This study analyzes academic narratives about modernity and secularism in Turkey between 1980 and 2007 using the concepts historical orientation, narratives of modernity and landscape of modernity formulated by the German theoretician Jörn Rüsen and developed by Swedish historian Martin Wiklund..

Per Wahlöö is one of Swedens most internationally renowned authors with the crime novels about Martin Beck as the crown jewel. His career as a journalist is not that famous. The cardinal question in this paper therefore is whether the social criticism that made his authorship so famous emanates from the journalism he produced before or simultaniously with his work as a novelist. To do so I have used a text analytical method on all of Per Wahlöös journalistic writings between the years 1947 and 1965. The sources have consisted of both daily newspapers, most notably Kvällsposten, and weekly magazines like Veckorevyn and Folket i Bild.

Målet med utredningen i denna rapport har varit att kartlägga Martin Olssons transporter som körs av sju åkerier i Stockholmsregionen. Informationen från kartläggningen har sedan analyserats i syfte att ta fram ett förslag för ett transportupplägg för det studerade transportflödet. Information om flödena samlades in under en vecka och kan ses som ett stickprov på transportbehovet eftersom detta kan variera över året. Av den information som fanns tillgänglig att jämföra med var veckan dock förhållandevis representativ i jämförelse med andra perioder.Utredningen i rapporten gav efter analyser att dynamisk ruttplanering skulle ge minskade kostnader med ungefär 20 % under den studerade tidsperioden. Besparingen baserades på transportkostnaden, räknat i åkarens kostnader, för dynamisk ruttplanering jämfört med dagens zonplanering.

Denna undersökning analyserar ett urval stildrag och språkaspekter i tre av Hjalmar Söderbergs fyra romaner: Förvillelser (1895), Martin Bircks ungdom (1901) och Doktor Glas (1905) och relatera resultatet till Peter Cassirers motsvarande analys av stilen och språket i novellsamlingen Historietter (Cassirer 1970).Undersökningen är av stilistisk karaktär och studerar huruvida texter i olika genrer av en och samme författare kan skilja sig, eller visa sig överensstämma, med den övriga produktionen. Metoden är kvalitativ när det gäller de motiviska aspekterna och berättarsynvinkeln och kvantitativ när det gäller de språkliga och allmänt stilistiska aspekterna.Resultatet visar att somliga stilaspekter sammanfaller mellan novellerna i Söderbergs Historietter och hans romaner, speciellt vad gäller de språkliga aspekterna. Andra stildrag är inte gemensamma, men detta beror huvudsakligen på att noveller och romaner har skilda format, såsom längd och uppbyggnad. Detta gäller till exempel aspekterna på miljö och persongalleri. Det beror även på att Söderbergs flanörstil är tydligare i hans romaner än i hans noveller.

The purpose of this Bachelor thesis is to examine how user-friendly the OPAC of the Märsta public library is considered to be.Theoretical basis are HCI and Allwoods definition of usability. Issues are: Is the OPAC suited to its task? Is the OPAC user-friendly? How well does a user accept the OPAC? and What degree of competence is shown by users of the OPAC? Företaget har starka värderingar och arbetar för att skapa en lokal profil där de strävar efter en spårbarhet genom hela kedjan, från uppfödning till konsument vilket skiljer dem från de stora konkurrenterna. Vi har fått i uppdrag av Kils slakteri att skapa en informationsfilm som ska uppfylla deras önskemål som innebär att öka medvetenheten hos konsumenterna, och att marknadsföra företagets värderingar och budskap till målgruppen på ett så tilltalande sätt som möjligt. Slutprodukten skall ligga uppe på Kils slakteris hemsida och kommer att vara ca 6 minuter lång. Vi har gjort en kvantitativ enkätundersökning med 100 respondenter ur vår kunds egendefinerade målgrupp. Syftet med enkäten var inte att ta reda på målgrupp, utan snarare att ta reda på vad den existerande målgruppen trodde sig kunna om köttproduktion och konsumtion, samt vad de hade för åsikter och attityder gentemot köttindustrin.

Syftet med studien Maktens ideologier och språk i svenska skolors värdegrunder är att systematiskt analysera innehållet i skriftliga dokument som kan sägas utgöra eller har utgjort värdegrunder för allmänna svenska skolor. Resultaten visar att det finns en relativt tydlig koppling mellan den rådande maktordningen i samhället och den värdegrund som råder i allmänna svenska skolor. Detta tycks gälla oavsett historisk epok och oavsett vilka ideologier - religiösa eller politiska - de dominerande maktgrupperna förespråkar.
