AbstractIn the heart of Paris, you will find Sweden?s only cultural center abroad. Since the early 70?s a wealth of cultural activities has been offered, and every year the center receives more than 100,000 visitors. The center is a branch of the Swedish Institute (Si), a public authority which promotes mutual relationships between Sweden and other countries through culture, education, science and business.

Sammanfattning Den här studien har som syfte att ta fram en ny förändringsmodell som ledare kan ha som hjälpmedel vid organisationsförändringar. Syftet är även att belysa ledarens betydande roll och dess påverkan vid organisationsförändringar. Intervjuer med medarbetare i banksektorn har gjorts och knutits ihop med relevant teori. Forskarna har bland annat velat få fram medarbetarnas upplevelser kring organisationsförändringar samt ledarens agerande. Studiens resultat visar att kommunikation, motivation och delaktighet tillsammans med en demokratisk ledarskapsstil kan göra att medarbetare upplever organisationsförändringar som något positivt.

The degree project aims to gain a deeper understanding of how pedagogues are working with pedagogical documentation, as well as the significance of reflection in the educational work with children.The survey was implemented on two Reggio Emilia-inspired preschools and is based on a qualitative study using semi-structured interviews with open questions, where six pedagogues shared how they view the pedagogical documentation.The study is seen from an epistemological perspective. The results show that pedagogues place great emphasis on reflection as a tool for a visibility of children´s learning and development. Pedagogues respond to children´s questions with a question at issue to challenge the children to develop their own hypotheses for problem solving.Keywords, pedagogical documentation, reflection, learning process..

SammanfattningI dagens samhälle har förändringstakten och ökad individualism inneburit att individen måste ompröva tankar och värderingar utifrån de för tillfället rådande förutsättningarna. En vägledning för att ändå skapa en stabil bild av identiteten är genom personliga varumärken. Det innebär att en individ framhäver sina unika egenskaper på arbetsmarknaden.Syftet med denna studie är att undersöka vilka faktorer som bidragit till fenomenet personliga varumärkens framväxt, vilka likheter som finns mellan en individs personliga varumärke och identitet, samt hur framtiden för personliga varumärken kan tänkas se ut.Teorierna som används är Giddens teorier om modernitetens följder, samt Stiers teorier om identitet. Studien har en kvalitativ ansats och datainsamling har skett genom semistrukturerade intervjuer. Informanterna har bestått av tre personer som arbetar inom Human Resources, och som dagligen kommer i kontakt med personliga varumärken.Resultatet visar på att framväxten av personliga varumärken kan bero på utvecklingen av individualismen och globaliseringen.

Social media today is a current topic, it has developed fast and continues to spread in a fast moving pace. Recent trends states that social media becomes more integrated into peoples personal lives. This essay deals with the subject area social media, focusing on the channel Instagram. The topic is chosen because of it´s popularity in today's digital communications landscape, and also keeping in mind that there is a great lack of previous studies on the subject. The purpose of this paper is to provide insights into how companies should handle images on the social media channel Instagram by testing two different strategies against each other.

The purpose of this study has been to examine a few Swedish advertisment producers opinions on the subject of viral advertising and especially the ethical aspects of hidden viral advertising. The specified purpose of this paper is to:To clarify the underlying reasons for the use of viral advertising.To clarify the advertising producers ethical views on hidden viral advertising.The essay is based on a qualitive research metod of an abductive nature where the empirical data is derived from interviews with three advertisment producers. Through a stratified selection method we contacted agencies that in one way or another uses digital solutions as an advertisment method. All interviews were conducted via the digital chat room Skype, one of the interviews were conducted with both picture and sound and the other two with audio-only.The following points are the essential conclusions of our study:Hidden viral advertising is seen as a rare promotional method in Sweden today, however, the viral-spread effect is more commonly used.The economic factors together with the spreading capacity of the viral advertising is contributing to one of the biggest reasons behind the use of viral advertising. In addition to these, viral advertising is seen as an effective way to stand out from traditional advertising.Viral advertising where the sender is hidden or unclear is always seen as unethical.

Denna rapport behandlar problematiken kring skapandet av ljud för interaktivagränssnitt placerade i en offentlig miljö - vilken typ av ljud som fungerar bäst och vad som är viktigt att tänka på i designfasen av dessa ljud. Ljud är något som ger upphov till funderingar och känslor hos lyssnare och hittills har forskningen kring ljud i stort sett endast behandlat ljudens grundläggande karaktär. Inte så mycket fokus har lagts på att försöka förstå varför vi lyssnar som vi gör och framför allt varför vi tänker och känner som vi gör när vi lyssnar. Rapporten belyser vikten av metaprodukten som innebär att uppfattningen av ljud ska ses i ett större sammanhang där de omkringliggande faktorerna är minst lika viktiga för upplevelsen som hur själva ljudet låter. Till stöd för detta hämtas även teorier både från den mer ordinära produktdesignen men också från ämnet interaktionsdesign där en människas agerande med tekniken mer ingående kan beskrivas i ord.I projektet, som behandlar en säljstation för Nike Football hos en Stadium-butik i Stockholm, designades ett antal navigeringsljud av två olika karaktärer; konceptuella ljud ? ljud som på något sätt relaterar till fotboll, samt neutrala ljud ? mer vanliga, statiska klickljud.

AbstractThis project discusses various aspects of children's way to explore nature with their senses. Therefore I conducted a study in two preschools, one nature-oriented and another preschool. This study was carriedout usien the three metods, interviews, observations and surveys. Interview four children from each preschool, observations of each group outdoors during four different occasions and question forms to teachers. The result of the study showed that both teachers and children have a great interest in being outdoors in nature, but it is not always possible to take out all children's groups. The reason is large groups and inadequate staff.

That all children today receive the opportunity to explore all of their capabilities is not certain at all preschools. Today there are preschools that are not able to work actively to explore the children's abilities because the large number of children and not enough teachers. Therefore I want to find out with my research how the educators would react when there is a crisis with the youngest children, the toddlers. I also want to find out different ways of acting in everyday situations at the preschool and why the teachers act in that way. I have relied on qualitative methods and I have used the critical incident method in my study.

Sammanfattning Mitt arbete handlar om datorn som hjälpmedel i matematikundervisningen på Malmös gymnasieskolor. Syftet med detta arbete var att kartlägga tillgången till och använd-ningen av datorn som hjälpmedel i matematikundervisningen på Malmös gymnasiesko-lor. Utgångspunkt för detta arbete var att större tillgång till datorerna leder till större användning. För att uppnå syftet har jag formulerat några frågeställningar om i hur stor utsträckning datorer används i matematikundervisningen och vilka datorprogram mate-matiklärarna använder på dessa skolor. Jag har även undersökt om det finns några framtida planer för förändring av tillgångar till och användning av datorer i undervisningen.

The purpose of this study was to examine the differences and similarities between coping strategies used by individuals with the disability ADHD in childhood and later adulthood. The questions we asked ourselves: Are the individuals using the same form of coping in adulthood as in childhood? What copingstrategies used individuals while growing up? What coping-strategies used the individuals in adulthood? To fulfill the purpose and answer the questions, we used qualitative methods. Interviews were conducted with four adults who have the disa-bility ADHD. The interviews were analyzed by the hermeneutic circle.
