Syftet med studien var att undersöka vad Lotsar, befälhavare och bogserbåtsbefälhavare ansåg om den verbala kommunikationen med hänsyn till säkerhet och effektivitet. Detta eftersom majoriteten av alla fartygsolyckor inträffar på grund av den mänskliga faktorn, där kommunikationen är en stor del. I studien genomfördes semistrukturerade intervjuer med två Lotsar, två befälhavare och två bogserbåtsbefälhavare. Genom de sex intervjuerna i studien gick det bland annat att utläsa att användandet av standardfraser och closed loop communication varierar. Om användandet inom dessa två områden blev bättre skulle säkerheten kunna ökas.

This report is a qualitative interview study which central content enlightens how movement and sports effects children?s performance in school. With the help of five different teachers in three different schools questions like; how does movement effect the performance of children in school? Have been answered.Lots of research and litterateur shows that children is doing better physical and mental, the concentration level is improved and the performance in school is better when exposed to more movement, also there are less conflicts and the students gets better motor skills.Comparison with the ?Bunkefloproject? has been done, which was a project in the south of Sweden where they let the children have physical education every day and then they examined how this effected their performance in school. With this basis this report will examine the teachers view on the subject.The result shows that the teachers think that there should be more movement in the daily schedule for the children because they seam to be more happy and concentrates better after movement.

The purpose of this study is to analyse the attitude of four teachers to leadership in the classroom. The main research questions asked were:What are the teachers` views on leadership in the classroom?What does good versus  bad leadership mean to the teachers? What factors influence the teachers' leadership in the classroom, according to themselves?The method used is the qualitative method and interviews, which is my empirical material, I relate to different theories and previous research of leadership.The curriculum for the compulsory school system, the pre-school class and the leisure-time centre, Lpo 94, says a lot about how both the school and the teacher must pursue a democratic activity; the teacher must have a democratic leadership in the classroom (Lpo 94, s. 5). At school, the pupils should be met with respect, they should feel safe and be motivated to learn.

Today?s climate changes will probably give rise to precipitation in Sweden, which will cause more floods in Swedish rivers. Many of the Swedish rivers are regulated and have Lots of hydro-electro power plants. Higher floods in the rivers will give greater water loads on the dams, which mean that a higher discharge through the sluice gates and in the spillway channels is needed. High discharge of water in a spillway channel can create scour of the material in the channel.

This study shows the thoughts, hopes and wishes of two male and two female music teachers, in grades 6 ? 9 from four different cities of Sweden. The emphasis lays on usage of digital tools. As the schools now stand before Lots of changes in its curriculums; the use of digital tools was the main thing that caught my interest. How has the schools interpreted what this means? What does this mean in terms of purchases for the schools? We already know that many schools are lacking proper facilities to conduct music lessons so this ads on even larger needs.

Girls with foreign background is the group that is most left outside the sports movement in Sweden and the ones with the least sports habit. Sports assumed to provide an arena for integration that these girls are being left outside from. The Swedish sports movement has adapted the conditions for them as a way to encourage them to participate in sports, but there are still Lots of girls with foreign background that stands outside the sports movement. One input that the Swedish National Association has done for children and young adults is to adopt the Drive-in-sport, which can work as an entrance to the sports movement. The aim of the study is therefore to investigate which barriers, motivators and requests girls in Sweden with foreign background have to participate in Drive-in-sports.

This thesis focuses on information seeking and use by volunteers and employees in women?s organisations helping women who have been subject to violence. These organisations for example provide help and support, legal assistance and temporary shelter. Semi-structured interviews were carried out with five women working in Terrafem, which is a women?s organisation directed towards women with a non-Swedish background.

Stroke are a common disease and it comes with big chances of disability after rehabilitation. Life after stroke can bring a different lifestyle and Lots of feelings around this situation. Purpose: The purpose of this study was to analyze how people feel after being injured with stroke. Method: We have assumed that studying qualitative research articles according to Evans description of content analysis. Information has been sought in the databases Cinahl, PubMed and Discovery Results: The study results in four themes; Loneliness, trust, Despair and obstacles to health.

