This essay investigates whether there?s logic behind the sanction system regarding the penalty imprisonment in the swedish penal code. The focus is in general on crimes against the person and crimes against the state, but in particular on crimes of serious fiscal offence and crimes of serious assault. The idea with the essay was also to explain the wording purpose behind the punishment ranges in these selected crimes. The essays focus is on the public unawareness on how the punishment ranges is used.

The aim of the thesis is twofold: the first aim is to identify a number of reproductive logics that are used to construct Swedish regulation of embryo donation for reproductive use as either ethical or unethical in the governmental ? and medical discussions ? and to examine how these logics are interconnected with notions of gender and parenthood. The second aim is to identify a number of tensions that arise in the application of the governmental ethical logic on the embryo and embryo donation and discuss how these tensions can be solved with a feminist material approach. I argue that the terminology used to distinguish between genetic, biological, social and legal parenthood in my material is insufficient for understanding the value of the embryo outside its pre-human status. I therefore argue for an embryonic feminist bioethics that is attentive to the embryos post-human status, and for a reformulation of the parenthood terminology in line with what I call ?reproductive ties?..

The purpose of the present investigation was to identify how knowledge about goal-setting is developed and applied in practice of male players in the Swedish national floorball team, by using a qualitative methodology. Participants were 6 players playing for the Swedish national team. They were asked to respond to the interview questions in relation to their perception of setting goals for a successful outcome in sports, how their goal- setting process has developed and how they deal with goal setbacks and goal attainment. Results revealed that Swedish national players in floorball employed goal setting often for both individual and team goals in practice and competition. In addition, many interesting findings regarding the process of goal setting emerged in the result.

Syfte: Föreliggande undersökning har syftet att undersöka hur fem förskolechefer i en sydsvensk kommun anser att det nya kapitlet ?Uppföljning, utvärdering och utveckling? i Lpfö-98 reviderad ska tolkas och hur det kommer att påverka kvalitetsarbetet inom respektive förskola samt att undersöka hur specialpedagogens roll i samband med utvärdering kan se ut. Teori: Studien utgår från ett kommunikativt och relationsinriktat perspektiv, Ahlberg (2001). Utvärdering ses som ett slags lärande och bör involvera förskolans alla aktörer. Metod: En kvalitativ intervjustudie utifrån en hermeneutisk ansats. Resultat: Förskolecheferna i undersökningen tydliggör att det kommer att ske vissa förändringar i förskolornas kvalitetsarbete på grund av det nya kapitlet ?Uppföljning, utvärdering och utveckling?. Förändringarna kommer att bli tydligast på avdelningsnivå där den största utmaningen tycks vara att uppnå en likvärdig kvalitet i arbetet med uppföljning, utvärdering och utveckling mellan avdelningarna.

The continuous process of urbanization results in demands on research and development for ecological and sustainable city development. Because of this, the current systems for wastewater treatment may have to be improved. In order to evaluate new technologies for municipal wastewater treatment, a development project has been initiated for the new district Hammarby Sjöstad in Stockholm. The project is lead by the company Stockholm Water. High environmental standards have been put up for the district, as it must be twice as good as an ordinary new district.

The study proceeds from a phenomenom called co-creation. If value can be created, it is logic to asume that it also can be destroyed. This phenomenom has earlier not been applied to long-term relationships such as business to business. In a business relationship it is important to identify factors, that leads to co-destruction, to be able to prevent them from appering. The purpose of this study is to identify which factors leads towards co-destruction.The study have used theories from Echeverri & Skålén (2011) which has designed a model explaning the outcome of co-creation and co-destruction.

The heuristic methods used by the anti-trojan application TrojanHunter have been evaluated. The evaluation shows that the heuristic scan engine of TrojanHunter has a very good detection ratio and that the detection ratio can be even further improved by implementing the suggested improvements, the most important of which is a white list to avoid misidentifying files that are known not to be trojans..

Elitskon? is a new type of horseshoe for trotters. It is supposed to give the horse a trot that mimics the movement pattern of a horse trotting unshod. Many horses show a better trot unshod but this can only be used to a limited extent due to the great wear and tear of the hoof. The objective of this study was to evaluate whether the qualities of Elitskon? are similar to the unshod horse or the traditional aluminium horseshoe.

Mikael Svanberg skrev 2003 en doktorsavhandling där han beskriver en metod för att givet ett antal olika kandidatarkitekturer välja den som på bäst sätt uppfyller den blandning av kvalitativa krav som ställs på ett system. Denna rapport innehåller en fallstudie av Svanbergs metod applicerad på en webbapplikation beställd av GreenIT. Applikationen ska tillämpa en metod för mätning och relation av ansvarsfullt företagande med ett enkätformulär. The purpose with this project is to evaluate which of today?s technologies for creating web applications is the most suitable to use when constructing web portals. From a great amount of different technologies, five of the most widespread and well known technologies have been chosen and closely examined on nine different web portal specific criteria. The result from this evaluation is a table where all the grades for each technology is displayed. With the help of this table, it is possible to get an idea about what technology is the most suitable to use when constructing a specific web portal.

NorFor is a cooperative project between the consulting organisations owned by the farmers in the Nordic countries ? Sweden, Norway, Denmark and Iceland. The project started in 2001 and the outcome, the system for ration calculation NorFor Plan and the model for evaluating the ration NorFor Evaluation, was completed in 2006. Along with NorFor Plan economical optimization are available and according to literature, the optimization will generate a 2 öre lower feed cost per kg milk, and thereby improve the profit for the farmer. The use of NorFor Plan in Sweden for feed optimization during spring 2008 has been very small. In this study eight herds in the middle of Sweden fed half the herd according to the classical system used in Sweden and the other half according to NorFor Plan system.

Föreliggande uppsats behandlar oberoende skivbolags förändrade roll till följd avdigitaliseringen av musiken som bidragit till artisters möjlighet att sälja och distribuera musikutan skivbolag. Syftet med studien är att förklara hur oberoende skivbolag erbjudervärdeförslag och vad som inkluderas i dessa värdeförslag när det oberoende skivbolaget villattrahera nya samt behålla sina befintliga artister. För att besvara syftet har fyra oberoendeskivbolag intervjuats och intervjuerna har sammanställts och analyserats utifrån Servicedominantlogic. Resultatet visar indikationer på att oberoende skivbolag allt mer väljer attinkludera artister i den värdeskapande processen när värdeförslag utformas. Oberoendeskivbolag vill arbeta nära sina artister och tillåter artisterna att välja vilka värdeförslag de villta del av.

This work has been made in cooperation with the municipality of Eslöv and the inventory area is a part of the deepening of the municipality plan of east Eslöv. The aim of the work is to test the principle of balance in the overall planning. Later in the detailed planning process a more detailed calculation is made and a suggestion of suitable measures for compensation is made. Then the method with green area factors can be used. The goal is to balance the negative influence on the environment from the planned impacts to gain a sustainable development of the city. The principle of balance means that the one responsible for the development also has to compensate for the negative impacts on nature and landscape that comes with the development.

Laws and regulations govern the school kitchens in Sweden. The municipality controls how well the school kitchens obey those laws. An annual fee covers the municipality?s expenses for the public control of the school kitchens. To be able to calculate this annual fee, a risk evaluation needs to be done.
