Syfte:Att sammanställa och använda en teoretisk referensram för att beskriva och analysera ägarstyrningen av statliga bolag med särskilda samhällsintressen Metod:Teorianvändande kvalitativ fallstudie Teoretiska perspektiv:Grundläggande ägarstyrningsteori med särskilt foku's på agent- och intressentteori samt teorier som behandlar socialt ansvarstagande Empiri:Forskning's- och myndighetsrapporter, tidningsartiklar samt intervjuer med bolagsinterna och bolagsexterna källor i ledande positioner Slutsatser:Det är komplicerat att enkelt beskriva och förklara hur ledningarna för de statliga bolagen ägarstyr's. Orsakerna till detta är bland annat begränsade insynsmöjligheter, närvaron av formlö's styrning och ägarförvaltningen's inkonsekventa hantering av de statliga bolagen. Ägarstyrningen verkställ's genom flera parallella mekanismer. Flera aspekter kan förbättra's gällande ägarstyrningen's transparen's, speciellt gäller detta beskrivningar och dokumentation kring ägarförvaltningen's beslutsgång samt informationen som ge's från bolagen. Det sakna's formella riktlinjer för hur de statliga bolagen's styrelser skall sammansätta's.

This study has been carried out at Södra´s 31 local forestry districts and within six plant terminals. The production and sale of seedlings at Södra is managed in collaboration with ?Södra Odlarna?. Approximately 35 million plants are cultivated each year, providing Södra´s members with a wide choice of high quality plants. The seedlings are nurtured at nurseries before transferred to plant terminals where they are stored and watered.

Purpose:The purpose of this paper is to investigate and clarify some of the factors that influence organizations to adopt or reject the social media, and if the emergence of social media influenced the organization's communication.Metohodology:A qualitative methodology has been used to execute the study. The source has been semi structured interviews with chosen representatives from several organizations.Theoretical perspective:The theoretical basis for the execution of the methodology is based on the provisional theoretical demarcation uses and gratifications theory. For analysis diffusion of innovations theory is applied.Emperical findings:The empirical material includes interviews with representatives from twelve selected organizations, defined as companies in the industry and authorities, in seven different industries.Conclusion: The main factors affecting an adoption of social media is the organization?s open structure, the ability to see opportunities with social media and that they are seen as a natural part of development in the communications field. The main factors affecting a rejection of social media is ignorance, the organization's governance and that there must be a need that social media can fill.

This paper examines how individual social welfare officers argue about the conditions in foreign aid. The paper is a qualitative interview study there nine social welfare officers from four local governments have been interviewed.The results are divided into two areas. First, the client's responsibility over their own lives   and self-determination. These two areas are then analyzed separately.The analysis assumes an aletisk hermeneutics where the basis for the attribution of the result is Max Weber's vocation ethics and the more recent research about foreign aid.The conclusion of the study was that social workers believe that the client's responsibility for their own self-sufficiency outweighs supply. Financial assistance must be justified in order to be paid regardless of whether this causes rejection of application for financial aid..

Ett företags värdeskapande aktiviteter kan indelas i operativa, investerings- samt finansieringsaktiviteter. Företagets framgång avgörs i hög grad av kvalitén på de beslut som fattas med avseende på de värdeskapande aktiviteterna. Finansieringsbeslutet innefattar sammansättningen av kapitalstrukturen dvs. andelen eget kapital och skulder som finansierar verksamheten. Inom corporate finance finns ett antal teorier som förklarar denna sammansättning och mest känd är Miller & Modiglianis teori om kapitalstrukturens irrelevans för maximering av bolagets värde.

Denna uppsats grundar sig på en kvalitativ ansats och beskriver en studie som behandlat beslutsfattande gällande IT i en organisation. Beslutsfattandet när det gäller IT påverkas av omgivning, teknologi samt uppfattningar om organisationens mål och metoder för att uppnå målen. Att uppnå målen är ingen trivial uppgift och är kantat av många problem. ITstyrning ses om en lösning på dessa problem med beslutsfattande om IT där den ska styras för att överensstämma med organisationens strategiska mål och avgöra vem som ska fatta dessa beslut. Syftet med studien var att beskriva beslutsfattandet och beslutsprocessen om IT i en organisation och våra centrala frågeställningar var hur fattar organisationen beslut om IT? och hur är beslutsfattandet om IT delegerat i organisationen? För att besvara dessa frågor utfördes en initial litteraturstudie där vi granskade teorier om organisationen och beslutsfattande i denna samt IT-styrning.

This study is focused on small scale water and wastewater handling in Sweden. The study is divided into two major parts; the first describes common methods for water- and wastewater handling and the second part is a case study on three small and expensive systems in Gällivare municipality, in the north of Sweden. In the case study, abilitys for the local government to hand over unwanted systems to the water users is investigated and found to be a plausible solution to cut costs for two out of the three studied systems. In the third case, water and wastewater systems is not recommended to be handed over but other ways of cutting costs are suggested..

For the last decades, Sweden has transformed from a state with strong elements of corporatism, to a governance of pluralistic character. This development has opened up to a new form of participation ? lobbyism ? which since has spread and commercialized. Because of this, a report on the state of Swedish democracy ? Our essay is about alcohol information given to youths in Helsingborg. It is a research to find out how the message is communicated and how it is presented. The purpose of our study is to find out, why inform about alcohol and if it is taken in a preventive aim. To investigate weather there is any talermade information in the community for youths between 12-18 years old. We also want to know if the given information is destined for a special group/groups or is it for young people in general? Our intention is to find out the meaning of prevently information about alcohol and if it is possible to reach a change in attitudes and behaviour.We use a qualitative method and have interviewed twelve persons with different occupations within medical service, local authorities, public and private schools and voluntary organizations..

Under de senaste åren har frågor kring bolagsstyrning blivit allt mer aktuella, vilket har förorsakats av olika redovisningsskandaler. Som en konsekvens av detta har det i många länder införts s.k. bolagskoder. Hittills har bara ett fåtal studier undersökt bolagskodernas tillämpning och den institutionella miljö i vilken de har införts. För att undersöka hur bolagskoderna tillämpas och hur den institutionella miljön inverkar på kodernas tillämpning har två länder valts, Sverige och Tjeckien.
