A degree thesis about quality control and assurance in construction. Made in cooperation with Wästbygg. An analysis was made of the self-monitoring control that is conducted during the construction. The data was collected from interviews from personnel employed by Wäsbygg as either work-leader, project-manager or quality- and environmental-coordinator. During the study there was also a review of the literature in the subject.

Bakgrund och problem: De senaste decennierna har årsredovisningarna blivit allt längre ochmer blivit ett informationssystem. Investerare, finansanalytiker och andra nyckelintressenterställer krav på företagen att bredda sina upplysningar så att de inte endast innehåller rent finansiellinformation. Användarna av årsredovisningen vill ha mer tillförlitlig information omviktiga drivkrafter för företagets värdeskapande förmåga i framtiden. Då den traditionellaekonomiska rapporteringen inte helt avspeglar dessa värdeskapande drivkrafter tvingas företagenlämna frivilliga upplysningar för att tillgodose användarnas krav.Syfte: Syfte med studien är att studera hur mycket, samt vad, som skrivs om ekonomistyrningi svenska företags årsredovisningar. Vidare ämnar studien undersöka om det eventuellt skiljersig åt mellan olika branscher men avseende på mängden upplysningar.Avgränsningar: Studien omfattar företag med sin huvudnotering på OMX Nordiska BörsenStockholms Large Cap.

En av de vanligaste komplikationerna inom sjukvården är spridning av vårdrelaterade infektioner, såsom Multi Resistenta Staphylococcus Aureus, (MRSA). Det finns idag olika handhygienåtgärder för att förhindra spridningen. Syftet med denna studie var att genom en evidensbaserad litteraturstudie undersöka effekten av handhygien för att förhindra spridning av MRSA. Litteraturstudien baserades på två frågeställningar: Kan spridning av MRSA minskas med handhygienrutiner? Finns hinder för handhygienrutiner? Studien innehöll åtta vetenskapliga artiklar och granskades utifrån mall för kvalitetsbedömning.

The purpose of our study is to examine the case managers reasoning and descriptions of empowerment as a method in their social work from a comprehensively perspective including family members. To manage with this purpose we interviewed two case managers, two clients with mental disabilities and five family members. We have come to the conclusion that the case managers works more consist of advocacy than empowerment. Despite that we have found that the long term goal for the case mangers work is to give the clients tools for empowerment. Our results also show that the clients feel that they have gained and increased their ability to do things by themselves and to be a part of the community.

Purpose: To evaluate the management development course held at FöreningsSparbanken in Ronneby during 2000. The evaluation aims to map and describe what effects the course has had on the participants. We will assess to what degree the effects meets the objectives of the course set by the manager of the bank (future management recruitment, leadership, change catalyst, aligning the strive towards a shared organisational objective). Above mentioned also implies that the organisation should be influenced in some regards. Conclusion: Our conclusion is that all of the participants have as a result of the course increased their emotional intelligence in varying levels. We also conclude that the course participants? progress has not spread to the non-participants.

Every organization goes through the same lifecycle. Through every step in the transformation to a better organization the communication structure changes. In this report there are examples of the communicational disadvantages that is connected to the communicational structure.By choosing to not have a formal communicational design, the manager takes a risk in spreading the information, the interaction, the control and the balance in creativity and constraint.This case organizations problem is that some parts of the organization has made more progress in the communicational structure than other parts. In this case the Collectivity structure has met the Formalized structure.Tha structural differences has came to affect the way of sharing information and it has become a situation where the information about the products is not stored in a safe way from a quality point of view. There is a gap between the two different ways of communicate.In this report I have created a model to identify problems in the communication structure.

In my essay I have examined how teachers look upon their role as leader in the classroom. I have interviewed six teachers, senior level ones and teachers from the upper secondary school, about how they look upon tasks that involve planning, control, motivation, groups, and individuals. Based on their answers, I have analyzed if there is anything that can be related to a common leader competence within their profession and, in that case, how it will appear.The result that I have found has been that it exists a common leadership style that teachers are more or less conscious of. The teachers decide on what level the classes or the pupils are andafter that decision they plan their education. The leadership in the classroom can be of different kinds depending on the situation.

