Sindhia : En queerteoretisk diskursanalys
The purpose of this paper is to explore the female experience as it is spoken of in the novel Sindhia written by Rut Hillarp (1954) and how the main character in the book violates the experience from a queer perspective. My aim is to through a close reading highlight a number of discourses that underpin the book's imminent theme of love and submission.According to Norman Faircloughs critical-discourse analysis, the text one reads produces a certain amount of discourses that one consumes. This way there is a dialectical interaction that can be set into a practical analysis together with a suitable academic perspective. This is the method I use in this thesis. The academic perspective I add isJudith Butler's queer theoriessupported by Michel Foucaults social genealogyin order to understand/analyze the woman?s position in relation to a social empirical history.I came to the conclusion that Sindhia produces the woman's discourse from an ancient biblical/ mythological time up to modern time.
Festivallandskapet i förändring : Siesta! ?
Nathan Söderblom, Swedish archbishop 1914 - 1931, understands his role as bishop from an integrated theological conception that episcopacy is a gift to the church and the apostolic succession a heritage of utmost value. Episcopacy is an important tool to make the churches come together. in his work for peace during the Great War it was through his position without any power that he could approach the politicians. His calling was not only for Sweden; he had a responsibility for the whole world. In the Ecumenical Cope for the 1925 Stockholm meeting Söderblom expressed his views on the importance of the Uppsala see.
En undersökning av Quicknets Customer Relation Management
This report is focused on a research to find out if the Customer Relation Management (CRM) of Quicknet AB works and if their customers are satisfied with it. During this investigation I tried to see if the customers had a need for taking the CRM and use a tool called Social CRM. The report will conclude if the clients of Quicknet think that there is something that can be done in the relation between both parts and how it can be improved. At the same time I am going to build an application which relates to the problems of this report. To solve the problem I am going to do a survey which will include the CRM and also try to find out if the customers of Quicknet share the same thoughts about having a Social Customer Relation Management. Also if this survey shows what the customers think about the CRM, it could improve the relation between Quicknet and themselves. The result from the survey showed two things.
Too Fast for Love : En maskulinitetsstudie av Glam metal under 1980-talet

This essay presents a picture of swedish reggae listeners and how their love of music give meaning to their lives and unite them in a sub-culture. Based on interviews with six young men about their involvement in reggae, it also investigates the relationship between music and identity, or more clearly; how identity is expressed through music. Furthermore, I discuss the notion of taste according to Bourdieu, and argue against his statement that taste in music affirms the class and social background of an individual. Results from my empirical data have indicated that reggae music is difficult to associate to a distinct lifestyle, which inclines me to argue that it has managed to transcend phenomena such as ethnicity, class and cultural affiliation..

AbstractFor this exam paper, I have chosen to delve into the life of Lucius Licinius Lucullus, the famous Roman general and statesman of the 1st century BC. Widely regarded as a glutton and degenerate, I will try to examine if these claims are true or completely exaggerated. My research will be based on the works of Plutarch, the great Greek scholar and biographer, who's our main source of knowledge regarding the life of Lucullus. Furthermore, I will examine two of Lucullus's main interests ? his love for villa gardens and culinary delights ? to see in what way they have contributed to the common picture of him as a sybarite.

If they say why? Tell'em that it's human nature
My working process is craft based and influenced by devotion for the textile material and techniques, but the concept is just as important. I mainly do sculptural objects where I treat fascination, frustration and disgust for the human body from a personal perspective. I am also deeply fascinated with Michael Jackson; an iconic figure that I adore above all else. A man with an inner musical ability, dedicated his entire life to tame and signify it through his body. My master work is an investigation where I look upon similarities and connections between my fascination with the body and the admiration and fascination with Michael Jackson.
