Tidigare forskning pekar pa? att medarbetare bland annat motiveras av balans mellan insats och belo?ning, fo?rva?ntningar som a?r fo?renliga med organisationens visioner och instrumentell motivation. A?sikterna i forskningen skiljer sig a?t i hur ansta?llningsform pa?verkar graden av arbetstillfredssta?llelse. Syftet med studien var att, genom en kvantitativ metod, underso?ka graden av arbetsmotivation hos lagermedarbetare.

Denna uppsats, som behandlar ämnet informationslogistik, är ett arbete utfört av två studenter vid Södertörns högskola vårterminen och höstterminen 2008. Information och flödet av denna är centrala bitar i företags verksamheter, att utveckla hanteringen av information är ett sätt att effektivisera funktioner och att bli mer produktiv. Den centrala frågeställningen och syftet med uppsatsen är att kartlägga arbetet samt informationsflödet på Scania AB:s materialplaneringsavdelning MSLA, på chassiverkstaden i Södertälje. Vidare är syftet att undersöka informationssystemens användbarhet utifrån materialplanerarnas perspektiv samt ta reda på om MSLA arbetar efter lean production-synsättet och i så fall hur. Insamlingen av empiriskt material har skett genom att en fallstudie har utförts.

Meddelanden som förmedlas i form av fysiska utskrifter, exempelvis administrativ post, hanteras inom tjänsten Printing Services.

During the past decade Information Technology (IT) and Information and Communication Technology (ICT) have become the main tools in teaching. Authors and early educators who are treated in the study talks about how technology has come to change the school's approach to teaching and didactic tools. The technology has also affected students´ and teachers´ ways to work because the technology's versatility makes demands on the user's expertise and competence. The technical skills have long been associated as a male domain, where men are expected to master the technology´s versatility. These expectations are not the same for women.

The purpose of this Master?s thesis is to investigate what prompts student nurses to seek information required to their educational tasks and how they evaluate and utilize that information. The questions addressed in this thesis regard how information retrieval becomes part of student nurses? social practice; which physical and intellectual tools student nurses make use of in their education; and which mediating resources they use to perform their tasks. Roger Säljö?s sociocultural approach provides the theoretical framework for this thesis.

Bland de medborgare som inte till fullo anammat den nyatekniken återfinns en stor grupp äldre, något som påverkar dessa individers möjligheter till en höglivskvalité i form av delaktighet, oberoende och god rörlighet. En aspekt i detta sammanhang äräldres möjligheter att åka kollektivt och på egen hand planera och genomföra resor, något somförutsätter en god tillgång till och förståelse av kollektivtrafikinformation. Föreliggandeexamensarbete avser här att belysa kognitiva effekter av det skifte i interaktionsmiljön som sker närkollektivtrafikens tids- och linjeinformation digitaliseras. Studien baserar sig på en situerad ansats tillmänniskans kognition, ett teoretiskt perspektiv som innebär att tänkandet baserar sig påmultimodala konceptuella erfarenheter.

Eco-design is all about improving products environmental performances throughout the products lifecycle by including the environmental aspect into the product development process. There are a large number of different tools that can be used for this, but there are several factors that can affect which one will be the best to use. Some tools for eco-design takes comprehensive studies and can only be performed by experts, while some tools can be used more time- and cost efficient and with basic knowledge. The choice of tool should be based on the company?s situation.This report describes the research of how the design and furniture company Blå Station could include a tool for eco-design in their product development process.

Scania intends to introduce a new maintenance program for their rolling fleet. Withthis new program Scania hopes to increase their competiveness and add furthercustomer value. This thesis report is a mapping of the current maintenance program,along with its problematic features. Furthermore the report intends to describe thenew program, Condition Based Maintenance (CBM) and the problems that Scaniamust deal with before they can implement it.The report compiles basic information on how a mapping should be performed.Further on it will describe some of the theories of LEAN and leadership. I ett team ingår flera professioner och för att arbeta i ett team krävs det att kunna kommunicera med varandra. Genom att belysa vad som påverkar kommunikationen och hur kommunikationen påverkar människan, kan det leda till att människan utvecklar sin förmåga att kommunicera, vilket i sin tur leder till ett förbättrat arbetsklimat. Syftet med studien är att belysa kommunikationens betydelse för människan i det opererande teamet och eventuella orsaker som påverkar kommunikationen. Metoden är en litteraturöversikt med kvalitativ innehållsanalys av vetenskapliga artiklar. Resultatet redovisas med hjälp av tre huvudteman och 11 subteman där kommunikationens process belyses.

Websites are often developed by small businesses, organizations or individuals which may lead to that the testing gets left behind; the focus is on getting a finished product that can be deployed as quickly and as cheaply as possible.Functional testing is important also for websites and a variety of aids exist. With the right tools and methods the development work is facilitated, and it leads to products with fewer faults.This report shows in the form of a case study how an appropriate tool for functional testing can be selected and how it can be used within development of a website. An analysis of the tools available is reported and JSystem is selected as the most appropriate for this case.It turned out that JSystem could not be used fully as intended in terms of deployment, but a well-functioning alternative solution was developed.A number of test cases were created without any unsolvable problems and JSystem performed well. Bakgrund och problem: Lean är en ledningsfilosofi som får allt större utbredning. Inom lean är kontinuerliga förbättringar ett viktigt inslag för att kunna arbeta mer resurssnålt, bli mer lönsamt, möta konkurrens och tillgodose kundernas krav. Men att arbeta med kontinuerliga förbättringar innebär också att medarbetarna kontinuerligt måste förändra sitt sätt att arbeta. Här förekommer det ofta ett förändringsmotstånd och det som denna uppsats utforskar är hur man med hjälp av ekonomistyrning kan hantera motståndet och stödja förbättringsarbetet.Syfte: Syftet med uppsatsen är att belysa och skapa förståelse för det förändringsmotstånd som ofta uppstår i arbetet med kontinuerliga förbättringar samt att utifrån ett lednings- och ekonomistyrningsperspektiv beskriva hur företag möter detta och skapar förutsättningar för ett framgångsrikt arbete med kontinuerliga förbättringar.Metod: En kvalitativ empirisk studie med sammanlagt nio intervjuer på två olika företag genomfördes. Intervjuerna gjordes med personer i främst ledande positioner som alla aktivt arbetar med kontinuerliga förbättringar.Resultat och slutsatser: Studien visar att förändringsmotstånd ofta förekommer i samband med kontinuerliga förbättringar även om förändring inte per automatik behöver leda till motstånd.

In this paper I will examine the five Pussy Riot music videos that the group has published online on their official You Tube website. I will examine them through a ?gender lens? looking at their visual representations of gender vis-à-vis the hegemonic gender discourse in Russia. In addition I will examine their potential effects and if/how these visual representations can be understood as resistance.In my study I will take on a constructionist approach and the main theories being used to understand and analyze the Pussy Riot music videos are discourse- and representational theory including deconstruction, performativity and the social construction of gender as well as ?in-between? and deviant representations.
