Den pågående skuldkrisen i Europa, och den därav föranledda starka tendensen till värdeminskning av olika placeringar i finansiella instrument, har gett frågan om effektiviteten i konsumentskyddet vid finansiell rådgivning förnyad aktualitet. I svensk media har på senare tid stark kritik riktats mot såväl utformningen av det regelverk som är avsett att skydda konsumenter vid sådan rådgivning, som dess påstått otillräckliga praktiska genomslag. Den låga andelen konsumenter som får gehör för sina klagomål angående finansiell rådgivning i allmänna reklamationsnämnden, samt den omständigheten att lagen om finansiell rådgivning (2003:862) aldrig blivit föremål för prövning i Högsta Domstolen, kan möjligtvis vara symptom på att systemet för konsumentskydd på detta område är behäftat med vissa brister. En närmare studie av det preventiva och reparativa konsumentskydd som lagen om finansiell rådgivning tillhandahåller ger vid handen att det torde finnas en viss sanningshalt i de anmärkningar som framförts i media. Ett flertal svagheter existerar både i de regler som skall minimera risken för förekomst av vårdslös finansiell rådgivning till konsumenter, och i de regler som tar sikte på konsumentens möjligheter att erhålla kompensation för ekonomisk skada som orsakats genom oaktsamt utförande av rådgivningsuppdraget.

The use of social media has increased considerably in recent years and has also caused some problems. It has been notable cases in the media where employees adversely criticized their employer on social networks, which subsequently led to the dismissal of the employee. The purpose of this study is to investigate an employee's right to express themselves about their employers in various forms but the main focus will be on social networks. The study investigates employees on both private and public sectors.Employees have a duty of loyalty to their employer, which means that they must be loyal to their employer and not deliberately harm them. The reason that employed comment his employer on social networks has its basis in that they also have freedom of speech and it is raised in such a case, a collision between their rights and responsibilities as an employee.The employees also hold a critique right entitling them to publicly criticize the employer and its activities.

Detta examensarbete är utfört vid brytarenheten i Ludvika, den del av ABB Power Technologies High Voltage Products som utvecklar, tillverkar och säljer högspänningsbrytare. Brytare är en av de ingående delarna i ett ställverk och har till uppgift att bryta respektive sluta spänningen i ett kraftnät. Eftersom brytarna placeras ute i samhällen och vid olycka skulle orsaka stora skador är det viktigt att arbeta med kvalitet. Detta sker genom att alla producerade brytares funktion säkerställs med hjälp av en rutinprovning före leverans till kund. Syftet med examensarbetet är att genomföra ett förbättringsprojekt för att identifiera faktorer som påverkar brytarenhetens First Pass Yield, ett mätetal i rutinprovningen.

The report handles the transmission of signals from piezoresistive pressuresensors and thermocouple from a rotating object. This report also evaluates the possibility to collect data in a datalogger that rotates with the object. Telemetrics was previously used for signaltransmission in Finspång, therefore there has been no tests considering preassure measuring. One transmitting method handled in this report is transmission through a slipring connection. One test with a slipring connection was performed for transmitting signals from a piezoresistive preassuresensor.

Shear Strength and Deformation Characteristics of Uppsala Clay with CRS and Standard OedometerTyra Morell Bonin & Magdalena MählerTo see how much a clay compact under different pressure one can use several different methods and in this project, two methods were used, the Standard Oedometer and a CRS apparatus. A Standard Oedometer is a full-time manual device and the CRS apparatus is a modern electric and automatic device. The aim of the project was to see similarities and differences between the two methods and examine which method that were most reliable. This has been done with repeated laboratory tests and afterward evaluations. With this information one can get a picture of how the clay will behave and how it will deform in nature.

After recognizing a lack of children?s voices in the debate about the children?s book Kivi och monsterhund and the gender-neutral pronoun hen that occurred in the beginning of the year of 2012, I decided to interview pre-school children about the same book. My purpose with the study was, using semi-structured group interviews, to examine how 6-year olds talked about the main character Kivi. With the help of Judith Butler?s theory of performativity, I have studied how the children constructed Kivi?s gender in their speech.

In 2012 blogging reached an all time high in Sweden. Around 400,000 people made blog posts at least one time during this year. Blogs have publishing as a main purpose and can after publication be read by anyone with a computer, smartphone or tablet with an Internet connection. This makes the blogger open to response through comments that can be either constructive or destructive. No research has been made regarding blog comments and their effect on bloggers and their writing process.

We have studied the effects that blogs have on the society through interviews with influential bloggers, a news director and the founder of Sweden?s largest blogprovider.Existing theoretical work by other researchers have been used as a starting point to our thesis. Via a deductive method we then proceeded to test these existing models and viewpoints on the reality.Through our research we have concluded that blogs, if they co-operate, have an agenda-setting function, and that they can affect newspapers to write about certain topics.We have also discussed blogs role as media watch dogs. Gunilla Sax, news director, questions the blog world?s ability to fully cover all media, and to deliver a systematic and just review of the media.