This work is a study in how I as a designer can create the conditions for people to work, socializing and refreshments at one place. A place that encourages creativity, where I made a suggestion at a community table designed for Urban Deli?s new business. By visiting various similar sites I have identified what I think is important in an environment like this and then gave an answer to it in a visual form.A cafe-office will draw Lots of different people. Which guests come here to work? Residents, freelancers, but also those who may want surrounded by a new creative work place and maybe leave their regular offices for a day at Urban Deli.

We have been able to draw some conclusions based on our research. First we haveconsidered that the publisher is dependent on a large network and to work closelywith their customers. We can see that the competition in the music industry hasgenerally increased, the technological progress has created new opportunities, and asa result of this, new players have joined the music industry. We have been able todraw conclusions in the fact that more companies and songwriters start up their ownpublishing company, resulting in an increased competition for the individualpublisher.We can also see as a final result that music is used in Lots of different contexts andthat the publishers thereby are offered a wide range of business opportunities, but thatthe solvency of the customers has become lower. With this knowledge, we canconclude that the publisher?s power and revenues will increase, and that the publisheras an actor has been given a more important role in the industry.

Recently there have been a lot of talk a about the financial crisis and recession. This is understandable since the crisis, which initially was limited to the U.S. now has spread its concern globally in form of bankruptcies, less investment and Lots of people have lost here jobs. The purpose of this thesis is to examine how the financial crisis have affected the construction industry relating to market and personnel, but also examine what measures the construction companies have taken. The examination was carried out by information received from the majority of construction-related websites which then was followed up with interviews in the various construction sectors.

Erosion in coastal areas is a common problem all around the world. The range of the problem depends on several factors, i.e. type of bed-rock and soil, wind and wave climate. Another factor is whether the area is of high interest, i.e. if the area is important for tourism and recreation, if there are houses and other buildings close to the shoreline or if it is a site of special scientific interest.

Denna studie genomfördes i syfte att kartlägga och analysera mönster mellan olyckor sominvolverar svenska Lotsbåtar. Studien utfördes som en kvantitativ litteraturstudie medkompletterande textanalys. Samtliga rapporter från Lotsbåtsolyckor från de senaste 14 årenbegärdes ut från Transportstyrelsen. Dessa kategoriserades efter de vanligaste olyckstypernaoch analyserades därefter. Resultatet visade att flest olyckor sker i samband med transportenfrån kaj till fartyget som ska Lotsas och vice versa, medan haverier och grundstötning är devanligaste incidenterna.

Koloni is a concert promoter that put up shows in Lots of different locationswith a wide variety of music styles and artistic expressions. In this work I havecollected material from Koloni?s nine years of existence to form a volume. Thevolume tells the story of Koloni?s work, but also shed some light and understandingon the alternative cultural scene of today.

Arbetet har utförts i syfte att belysa möjligheten för Sjöfartsverket att använda helikopter istället för att allokera Lotsar med Lotsbåttransport till fartyg. Detta har gjorts i ett ekonomiskt perspektiv genom att använda Payback-metoden. Metoden har använts explorativt där det ekonomiska underlaget från nuvarande verksamhet vid allokering med Lotsbåt jämförts med de beräknade kostnaderna för Sjöfartsverkets SAR-helikoptrar om de utför samma transporter. Ingen vikt har lagts vid vilka eventuella processförbättringar detta skulle kunna leda till, utan enbart vad kostnaderna för samma transporter skulle bli med det nya transportsättet. Resultatet har tagits fram utifrån tre aspekter: Hur det ses från Lotsningens sida, hur det ses från helikopterfunktionens sida och slutligen vad det kommer att innebära för Sjöfartsverket som helhet.
