Denna studie syftar till att försöka förstå och förklara vilka komponenter IKEAs organisationskultur består av och hur denna kultur i sin tur reproduceras. Vi definierar reproduktion av kultur som en strävan att bevara en organisations grundläggande värderingar och idéer. Till vår hjälp har vi använt Edgar H. Scheins teori om kulturnivåer och John Van Maanens sju strategier för socialisation. Våra data har samlats in genom intervjuer, observationer , tryckta texter och IKEAs svenska hemsida.

Destillers dried grains with soluble (DDGS) is a by-product when producing ethanol. DDGS from wheat has a high crude protein content and a good amino acid profile, which makes it an interesting feed ingredient for poultry. The disadvantage of feeding DDGS from wheat to poultry is that it also contains a high fiber content that chickens don?t have the ability to break down. Lantmännen Agroetanol has developed a new protein feedstuff from DDGS by extracting wheat protein from DDGS, the product name is Agroprotein SD.

Piglet survival is a problem of great significance in pig production, affecting both animal welfare and economic aspects negatively. In Sweden it is illegal to use farrowing crates for sows on regular basis. To encounter this problem there is a proposal of an animal welfare program to allow the use of crates for sows during, and a number of days after, farrowing. The proposal aims to reduce piglet mortality and improve pig welfare. This present review aims to analyse how crating affects the welfare of sows, gilts and piglets as well as piglet mortality.

Reindeer husbandry and Forestry are both area related industries and will in big extent use the same lands. Conflicts often arise because of that the industries have different interests. Many of the activities done by the forestry influences the reindeer husbandry in an undesirable way, simultaneously as the reindeer husbandry activities can have negative consequences for the forestry. One such forestry activity is fertilization. It was during the 1960´s forest fertilization began to be practiced and the reason was that the increase in growth that the fertilization gave could be able to cover for the future shortage in wood many feared. During the 1970´s when the fertilizing activities were most intensive about 200 000 ha was fertilized annually.

Swedish as second language: A qualitative Study of Teachers view of pupils learning ability the Swedish language as the second language.

The study discloses unaccompanied children´s socialization in their new society. The purpose of the study is to investigate how unaccompanied children's schooling is an important factor in their socialization and skills development in their new society. For example, we have chosen to illustrate how their school works and if and whether the teachers receive the support they need in order to help children develop their skills so they can find their way in society. The research is based on three different methods. The first method is based on literature research.

Integration av invandrare i det svenska samhället är ett aktuellt och angeläget ämne. En bristande social integration är ett resultat av en mängd olika faktorer på olika nivåer och kan leda till kriminalitet. Syftet med den här uppsatsen är att identifiera några av dessa faktorer och påvisa den speciella situation som uppstår för invandrarpojkar då dessa faktorer sammanfaller. Vår frågeställning är: Vilka sociala faktorer gör att pojkar med invandrarbakgrund hamnar i kriminalitet och missbruk? Tillvägagångssättet har varit att med en kvaltitativ metod där tre nyckelinformanter, samtliga med mångårig erfarenhet från vård av kriminella invandrarpojkar, och fyra invandrare med ett kriminellt förflutet deltog.

Abstract Examensarbetet handlar om hur socialisationsprocesser förstås utifrån lärarperspektiv i en mångkulturell skolmiljö. Syftet med examensarbete är att förstå hur man gör ?elevskapet? i en mångkulturell skola och vilka socialisations mål som determinerar denna fostransprocess. I min undersökning utgår jag från tidigare forskning kring socialisationsfenomenet i mångkulturella kontexter och ställer mig följande frågor: Vad fostras barn till i skolan enligt lärarna? Vilka metoder använder sig lärarna av i sin undervisning för att fostra barn? Hur ser lärarna på sin roll som socialisationsagenter? Hur är den ideala eleven enligt lärarna? För att besvara frågeställningarna har jag använt mig av kvalitativa forskningsmetoder så som observationer i fyra olika klasser på en skola med ett stort antal minoritetsbarn, samt intervjuer med klasslärarna.

