Through the frame of Instagram family members seems switched to furnitures and the so-called smartphone surely opened the door to new, digital places. Social media has become part of the life of many and, as an effect, also of the way we do our homes. In the era of digitalization, the concept of sharing has gotten some new dimensions where the borders of private and public, here and there, becomes blurred. Why do people post pictures of their homes on Instagram? How is it performed and what boundaries are pushed in the process? These have been some of the main topics guiding this thesis.

The public city space as a room of democracy and right to free speech is by some people considered threatened by commercial interests, and street art has become a way to demonstrate disapproval towards this. Street art is illegal and often anonymously performed in our cities. It developed in the late 1970s from the urban graffiti scene in America, and has therefore a lot in common with the graffiti movement.

AbstractWe all have experience of dwelling, which means that everyone can have an opinion about the architecture of the dwelling. Today the building companies do not have time enough to investigate which architecture qualities their clientele ask for in their apartments. JM AB use to call their apartments ?generous city apartments?. But do these apartments fulfill the needs of their dwellers? And what would the apartments look like if they were designed according to the wishes of the dwellers? When JM AB get knowledge about the dwellers needs and wishes they can make even better apartments for their future customers.The purpose and the objective with this report are to draw up proposals for tenant owner flat.

AbstractReading books to children is often an integral part in preschool activities. The purpose of thisstudy is to investigate how educators think about the educational function of literature inpreschool activities. I have in my study used qualitative interviews with active educators andobservations to answer my questions about why the educator reads to the children, how theeducator thinks about the choice of literature and if the literature can contribute to thechildrens development and if so, how. The knowledge- and research background presentsliterature and previous research done on the subject. The results of my study shows that theeducators have many thoughts about the importance of literature in preschool.

Denna kvalitativa studies syfte är att ta reda på vad pedagoger i förskolan har för intentioner med regelbunden högläsning. Vi har undersökt hur förskollärarnas och barnens samspel tar sig uttryck vid denna företeelse, samt vilka faktorer som har betydelse då pedagogerna väljer litteratur till högläsningsstunden efter lunch i förskolan. I studien har två förskollärare observerats i samband med högläsningsstunden under vardera tre tillfällen. Därefter har de intervjuats om sina intentioner med denna företeelse. I vårt resultat har vi kommit fram till att avsikten med högläsningen i förskolan är främst vila och stimulering av barnens språkutveckling.

The question concerned in this essay is How can you describe the rooms of the city as a phenomenon and how can you describe the experience of these rooms in general? The concepts city and room are widely understood and neither of them has a description that can be used in all situations.

AimThis qualitative study will provide an insight to different teachers view on handball in two elementary schools. Handball is a competitive sport and has been played for over 100 years in different contexts in Sweden. Are there qualities in the sport that belongs in the school´s non-competitive education? How do they justify this sport according to the governing documents Lgr-11 that gives a lot of room for interpretation by the teachers?How do teachers justify handball based on the curriculum?What kind of qualities do the teachers highlight with this sport in the education?Do teachers perceive any differences with the new curriculum?MethodThe method has a qualitative approach. The interviews in this study had a semi structure character.

The subject of this thesis is the position of the story or activity rooms at the main libraries in Skåne, a province in the south of Sweden. The questions that are asked and answered are: Which of the main libraries has a story room? What do the rooms look like? How are the rooms used? Which is the relation between the form and the function of the rooms? and, finally, How do the libraries themselves present and describe their story rooms?.

Bakground: Puerperal fever caused by group A Streptococcus is in a global context seen as a common cause of death in childbirth.Aim: To examine the consequences of group A streptococcus infections in women postpartum and to see what a nurse can do to stop the infection with adequate nursing interventions.Method: This is a review built on 15 articles. These articles were read in full and audited with a suitable template.Result: Women postpartum has 20 times higher risk to get group A stretococcus infection as compared to non pregnant. The consequences of Group A Streptococcus infection can lead to high fever, abscesses around the uterus, sepsis, acute respiratory distress syndrome (ARDS), hysterectomy and death. Patients who share room with infected patients carries an increased risk to be infected. Curtains between patient beds can be colonized by Group A Streptococcus.

This report describes how I worked with a spatial information problem, where the focus was to produce clearer barriers between horses and spectators at equestrian competitions. My background as a competition rider, combined with my knowledge of the spatial design, has caused me to react to how the information on riding and racing facilities deficiencies. Experienced people in the riding know how they should act with the horse. But novices who are unfamiliar with the situation is not aware of the risks it may pose to move among horses. The study was conducted on the national facility Strömsholm which both experienced and novice equestrian visits.

Information is essential in order for pharmaceutical companies to be successful. This essay focuses on the information provision of pre-clinical scientists at AstraZeneca R&D Lund, and the role of the company library in this process. In semi-structured interviews, four pre-clinical scientists were asked to describe their information provision regarding what type of information they need, how they find it and what sources of information they use. Four librarians from the company library were also interviewed to give their perspective on the information provision of pre-clinical scientist. The study also aimed at comparing the image of the process as described by the scientists themselves and the librarians.

Mainstream contemporary phenomenology understands the phenomenology of movement and dance through ?the lived body? of Merleau-Ponty. This paper rather suggests a phenomenology of movement and dance based on an understanding through ?the danced body? with ability to meta-feeling. It is here argued that we need to use a phenomenology of dance to understand the phenomenon of movement whatsoever.

Syftet med vår studie har varit att undersöka hur elever med Asperger syndrom (AS), som går inkluderade i klasser i grundskolans senare år, upplever sin skolgång.Elva elever, både flickor och pojkar, intervjuades. Eleverna vi intervjuade hade en varierande bakgrund, vissa hade gått i vanlig klass med visst stöd, några hade varit placerade i särskilda undervisningsgrupper. Vi valde att arbeta efter en fenomenografisk ansats eftersom vårt mål var att ta del av ungdomarnas egna upplevelser och undersöka variationerna bland dem.Elevernas uppfattningar om sin skolgång varierade men de hade alla en positiv inställning till sin nuvarande form som inkluderade elever i grundskolans ordinarie klasser, trots att de upplevde vissa svårigheter. De kände att de hade stöd i att ha fler kamrater med AS i skolan som de kunde välja att umgås med på raster och lunch..

Undersökningar har visat att elevers kunskaper och intresse i matematik har försämrats. Detta ligger till grund för vårt intresse av hur man arbetar med matematiken i förskolan för att skapa ett intresse för matematiken redan i tidig ålder. Utifrån följande frågeställningar har vi intervjuat verksamma pedagoger i förskolan: ? Vad anser pedagogerna om matematikens betydelse för barnen i förskolan? ? Var anser pedagogerna att matematiken finns? ? Hur arbetar pedagogerna med matematiken i förskolan? Vi har i vår undersökning använt oss utav en kvalitativ undersökning där vi intervjuat åtta pedagoger var av en är pilotstudie. Alla intervjuer spelades in på diktafon för att öka tillförlitligheten och därefter transkriberades och analyserades materialet.
