Sweden is going through big changes within the bank sector. Increasing card usage, decrease of cash acceptance in the society, an attempt to reduce money laundering, and a possible increase in profitability has lead to the rescindment of cash Management among three of the four major banks. This has lead to a big debate in the society, a lot of frustration from customers, and a drop in customer satisfaction for every bank that started the process of removing cash Management. The purpose of this study is to find out how the banks could keep their customer satisfaction when removing cash Management. When doing the study, the rescindment of cash was a deduction of a part of the service, compared to the normal adding or starting of a service. The study was done through a focus group that was the base of a questionnaire that got answered by 125 respondents.

Vi har genom intervjuer med företag och revisorer kommit fram till den här slutsatsen:I praktiken har inte företagen upplevt några större pro-blem. Företagens problem består dels av det merarbete som kommer av URA 46, dels de höjda konsultkostna-derna som följer av värderingsproblematiken. The aim of this work was to investigate possible risk factors for colic in horses, and to describe what horse owners can do to prevent this condition. The gastrointestinal system of the horse is constructed for continuous high fibre consumption for a period up to eighteen hours a day. Under those conditions, the continuous flow of digesta stimulates gut motility so that the intestines move constantly. When the diet is changed rapidly and the horse is being fed high rations of concentrates each day, the risk of getting colic is higher compared to when consuming less concentrates and giving the horse a stable diet. Lack or absence of access to water and restricted allowance to move freely every day increases the risk of colic. Då konkurrensen mellan företag har blivit hårdare och att behålla de talangfulla medarbetarna blivit viktigare har Talent Management fått större utrymme i dagens forskning och fler företag har börjat använda sig av det. Vi har utgått från ett företagsledningsperspektiv och har därför valt att intervjua respondenter på ledande positioner. Sex personer har intervjuats och vi har sedan analyserat resultatet med hjälp av olika teorier inom ämnet Talent Management. Syftet har varit att undersöka om Talent Management kan leda till konkurrensfördelar för företaget.Det som framkommit under empirin är att respondenterna är positiva till arbetet med Talent Management och kan se många fördelar till följd av detta.

The aim of this study was to increase the knowledge about if and how the National Value System?s goal of a life with dignity for the elderly pervades the work in home care organisations. The study was based on a qualitative research method and was conducted through interviews with professional care givers in home care organisations, there were five individual interviews and one pair interview. The background for this study was the National Value System for the eldercare that was introduced in 2011. The theory of New Public Management and the concept of Rationality of Caring were used to analyse the result.

The information market is constantly changing. With new and improved information technology more people get access to more information faster. However, the number of people educated to handle information also increases. Business intelligence has for a long time been a well-known tool for companies to be competitive. Because of the increased access to information the competition between companies has intensified and more people have become aware of the advantages of business intelligence and how it can help them compete.

The investigation was initiated because of the high workload of the sellers and, additionally, because the Tunadal sawmill has received low ratings in customer surveys. Thus,  two main approaches are adopted here,  the first being to investigate which of the three methods  of working, namely, market divided flow organization, function organizationand flow organization with collaboration, proves to be the most beneficial. The second is to investigate whether there is an available method to ease the daily work. A literature review has been made in order to determine more efficient ways for the sellers to work in the Tunadal sawmill. During the investigation, an in-depth investigation into the total quality Management using a balanced scorecard as a Management tool was conducted.