Studien kartla?gger behandlingsassistenters konstruktion av sin yrkesroll i den slutna ungdomsva?rden. Utifra?n ett socialkonstruktivistiskt synsa?tt har data samlats in genom enka?ter och intervjuer som sedan analyserats genom en inneha?llsanalys. Den konstruktion som framkommer av behandlings- assistentrollen analyseras utifra?n gra?srotsbyra?kratteorin samt organisatorisk rollteori.

Knowledge in reproduction in the Swedish lynx (Lynx lynx) is important forseveral reasons. Situated on top of the food chain, lynxes may be at risk of beingexposed to environmental toxins that could have adverse effect on reproduction.The population of lynxes is today managed by restricted hunting which demandsknowledge about both the lynxes numbers and their reproduction. In addition,lynxes may function as indicators of climate change for instance if their season ofheat would be earlier or prolonged due to a warmer climate. Today?s knowledgein reproduction in Swedish lynx is mainly based on information gathered fromradio collared animals.

It´s important when you are about to build a new stable or just increasing your production that you choose the right housing system and that it fits your own farm. In this study I have put together facts about different housing system for fattening bulls in order to get a clearer picture of witch system is the most suitable for my own farm depending on the conditions I have. The background of this work is my own interest for breeding bulls and I will hopefully increase my own production. Due to this I wanted to learn more and increase my knowledge about different housing systems. Through a literature study I have found out the facts about the housing systems I find suitable for housing bulls.

Syftet med denna uppsats är att belysa hur afghanska kvinnor upplever sitt liv i Sverige och hur de ser på sin tillvaro och delaktighet i det svenska samhället. Uppsatsen avgränsas till kvinnor med afghansk bakgrund som invandrat till Sverige sedan 2000-talet. Utifrån deras egna perspektiv, vill jag undersöka hur de ser på sin tillvaro, på sitt liv och på sin delaktighet i det svenska samhället. Vidare belyser uppsatsen vad betyder sociala nätverk och sociala relationer för dem? Vilken strategi har de för att komma in i det svenska samhället? Hur upplever de den nya identiteten och de nya värderingarna i det nya samhället? Utifrån respondenternas synvinkel har jag försökt att svara på de ovannämnda frågorna.

The subject of this paper is the mediation of norms about sexuality, from personnel working at the Swedish ?ungdomsmottagning? (youth centre for service and counselling about sexual health), to the visiting teenagers. The purpose of the empirical study is to investigate how the staff understands the part of their work that implies giving advice about sexuality; how they work, which norms they have about youth sexuality and how they see their roll as advisers. To answer these questions, I have interviewed six staff members working at different youth centres. Three of them work as social counsellors and three as midwifes.The main area of work at the centre consists of individual appointments, but another important task is meeting with school classes visiting for purposes of study.

Den här uppsatsen har undersökt hur tre relevanta myndigheter socialiserar unga kriminella som lever med ett Npf ? neuropsykiatriskt funktionshinder. Tre frågeställningar användes: Samverkan mellan myndigheterna vid socialisationen till samhället för unga kriminella med ett Npf? Erfarenheter som myndigheterna har av unga kriminellas socialisation till samhället? Är IÖV ? intensivövervakning med elektronisk fotboja en möjlighet i socialisationsarbetet av unga kriminella med Npf? Kvalitativ ansats där intervjuer har gjorts med tre personer/myndighet. Intervjuerna spelades in.

This study was carried out in Jordan with the purpose to investigate the bacterial microflora of egg shells from cage systems and from deep litter floor systems. Another aim wasto get a general impression of the hygiene, at farm level, of egg production in Jordan andthe factors affecting it.Eggs from two cage systems and three floor systems were analyzed, regarding bacterialcontamination of the egg shells. Egg samples were taken from the storage room, the eggcradle in the cage system and from the nest and floor in the floor system. To get a generalimpression of the hygiene at the farms, swab tests and air tests were performed. Swab testswere performed with a sterile cotton swab at the same units as the eggs were sampled andair tests were performed by opening petri dishes where the hens were staying.