In the new Library Act of 2014, it is stated that public library supply should be characterized by quality. To investigate what this means for the library, I do a functional analysis of ideas of librarians' views on quality and how they work with purchasing, weeding and mediation. I have chosen to limit the essay to fiction for adults in Swedish public libraries. By combining the basal idea analysis, where I investigate librarians' ideas about quality, with an operational analysis of ideas, where I examine the effects librarians' quality ideas get for the daily work, Iwant to find out the librarians' quality ideals.The material I analyze consists of 18 questionnaires, filled out by librarians with responsibility for purchasing and / or thinning in libraries across Sweden. The analysis is done with an analytical schedule, that consists of a number of opposing ideal types taken from previous research on quality, purchasing, thinning or mediation.

Styr is a computer program that the construction company NCC use in their construction projects. The program is used to keep the economy of their projects in a good order and things for the best in an early phase. The problem is a low extent of utilization. During the latest decade NCC has put a lot of job and money trying to develop the program. The question is how to get the employees to use the program in a greater extent.

Detta projekt undersöker en praktisk lösning av virtualisering i Ubuntu-server med kvm och virt-manager för användning i en moln- eller Network-as-a-service-miljö. Projektet inkluderar även en jämförelse mellan webbservermjukvaran NginX och Apache2 och en jämförelse mellan videokonferensmjukvaran BigBlueButton och OpenMeetings genom att mäta CPU, Minnes och Nätverksbelastning till de virtuella servrarna vid 1 till 20 uppkopplingar från en klientmaskin.Utifrån projektets resultat rekommenderas Apache2 som webbserver då installationen är enklare och skillnaden i resursanvädning är försummbar och Openmeetings som videokonferesserver då detta alternativ är det mer kompletta..

As a result of increased energy prices more and more energy-efficient homes are coveted. An energy-efficient alternative is passive houses, which is characterized by an extremely well insulated building envelope that recovers the heat without the use of radiators or under floor heating. But a passive house requires a higher investment cost than a conventional building project, since it will require more construction materials, training of construction workers, greater land area, and long construction period. But the lower operating cost expects to pay back the higher cost of investment. We therefore question how profitable a passive house is in relation to houses built according to modern conventional building techniques.The aim of our study is to investigate the viability of passive houses compared to convent­ional houses.

The aim of this thesis is to get a better understanding of how the management control system works at V&S Distillers. V&S Distillers went through an organizational change in the beginning of 2005. The marketing function went from being a country-driven to a category-driven organization. Among other things this resulted in increased cooperation between employees in different geographical locations. We aim to analyze how a geographical distance affects relations and the use of management control.

Tuna Park är ett nyetablerat företag som består av tre delar en galleria, en storhandel och volymhandel centrumledaren Berentsen har även varit samarbetsvillig från början då vi tillsammans kom överens om undersökningsområdet, för att sedan kunna hjälpa företaget att kommunicera ut sitt varumärke på ett effektivt sätt. Det har gjorts två undersökningar en enkät- och en fokusgruppundersökning.

I denna litteraturstudie har vi ämnat undersöka vad inkludering innebär, med fokus på elever med autism, asperger syndrom och ADHD. Vi har också undersökt vad effekten blir av att ha elever med dessa diagnoser i det vanliga klassrummet samt sökt strategier för att hjälpa dem. Genom att samla in data från vetenskapliga artiklar har vi nått vårt syfte som vi sedan analyserat utifrån ett specialpedagogiskt perspektiv. Resultatet visar att inkluderad undervisning innebär att alla elever ska undervisas tillsammans och att det är skolans uppgift att möta alla elevers olikheter och anpassas efter olikheterna. Effekterna av den inkluderande undervisningen har visat sig vara både positiva och negativa.

En av Skolverkets tankar med de nationella proven är att de ska fungera som en bedömnings mall vilket lärarna i vår studie också använde sig av men ansåg samtidigt att deras bedömning av eleverna kunde ske utan de nationella proven. Vårterminen 2009 infördes nationella prov för årskurs 3. Skolverket och regeringen beslutade att proven skulle bli obligatoriska i både svenska och matematik samtidigt infördes mål att uppnå i båda ämnena för årskurs 3. Syftet med vår undersökning är att undersöka betydelsen av nationella prov i svenska årskurs 3 med särskilt fokus på lärarnas planering och bedömning. Vi har använt oss av en kvalitativ studie där vi har intervjuat lärare på två olika skolor om deras syn på nationella proven.
