In this essay, I examine teachers' different approaches, responsibilities and child perspective on preschool. I discuss how important it is that we educators in preschool work together as a team about childcare and learning. Our attitudes affect the children.In the essay, I show examples of different attitude and approach to learning and the significance of the educational awareness that characterize the work of the nursery. We have different approaches and standards that are influenced by our cultural, social and ethnic backgrounds. It plays a major role in how we interpret and understand various situations in preschool.I also discuss preschool teacher's responsibility and teamwork, and how it affects children.

The psychosocial work environment in hard professions is hardly studied and this study was implemented to observe port workers psychosocial work environment in ports of Västerås and Köping. There are two purposes with this study: firstly, to examine how ports of Västerås and Köping, Mälarhamnar AB, can improve and develop their business by using psychosocial methods. To do this, a questionnaire study and three interviews with workers were done and the results were used in a SWOT- analysis. Secondly, the aim is to be able to use the results and make a difference in the business development by adjusting the psychosocial work environment. The results show that the employees are happy at work and are happy with their work colleagues.

The purpose of my essay is to highlight the various dilemmas that can occur in the preschool during the moments of guided reflection but also the opportunities it can provide. I am using my own practical experience from situations where care for the children can be questioned and needs to be considered in comparison to the further development of the preschool teachers and with them the entire organization. Title: Veingeskolan F - Investigation of the indoor environment and a structural analysisMethod: Complete analysis of structural drawings to determine if the school have been constructed correctly. In my teorethical studies of the drawings I must seek out points that may have been damaged from moisture, this contains a full survey of the foundation, walls and ceiling. To strenghten the data collected from the drawings I must visit the school and do field investigations to find out if the school has any problems with the indoor environment.Analysis: I determined that we had some damages on specific places, these damages was caused by leaking roofs, a carpet that was tarnished by strong sunlight in connection with some type of glue and also the ventilation that may have been drawing malodorous air from a shaft in the foundation.Conclusion: I was able to see that the decision to demolish the school was quite drastic, if the county would have done continuous fixups on the construcion when the employes had complained maybe the action to the tear the school down would have been unnecessary. The purpose of this essay is to show how or if teachers use different methods working with minority language students, who don?t speak Swedish in lower primary school. By using different socio-cultural perspectives I want to show that learning for both students and teachers is contextual and socially connected and how practical knowledge is significant for many teachers.My working method of this essay is made in a qualitative form by interviews with four preschool teachers. By these interviews I hope to find account for how teachers with or without experience work with immigrant children.The result of my survey shows that perceived experience is significant to most of my informants, which is what deficient in their work with non-Swedish speaking children.    .

The purpose of this study is to review the legal situation of the psychosocial work enivronment for principals. The purpose is also to get an increased understanding for how the principals work environment can affect people involved in the swedish school. The psychosocial work environment is explained through studying European law, national law and case law. The principals work situation is studied by different sources, for example from the Work Environment Agency and a report from the Swedish School Agency. The legal dogmatic method has been applied with the legal sociology method to analyze the material.

Grupperna undervisades i två omgångar med utvärdering och utveckling av undervisningsmaterialet mellan. Elevernas för- och efterförståelse kartlades med hjälp av intervjuer och grupperna jämfördes med avsikt att undersöka hur de olika undervisningstillfällenas utformning påverkade elevernas lärande.

The Intensive Care Unit (ICU) is a special unit for patients who is in the need for emergency life-sustaining measures and every patient has complex medical- technical equipment. The experiences of a critical illness and the needs of critical care are experienced in different ways. The purpose of this study was to describe the experiences from patients in the ICU and how this experience has an influence on the patients. The method was a study of literature with a qualitative inception based on eight scientific articles and the analysis of content has been inspired by Graneheim and Lundman (2003). The result of the study is presented by four categories: to loose the ability to make themselves understood, to be forced to adjust to the environment of caring, to have the lack of connection with reality and to be in an intensive care environment, The results showed that patients in the ICU are affected by the attitude from the staff, the equipment around them as well as the sounds and lights in the environment there.

Syftet med arbetet är att beskriva ett antal pedagogers uppfattningar om lärandemiljöns betydelse för barn i koncentrationssvårigheter samt vilket stöd de önskar av specialpedagogen. Undersökningen bygger på tio intervjuer med pedagoger från två kommuner. I detta arbete vill vi ge en bild av hur dessa pedagoger tänker kring lärandemiljöns betydelse för barn i koncentrationssvårigheter, hur de arbetar samt vilket specialpedagogiskt stöd de anser sig behöva. För att få en teoretisk grund redogör vi först för den litteratur vi utgått ifrån samt den teori som vi tror är aktuell för vårt arbete. Sammanfattningsvis kan vi konstatera att pedagoger är medvetna om att lärandemiljöns utformning är av stor betydelse för barn i koncentrationssvårigheter. Samtliga pedagoger upplever att de stora barngrupperna påverkar problematiken för barn i koncentrationssvårigheter.

Regarding school-teaching most people have had the traditional idea that the teacher is the owner of all knowledge and the student is the receiver of that knowledge. Tradition tells us that the way the student receives the knowledge has been by listening, repeating, reading and memorizing what the teacher has taught. Research about teaching from the last decades show that there are other strategies, ways, and qualitys for helping students in learning. In school there are many pupils with Swedish as their second language and these pupils often have less basic condition compared with pupils with Swedish as their mother tongue and the most common root cause is lack of language knowledge, also the time spent in Sweden matters.I have trough questionnaires and literature studies investigated if there, for pupils with Swedish as their second language, is an easier way to figure out how to read and write in Swedish using fiction literature as learning material compared with ordinary ways.In the questionnaires that I performed participated a number of teachers that teach Swedish as a second language. These teachers all work in schools with a big share of pupils with Swedish as a second language.I also tried to evaluate if there was a difference between teachers with a graduation in Swedish as second language compared with these who don?t have a graduate but still work with these pupils.The result shows that I discovered that only the graduated teachers have used fiction literature as a learning material in the daily work and have experienced good results from the pupils, they also knew why they used fiction literarture for reading and writing training.As a teacher it is very important to have the knowledge regarding children that have Swedish as a second language, to be able to support them in a correct way.Despite the pupil can?t speak or read the new language, it has feelings and knowledge about the circumstances that they can?t express.The teachers mission is to knew and have understanding for these circumstances.Keywords: Pupils with Swedish as second language, learning to read and write, fiction literarture, school..
