP will have jurisdiction in the entire union, and will work under a unified set of rules of procedure. These procedural rules will differ from the Swedish rules of criminal procedure, especially regarding the handling of illegal evidence. The thesis describes the European legal history, especially regarding criminal procedure. The thesis also describes what the purposes and principals are in Swedish criminal procedural law, and the purposes and principals in the proposed European criminal procedural law.

Brottet våldtäkt består i att någon genom tvång eller utnyttjande företar en sexuell handling. Alla sexuella handlingar utgör dock inte våldtäkt, utan handlingen måste vara av en viss allvarlighetsgrad. De sexuella handlingar som faller under bestämmelsen om våldtäkt benämns ibland kvalificerade. Andra sexuella handlingar, som exempelvis de som rubriceras som sexuellt tvång, kallas således icke kvalificerade. En sexuell handling är kvalificerad om den med hänsyn till kränkningens allvar är jämförlig med samlag.

I den här studien har vi, med hermeneutisk filosofisk forskningsansats och kvalitativ intervju som metod, undersökt hur begreppet trygghet kan tolkas och användas i relation till pedagogisk handling. Hur pedagogens syn på trygghetsbegreppet kan visa sig i lärandesituationen mellan barn och pedagog. Intresset för begreppet trygghet växte fram från egna minnen från vår första tid i skolan då vi drog oss till minnes att trygghet var viktigt för att vilja lära. Med hermeneutiken som forskningsansats används och problematiseras vår egen förförståelse kontinuerligt med egna reflektioner och tolkningar genom hela processen. Studien behandlar och problematiserar teoretiska perspektiv av begreppet trygghet och begreppet lärande.

Studien undersöker hur Irakkriget,den väpnande konflikten mellan Irak och främst USA och Storbritannien, skildras i läroböcker för grundkursen i ämnet historia på gymnasieskolan. Utgående från Lennart Hellspongs berättelseanalys analyseras skildringarna av kriget i läroböckerna utifrån tre teman: Handling, Aktörer och Värdering. Undersökningen visar både på likheter och skillnader mellan texterna. Undersökningen bygger på en analys av 12 läroböcker för gymnasieskolan i ämnet historia och visar, bland annat, att skildringen av handling och krigets händelseförlopp börjar med olika händelser. Ur analysen går även att urskilja att läroböckerna anser att ockupationen inte var rättfärdigat då USA anföll Irak utan FN:s medgivande samt att det är USA eller George W.

The mouse (Mus musculus) is the most commonly used mammal in biomedical research and can easily be restrained by both hand and by a device. Restraining animals causes stress that not only decreases the animal?s wellbeing, but may also influence the research results. The first aim of this study was to train mice to voluntarily stand still using positive reinforcement training. Another benefit of teaching a mouse to stand still is that you can avoid anaesthesia for some procedures.

Most of the city of Uppsala rests on postglacial clay with a varying content of sulphur. The sulphur occurs naturally in the clay in reduced form as sulphide and the clay is for that reason usually called ?sulphide clay?. Excavation during construction activities gives rise to large amounts of excavation material, of which the sulphide clay is a considerable part.When the clay is exposed to air and water, an oxidation of the sulphides occurs which may produce an acid leachate and the mobilisation of heavy metals bound in the clay or underlying material. The aim of the work has been to improve our understanding of the behaviour of sulphide clays and produce a basis for risk assessment in the future handling of excavation material with high sulphide content.

This master thesis was done for a company called BRUKS which is active in woodprocessing,bio-energy and bulk Material handling industry. The idea for the master thesis wasto develop a new reclaiming method for silos where wood chips are being stored. A mediumsegment of between 1000 ? 5000 m3was defined as the segment with the most sales potential.Two different concepts were produced, one for new constructions and one for rebuildingalready existing silos.In the beginning of the master thesis a lot of time was spent on visiting different BRUKSoffices and customers to get an overview of the industry and the product. This informationwas the basis when the idea generating phase began.

In article 1.2 c) EC regulation 852/2004 it says that the regulation is not applicable to producers who directly supply small quantities of primary products to the final consumer or to the local retailers who in their turn directly supply the final consumer. An almost identical regulation can be found in article 1.3 c) EC regulation 853/2004. The supply by a primary producer of small quantities of primary products, of animal origin or not, are consequently excepted from these two hygiene regulations. In article 1.3 EC regulation 852/2004 and article 1.4 EC regulation 853/2004 it says that the member states are to establish national rules in their national legislation as to the regulation of exception for small quantities. The aim of this study was to investigate the handling of small quantities of primary products distributed locally in Sweden but also the handling of these products in other countries.

Today there is an even higher demand on IT-projects success rate compared to a few years ago. IT-projects must be handled more efficiently and result in a more profitable investment. In order to make the handling of IT-projects more efficient and create profitability the developers must have a broad understanding of the IT-projects characteristics and which factors that affect the result of the projects. Changes within IT-projects are often carried out through the development of a system. Since this change is more common when it comes to IT-projects it is important to handle risk and change within these kinds of projects in order to prevent and avoid uncontrolled changes.

Handling materials and packaging, which is the focus of this study, requires efficient logistics, both internally and between companies. To achieve an efficient material flow, good information systems, whose role is to collect, store, process and distribute information, are required. The assumption that packagings are handled in an efficient manner is currently not a matter of course, when many companies do not prioritize the internal management of the package.The purpose of this report was to investigate how medium-sized businesses working with distribution and handling of spare parts packaging can improve their internal management of packaging. In order to answer the purpose, we have used an abductive process and a qualitative data collection. The study had Logistic Center Ljungby (LCL) at Electrolux Laundry Systems (ELS) as a case company and two other respondents, Nibe in Markaryd and Enertech in Ljungby.

SammanfattningBakgrundI läroplanen (Utbildningsdepartementet, 1998, rev 2010) står det att barnen ska genom sin dag i verksamheten söka och inta ny kunskap med hjälp av att leka, umgås med andra, utforska omgivningen och skapa på olika sätt, de ska även undersöka olika fenomen och prata med andra barn och vuxna samt reflektera över det som de gjort. Detta tillsammans med litteratur från forskare sammanfattar allt vad bakgrunden behandlar på ett bra och övergripande sätt som ger en kunskap om barns lek och lärande och matematik i förskolan.SyfteTanken med vår studie är att observera hur några små barn utforskar genom en handling olika material i vatten och om deras handlingar förändras.Hur gör barn när de får utforska olika material i vatten på egen hand? När barn möter samma material flera gånger, hur förändras deras handlingar?MetodStudien är kvalitativ och vi har använt oss av fenomenologin som teoretisk ansats för bearbetning och analys. Observationerna gjordes med hjälp av verktyget löpnande protokoll. Det var sju barn som observerades vid ett till fem tillfällen.
