Motivationsarbete och dess påverkan på att behålla biträdande jurister på en advokatbyrå : En kvalitativ fallstudie på fem av Sveriges största advokatbyråer
Syftet med uppsatsen a?r att beskriva hur fem av Sveriges sto?rsta advokatbyra?er arbetar praktiskt med att motivera sina bitra?dande jurister i yrkesrollen. Uppsatsens teoretiska referensram baseras pa? Maslows behovshierarki. Motivation på distans : En studie om motivation inom bemanningsföretag
Uppsatsens syfte är att skapa förståelse för motivation inom bemanningsföretag. Detta gör vi genom att undersöka vilka faktorer som konsulter anser sig motiverade av och hur konsultchefer arbetar med motivation. Vi valde att inrikta oss på bemanningsbranschen då det är en kraftigt växande bransch där det råder speciella anställningsförhållanden. Då konsultchefer utgör den närmaste kopplingen för konsulterna till bemanningsföretaget har de en central roll i deras anställning. I och med att det ofta finns en distans mellan konsulter och konsultchefer tror vi att det finns särskilda förutsättningar som påverkar motivation i denna bransch.
Fallstudie av två företag, om etnisk mångfald
The purpose of our essay was to understand better how two companies manage ethnical diversity in their organization and standards of a multicultural organization. For study objects we selected two companies nominated as ?good examples? of companies working with ethnical diversity in their organization. The study objects are Föreningsparbanken and Pågen AB in Sweden. The result verifies that both companies have by some term a heterogenic staff of workmen in some parts of the organization although the heterogeneity occurs only on a lower level at the organizational hierarchy.
Genusnormer p? Kvinnofolkh?gskolan: En fallstudie av deltagarnas upplevelse och skapande av kunskap och identitet i ett separatistiskt rum
Through a critical discourse analysis this study explores the gender norms that students on Kvinnofolkh?gskolan produce, reproduce and experience. Kvinnofolkh?gskolan is built on the understanding that the world discriminates against women politically, culturally, economically and socially, and thus intends to give women, non-binaries and trans people an education with a feminist alignment. Despite studies being made on gender segregated schools as identity forming, I argue that there is a lack of studies that show how gender discourse and theory is produced in contexts where men are excluded.
Den sociala rörligheten bland frälse- respektive skattebönder i Björklinge socken 1786?1848
Between 1750 and 1850 the population of Sweden doubled. The increase was very unequally distributed among the different social groups of the rural population. The number of peasants grew very little, while the numbers of the landless (crofters, bordars etc.) more than quadrupled. This study examines whether Christer Winberg's thesis of the landless growth can be applied to Björklinge parish in Uppland. Winberg believes that it was mainly children of tenant farmers who became landless.

Dagens samhälle präglas av en vilja att göra karriär. Att göra karriär innebär för många att bli chef eller att på något sätt nå en ledande position där man har makten att bestämma över andra. Det finns en uppsjö av litteratur kring hur man är en bra chef, hur man utvecklar ledaregenskaper samt hur man gör karriär. Det saknas dock forskning som fokuserar på hur man blir en ledare. Alltså vilka faktorer och egenskaper som är viktiga eller avgörande för att man ska nå sin målsättning att bli just chef.Syftet med denna uppsats är att belysa de faktorer som banar väg till en ledande position inom ett företag eller en organisation.

Honey has been used for a long time in most civilizations and apiculture is an important activity sector in many parts of the world. The trend is an increase in honey production but a decrease in the number of beekeepers in Sweden. Honeybees live in a highly developed society with a strong hierarchy and a well organized distribution of the tasks. They visit a broad spectrum of plants and collect nectar to store it as honey.
IKT som stöd för krishantering i skolmiljö
IKT (Informations- och Kommunikationsteknologi) är något som idag präglar vårt samhälle vilket leder till att dess användningsområden numera enbart begränsas av vår egen fantasi. Att använda IKT vid kriser ser vi idag som en självklarhet, men hur ser egentligen användningen av IKT ut före, under och efter en kris ut bland kommunala skolor?Studies resultat, som baserats på svar från två kommuner belägna i olika delar av Sverige, visar att kommunala regleringar och policys till stor del styr hur IKT används vid krissituationer. Kommunen säger att all officiell information skall publiceras via deras hemsida, vilket begränsar i vilken utsträckning skolan kan använda IKT i krissituationer. Resultat av studien visar också att det är främst verktygen som personalen använder i det vardagliga arbetet som också används till hjälp i krisarbetet och att sociala medier används i viss mån..
Heteronormativ fantasy? En queerteoretisk analys av sex fantasyromaner
The aim of this Master?s thesis is to examine how six fantasynovels reflects or breaks the heteronormativity in society bylooking at how gender roles and sexuality are described.The theoretical framework is based on Judith Butler's theoryabout the heterosexual matrix which requires two separategenders and a compulsory heterosexuality and YvonneHirdman's two principles about dichotomy and hierarchy.The method used was idea analysis where dimensions basedon the theoretical framework were constructed. Thesedimensions were: behaviour, tasks, relationships and roles.The result shows that all of the books both breaks andreflects the society's values on gender and sexuality. Thereare some stereotypes present, for example that intuition isassociated with femininity and physical strength withmasculinity. However, the books also offer characters ofboth sexes that break the gender stereotypes, such asstrong women and emotional men.

When we started this study we quickly saw that almost all the previous research that we find was focused and concentrated on the fact that the employees should be motivated. The research also presents a top-down perspective which means from the head to the employee. A Swedish newspaper wrote in an article that 1/3 of all Swedish heads can?t motivate their employers. A Swedish internet platform discusses this and says that heads need to be motivated to be able to motivate people around himself.

The work isbased on a qualitative approach. The choice of this method gave the information neededfor a perfect result.Interviews were conducted through personal meetings with active officers which alsoprovided the opportunity to ask follow-up questions and the respondents were given theopportunity to share their experiences.

Verksamhetsförändring : Sociologiska perspektiv på implementeringen av barnkonventionen inom BVC
This study aims to create an understanding of how employees relate to directives that come from a level above them in the hierarchy and is to be implemented in their working activities. This is studied by examining a case where a work group has tried to implement orders, given to them by the government and through a work group in the level above them in the organizations, concerning how employees working with child health care is to educate parents regarding the child convention. The method that have been use in this study is group interviews with 19 child health care nurses and the two main questions that are asked is why has it been difficult to implement the orders and how have the child health care nurses expressed their resistance to the changes, this since only five of the nurses had begun working with the child convention. The theories that have been used focus on how resistance towards change is expressed, organizational incapability and reluctance towards change, as well as how grass root bureaucrats relates to change. The conclusion that can be drawn from this study is that it is important to let the concerned parties participate from the beginning of the process, to minimize their reluctance to the changing process.
