Det finns dock en risk att agentens tillva?gaga?ngssa?tt fo?r att fa? sponsorinta?kter, genom till exempel marknadsfo?ring och associationer, tra?nger ut spelarens inre motivation.

This paper attempts to illustrate a gap when it comes to the knowledge about unpaid volunteers in Swedish organisations. The person-oriented explanations of individual preferences when choosing an orientation in which to volunteer does not suffice to explain and enlighten the fact that there is a gender-based division that orientates women towards voluntary work within organisations with a social direction, while men tend to choose sports-oriented voluntary tasks. This illustrates a pattern that is common in society in general. Eight interviews including four women volunteering in socially oriented organisations and four men in sports-oriented organisations have been conducted. An attempt has been made to explain results from earlier research as well as the respondents reasoning about their voluntary work with gender related theories.

The professional football clubs can today be compared with company with profit aim, but the difference is that they also want to achieve sporting successes. In ten years, the Swedish Premier DivisionÂŽs turnover has more than doubled and because of the strong economic development the license of elite was introduced. The license of eliteÂŽs criteria means that professional football clubs must have positively equity and requirements on approved or authorized auditor. Most of the professional football clubs are run as a non-profit association and legislations for these are relatively unclear compared with limited companies. The purpose of this study is to create understanding for how the audit process is implemented in professional football clubs compared with a limited company.

Syftet med denna uppsats Àr att undersöka gymnasieelevers uppfattning om hÀlsans integre-ring i idrott och hÀlsa undervisningen. Studien handlar Àven om att undersöka elevernas upp-fattning till hÀlsofrÄgor i allmÀnhet. Uppsatsen genomfördes pÄ en gymnasieskola i södra Sverige dÀr elever frÄn ett teknikprogram respektive ett barn-och fritidsprogram intervjuades genom kvalitativa intervjuer i tvÄ stycken fokusgrupper. Dessa fokusgrupper bestod av cirka fyra till fem elever i varje grupp. Svaren frÄn bÄda fokusgruppsintervjuerna analyserades med hjÀlp av habitus som en teoretisk utgÄngspunkt. Resultatet visar att eleverna anser att hÀlsa Àr starkt förknippat med fysisk aktivitet.

Syftet med projektet Àr att analysera hur division Ground Support Services pÄ SAAB Aerotech arbetar med processledning för att verka för stÀndiga förbÀttringar. Syftet kan brytas ned i följande tvÄ huvudpunkter: ? Kritisk utvÀrdering av ledningsprocessen inom verksamhetsledningssystemet. ? Identifiera förÀndringar som krÀvs för att division Ground Support Services ska kunna verka för stÀndiga förbÀttringar och dÀrmed bli bÀttre ur ett kund respektive kvalitetsperspektiv.

This report is the written documentation of a project work carried out at the Division of Engineering Materials at LuleÄ University of Technology in cooperation with Seco Tools AB. The project deals with the analysis of residual stresses in Ti-Al-N thin film grown on WC/Co cutting inserts. The composition of Al varied from 0% up to 75%. Increasing the Al content in the Ti(1-x)Alx N compound improves the compressive residual stresses even after annealing of the material. The experiments have been performed in a high temperature x-ray diffractometer (HTXRD) where the interplanar atomic spacing was determined in-situ and subsequent converted into stresses.

Abstract:The purpose of this study is to examine what actually makes Russia an incomplete democracy, despite of all the formal democratic institutions and legal democratic rights.The research method used for this essay has been qualitative case study, which strives to answer two research questions: Which democratic principles are not respected in Russia? How does the executive power control the political arena? The theoretical framework used for this study consists of a model based on Dahls Polyarchy theory and the Rule of Law concept. The conclusions points out that very little have formally changed in Russia regarding democratic rights and the constitution. The democratic decline is due to political manoeuvres and undue political influence. There is no proper division of power and the executive powers are not controlled by a system of checks and balances.

Bakgrund: Förekomsten av skador inom fotbollen Àr stor vilket drabbar den enskilde spelaren bÄde psykiskt och fysiskt. Syfte: Att undersöka om det fanns nÄgot samband mellan lÄg poÀng (14 poÀng eller mindre) med FMS och ökad skaderisk hos manliga amatörspelare i fotboll. Material och metod: TvÄ fotbollslag i division tre och fyra deltog i studien. Ena laget fungerade som interventionsgrupp och den andra som kontrollgrupp. BÄda lagen fick utföra en FMS.

The focus of this thesis is upon how conceptions of globalization is created by the labour-organizations Lands-organisationen (LO) and Svenskt NĂ€ringsliv. It is possible to discern two arguments for globalization in the texts, economy and democracy, and it is around these that the discourses of globalization are being constructed. Economy turns into a basic logic in the discourses of globalization. How to perceive the role of economy, as positive or negative, differs. Still, there is an agreement of the influence of economy.

In this essay i argue that there are three different variables that may be able to control the outcome of certain foreign policy choices. These three variables are External Threats, government division and public opinion. The Essay also tries to identify former president Bush motives behind the 2003 Iraqi War. It is partly argued that the three variables had a certain amount of influence on Bush decision making process. But the main focus lies on the motives behind the attack.

Det stÀlls högre krav pÄ organisationers ekonomistyrning vilket medför att den traditionella budgeten ersÀtts eller kompletteras med ett eller flera verktyg. Syftet med denna uppsats Àr att undersöka hur ett företag anvÀnder en metod för att styra sin organisation med rullande prognoser i kombination med balanserade styrkort. För att fÄ svar pÄ detta gjorde vi en fallstudie inom en division i en processindustri. Studien visade att företaget brutit ned sin vision och strategi genom en kombination av verktygen.

This thesis examines the European Union's sanctions policy regarding human rights and interdependence. Previous research has discussed whether sanctions are effective or result in desirable outcomes. This paper aims to take a step back and understand motives by analyzing consistency in the EU?s decisions to impose sanctions. The question is relevant because formal justification can be used to cloak actual motives, and by examining actual decisions, the analyses shed light on motives.

At the Division of Electricity at Uppsala University there is an experimental rig forhydroelectric generators. The experimental rig?s vital part is a 12-pole synchronousmachine, whose electrical characterizing parameters (resistances, inductances andtime constants) are unknown. The aim of this thesis is to characterize the machine inits current state by perform a Standstill Frequency Response (SSFR) test. From theanalysis of the measurement data, which is a part of the test, a set of basic parametershave been received.

This paper examines, through questionnaire, how young students in upper secondary school in Malmo experience social integration. It also contain what they think should be done in order to improve the integration between youth that are ethnic Swedish and youth that have a foreign background. To understand the subject we started with a review over Swedish integration politic and its influence over Malmo and social integration in the country. We have used such theoretical starting points as identity and ethnicity in relations to the social surroundings, social affinity theory and flexible mindedness, making of groups among youth and factors to promote social integration. Our conclusion is that the experience of social integration between the two groups depends on how you experience yourself.
