Abstrakt A footballs club of Malmö FF´s size and ambition on field must show the same level of ambition off field. With a hundred of thousands visitors every year to their home games, all the involved actors must work together and communicate efficiently to be able to offer the costumers a good football experience. This essey investigates closer those problems that can accour with many actors involved and why. This is done by talking to the biggest actors involved and Listening to their side of the story and trying to criticize this view with the help of some expert writers on the subject..

Syftet med denna studie var att undersöka vad det är som skapar förståelse mellan den vägledningssökande och studie- och yrkesvägledaren i studie- och yrkesvägledningssamtalet. Detta för att bidra till en fördjupad förståelse för läsaren om interaktionen mellan vägledare och sökande. En kvalitativ metod användes i undersökningen där inspelade vägledningssamtal analyserades och tolkades. Resultatet bekräftar tidigare forskning inom området samt påvisar vikten av vägledarens sociala kompetens som en bidragande faktor till upplevelsen av att vara förstådd. Den slutsats som kunde dras av resultatet var att ett aktivt lyssnande, att få bekräftelse på olika sätt och vägledarens bemötande var de främsta bidragande faktorerna till förståelse mellan vägledare och sökande.

The music session is conducted in a slightly altered state of consciousness with a clear focus being established beforehand in a verbal dialogue with the psychotherapist. There is also the possibility of using artwork to process and explore the imagery after the music Listening.

Our purpose with this thesis was to study how tourism providers deliver quality to their customers. We chose to carry out two case studies where we interviewed an owner of a camp site, and a municipal manager employed at another camp site. The questions were based on customer needs, service quality and dissatisfaction. The study gave us some useful aspects. The respondents told us that it was very important to the tourist providers to listen to the customer´s specific needs and to give them personal attention.

By transcribing one drum solo recorded and performed by myself and another performed by Philly Jo Jones, a drummer I?ve heard and listened to through out my life, I try to find answers to the question: How much are we influenced by the music and the musicians we listen to?My experiment starts with me recording a improvised drum solo and then transcribing it. Then I found and transcribed a drumsolo by Philly Jo Jones that I had not heard before. The results of these experiments showed some interesting similarities between my own playing style and Philly Jo Jones and I learned a lot about what stuck with me from Listening to him playing, and what didn?t..

The purpose of this essay is to discuss different memory techniques used by pianists so I can feel secure while performing during concerts. How do pianists learn to memorise music? According to me, are certain memorisation techniques more effective than others? Do pianists use different methods depending on repertoire? To find my answers, I have studied two other pianists? outcomes on the subject as well as applied my chosen memorising techniques on five pieces from different epochs. These techniques include visualising my fingers when they play on the keyboard, Listening to the pieces many times, practicing short specific parts one hand at a time, singing the melody while playing the accompaniment, studying the scores without playing, as well as analysing the harmonic sequences..

The aim of this study is to examine Swedish teachers? role and attitude in the Swedish subject towards motivation and reading fiction at upper secondary school. We are also interested in investigating whether or not there are any differences regarding the way teachers motivate students? depending on their choice of education or not. The method we chose in order to achieve this was interviews with teachers.

The purpose of this thesis was to look into how event management companies got knowledge about their customers? expectations and how they are influenced by these expectations. A case study was conducted based upon interviews with two employees from two companies that are in the business. The study has shown that event management companies do try to get awarness about their customers' expectations, especially by Listening and discussing with the customer. Personal contact is an efficient way of communicating and a way to avoid misunderstandings, which is a common mistake when customers' expectations are not met.

Syftet med detta arbete är att genom litteraturstudier och försök i klasser i grundskolan år 4-9 få fram ett antal tips på lektionsförslag i engelska, som går att genomföra vid ett lektionstillfälle och som innehåller minst tre av fem olika aktiviteter: reading, vocabulary, Listening, speaking och writing. Resultatet av litteraturgenomgången visar att det är viktigt att på alla sätt försöka motivera eleven att lära sig engelska och det genom attvariera undervisningen så mycket som möjligt. Resultatet av lektionsförslagsdelen visar att 11 av 13 förslag gick att genomföra som tänkt. I förslaget Draw, guess and run! finns endast två aktiviteter med och i förslaget Tourist! räckte inte den utsatta tiden till. Detta arbete kan således fungera som en idékälla, när man vill genomföra varierade lektioner oberoende av t.ex.

The purpose of this thesis was to study managers in the tourism market who works with internal marketing towards their personnel. A case study with two tourism providers, Hotel La-ponia and Mix Ranch, was performed. The cases were based on personal interviews with the hotel manager at Hotel Laponia and with the owner of Mix Ranch. The research questions were based on why tourist providers use internal marketing and how tourist providers use internal marketing. The findings were that it was regarded as very important to have moti-vated, satisfied, and properly trained personnel in this business because they are the ones who have direct communication with the clients and they are an important issue to help the com-pany to success.

The purpose of this study is to investigate and describe the role of course books for teaching English to children at intermediate level of primary school in Sweden. The essay is based on a descriptive, qualitative method and interviews have been conducted with seven teachers in different schools, teaching English in year 4, 5 and 6.The result of the study shows that course books have considerably influence on the teaching of English in the schools who took part in this investigation. The participating teachers use a course book as main teaching material and almost everybody follows the traditional routine working with Textbook and complementary tasks in Workbook every week. They base their lessons on course books and use alternative teaching material mainly for fun activities, speaking practice and individualization. Even though all teachers rank speaking and Listening as most important for new learners, it is reading which has the largest impact on their teaching.

Music has a role to play in every country and every culture. Sweden today is a country whith many different cultures, religions and music genres. The purpose of this investigation is to study how immigrants youths profit from music education on the basis of music teachers' perspectives. Questions at issue are: are there immigrant children/ youths who can not take part in music education? Have the students' religions any importance? Do the parents question the offered education? Is there more opposition to some specific kind of music? Are teachers avoiding to present some music? Can music education help the immigrant youths to form their identities? I have used questionnaires and I have made five interviews.

Detta examensarbete är en förstudie där väl lyssningsanpassade rum har undersökts både objektivt och subjektivt med syftet att kunna identifiera och tolka allmänna akustiska fenomen som uppstår, och upplevs, samt upplysa läsaren om dessa. Rapporten behandlar ljudfysik så som akustik och våglära, ljudteknikerns roll, psykoakustik, kontrollrum och teknisk utrustning. De mätningar och lyssningstest som utförts har alla utgått ifrån den tänka lyssningspositionen som sedan ställts mot specifika krav och rekommendationer från AMS (Audio Measurement Standards) och EBU (European Brodcasting Union). Lyssningstesten har gjorts efter EBU-standard. Även intervjustudier har genomförts med erfarna ljudtekniker.