The present study has two purposes. One aim is to investigate to what extent 20 pupils in grade 3 use two different forms of presentation in their narrative texts and how these choices of forms of presentation create certain patterns in the pupils? texts. Another aim is to study to what extent the pupils use various features of spoken language in their narrative texts and whether these features correlate with the forms of presentation. The material in the study consists of 20 narrative texts from the national test in Swedish in 2011.

I denna uppsats undersöker vi i vilken utsträckning som aktieåterköp använts hos svenska publika företag under åren 2001 till 2008 för att sedan se hur pass avgörande kassaflödet är för motiven bakom valet av utbetalningsmetod. Vi finner att återköp står för en liten del av företagens totala utbetalningar men att återköpen är mer volatila än utdelningarna. För analys av kassaflödena så jämför vi grupper bestående av återköpande och utdelningsökande företag mot varandra med hjälp av olika mått på operativt kassaflöde. Vi finner stöd för att kassaflödena är mer permanenta vid utdelningar medan återköp är förknippat med mer tillfälliga kassaflöden. Att tillfälliga kassaflöden är vanligare vid återköp beror förmodligen på flexibiliteten hos återköp som i motsatsen till utdelningar inte skapar förväntningar om återkommande framtida utdelningar..

The theories could not concretely describe how organizations should handle crisis in Social Media. Therefore, this study focuses on if and how organizations can use the traditional theories when working with crisis management in social media. Through a qualitative method the study has examined and tested the model on three crises, and subsequently improved the model based on the empirical material and  the analysis that was made. Conclusion: The conclusion found that organizations need to adjust their crisis management after following guidelines for it to work on social media:-    Strategies should be limited to only one, and be either a rebuilding strategy or a bolstering strategy.-    The focus should be on emotional communication, and regarding the rational aspects the focus should be on actual actions and plans for the future.-    Clear guidelines for what type of questions and critics that should be answered should be set.

Benign Childhood Epilepsy with Centrotemporal Spikes - BCECTS is a common neurological syndrome but the possible cognitive effects are still relatively unknown. In the study 12 children with the diagnose BCECTS, 9 boys and 3 girls between the ages of 5,5 and 13,5 years, were examined. An extensive battery of neuropsychological tests were administered. The results indicates normal cognitive functioning as compared to the normal population, with one exception; an aspect of attention. But the results also indicate several negatively effected performances when compared to the cognitive g-factor of each child.

This paper explores the interaction of children with language impairment (LI). The present essay is a conversation analytic study of child-child and child-therapist dyads. The aim was to explore in what ways children with LI reach common understanding. Another purpose was to investigate if there are differences in interaction between dyads with children with LI and dyads with children with LI and speech language therapist. Seven children, three girls and four boys, with LI participated in the study.

The purpose of this article is to explore the technologies of government that are created within gender disorder assessments as an institution. I have done so by utilizing Norman Faircloughs discourse analysing instrument ?communicative action?, which focus on the social institution as relational.The material is strategically chosen by gathering texts from the Swedish state, the psychiatric clinics, NGO:s and by performing interviews with transsexual patients.When analysing the communication of the main agents, I have concluded that practices highly are a result of repeating text and speech inside the institution. The psychiatric assessments can also be seen as an illustration in changes in how citizens are governed in advanced liberal societies, where the role of the state has been gradually reduced in favour of other agents.I consider that the change illustrates an ?acting at a distance?-mentality where the patient is introduced to participate in the definition of the care in what I call ?negotiation as a technology?.

De flesta företagsledare, politiker samt konsumenter har insett att vi inte kan fortsätta leva på samma sätt som vi gör nu, men ändå fortsätter användandet av miljöförstörande ämnen. En av miljöredovisningens uppgifter är att sätta press på företagen att följa gällande miljölagstiftning samt uppmärksamma allmänheten om pro-blemet så att de därigenom har tillräcklig kunskap om företagen och deras verksamhet för att kunna göra genomtänkta val. För att utveckla företagens sociala ansvar och bidra till en högre medvetenhet inom fö-retaget och bland intressenter har även personalfrågor inkluderats som obligatorisk information som ska lämnas i förvaltningsberättelsen.Syfte:Att beskriva och förklara i vilken utsträckning som tillståndspliktiga bo-lag i Jönköpings län följer aktuell lagstiftning och normgivning avseen-de miljöinformation och personalfrågor i förvaltningsberättelsen.Metod:En kvantitativ studie genomfördes på 199 tillståndspliktiga företag i Jönköpings län. Företagens förvaltningsberättelser lästes igenom för att kontrollera hur pass väl information om miljö samt personal redovisa-des.
