Syftet med den här uppsatsen har varit att analysera Systembolagets externa kommunikation och argument för monopolet. Frågeställningarna som legat till grund för uppsatsen har varit flera, två övergripande som diskuteras i diskussionen och tre frågor som besvaras i analysdelen. De övergripande diskussionsfrågorna är: Vilken bakomliggande ideologi finns hos Systembolaget? Motsvaras organisationens uppdrag med vad organisationen kommunicerar? De frågor som besvaras i analysdelen är: Hur framställer Systembolaget sig själva? Hur ser Systembolagets externa kommunikation ut gällande deras monopol? Hur argumenterar Systembolaget för monopolet? Metoden som använts är en deskriptiv kvalitativ analys. För att besvara dessa frågor har materialet bestått av en reklamfilm från Systembolaget som sändes hösten 2010, samt sex artiklar från systembolaget.se.

Bakgrunden till examensarbetet är att det existerar ett behov inom Sandvik Materials Technology att komma tillrätta med problemen avseende dålig leveransprecision och antalet reklamationer genom ett förbättringsprogram som kan angripa alla bekymren inom företaget. Företaget har i dagsläget inlett ett internt förbättringsprogram kallat Lyftet Ledtid, med övergripande syfte att sänka ledtiderna i processerna för att minska kapitalbindningen samt uppnå bättre kvalitet. Andra företag har implementerat förbättringsprogrammet Sex Sigma och en undersökning av dess lämplighet för Sandvik Materials Technology bör ske. Arbetet syftar till att undersöka förbättringsprogrammet Sex Sigmas utrymme inom det interna förbättringsprogrammet Lyftet Ledtid. Det bör även ange hur en eventuell implementering kan ske.

Bravida is one of Scandinavia's leading suppliers of technical installations and services. According to Bravida an installer loses around 35 per cent of their daily work. It?s the time aspect that?s going to be examined in this thesis. The purpose of this thesis is that the student in question is to investigate the activities of the installers that works with this project, identifying where and how time losses occur and come up with suggestions for improvement.Methods used in this work is literature studies, observational studies and interviews.

AimThe purpose of this study is to examine which tools teachers, teaching physical education, are using for assessment and grading in primary schools.IssuesHow it is perceived by teachers to assess and grade the students? How have the assessment and grading tools been developed?How do the teachers document what they assess and grade?How do the teachers communicate to the students what they assess and grade?MethodThe study has a qualitative approach in which the study design is represented by several semi-structured qualitative interviews. The semi-structured interview guide was authored using the foundations of ramfaktorteorin and an overall hermeneutisk approach. The interviews were then carried out with six physical education and health teachers from the Stockholm area. The interviews were recorded with a voice recorder and transcribed.

Människans behov av att standardisera inom industrin har varit markant sedan tillkomsten av massproduktion. Under den tidiga delen av 1900-talet kom Henry Ford att nyttja standardisering vid framställandet av T-Forden även Frederick Taylor gjorde stora ansträngningar för att standardisera arbetssätt inom Scientific management under samma tidsperiod. Metoderna för att applicera och använda standardiserade arbetssätt, även benämnt metodstandarder, har kommit att förändras drastiskt med tiden med hänsyn till teorier inom Toyota production system och lean produktion. I och med det växande intresset för att applicera lean produktion inom bland annat produktionssektorn och tjänstesektorn finns det anledning till fortsatta undersökningar av hur lean produktion appliceras inom företag. Syftet med denna undersökning är att ge förslag till generella framgångsfaktorer för metodstandarder.

Utvecklingen av motorstyrsystem på Scania CV AB är en komplicerad process där hård- och mjukvara kombineras i en färdig enhet för användning i de lastbilar som företaget producerar. Styrsystemet består bland annat av en datasats med en mängd parametrar som styr olika typer av funktionalitet. Parametrarna måste vid utvecklingen av en ny motor först kalibreras med korrekta värden och därefter måste dessa värden granskas för att kvaliteten på produkten ska kunna säkerställas. I dagsläget saknas ett standardiserat arbetssätt för hur kalibrering och granskning ska gå till på de grupper som är inblandade.Studien syftade till att kartlägga hur arbetet med kalibrering och granskning går till samt att om möjligt utveckla denna arbetsprocess för att uppnå en högre grad av kvalitetssäkring. Vad gäller processkartläggningen förekommer både skillnader och likheter mellan de, i processen, inblandade grupperna.

This is a result of a diploma work in construction engineering. The purpose of this thesis is to investigate the nature of the productivity in a given project and how the Skanska productivity tools were used in this project.Interviews were held among workers and management to get some answers on what affected the work and its productivity. The result of the thesis showed that the productivity tools as propulsion analysis and ?goal cards?, were not used to a wide extent in this project. Furthermore there was almost no feedback for the one who made the calculation and the offer for the project, which might affect the results on projects negatively in the future.Within the project there was a lot of waiting time which affected the productivity.

Lean Production är ett koncept som finns, i mer eller mindre utsträckning, i många företag idag. Konceptet bygger på ett antal principer bestående bland annat av standardiserade arbetsprocesser som syftar till att minska allt slöseri som inte tillför något värde för kunden. Att implementera konceptet i en verksamhet innebär en planerad organisationsförändring och kräver för ett lyckat resultat ett ledarskap som kan motivera de anställda. När ledarskap diskuteras i samband med organisationsförändringar, talas det ofta om transformativt- och transaktionellt ledarskap. Syftet med uppsatsen är att beskriva samt analysera vilka aspekter av ledarskap som är speciellt framträdande under olika implementeringsfaser av Lean Production. För att besvara detta, samlades empiri in genom semi-strukturerade intervjuer på fyra företag, verksamma inom tillverkningsindustrin i Sverige.

Public participation is a key aspect in the planning of Swedish municipalities. It is probably the most important tool of them all in the planning towards a sustainable future within the cities and the municipalities as a whole. Participation from the public can take on several different forms. In this paper I focus to research and discuss in and around the usage of a web-based 3D platform called City Planner. The tool allows the user (the public) to view the municipalities planning in a fairly new (but quickly growing) environment.

Då innovation har kommit att bli Sveriges konkurrensfördel är det idag än viktigare att vara kreativ på ett effektivt sätt. Fokus från att endast effektivisera produktion har övergått till att även effektivisera produktutveckling. Svårigheten ligger i att produktutveckling består av kreativt arbete, vilket kräver variation och iteration. Därmed bör en balansgång finnas mellan det systematiskt effektiva och det oförutsägbara kreativa arbetet.Studien syftar till att ta reda på hur företag arbetar med effektivitetshöjande åtgärder i praktiken och hur dessa kan kopplas ihop med filosofin Lean produktutveckling (LPU), samt undersöka på vilket sätt effektivitetsåtgärderna påverkar kreativiteten. Vidare syftar studien till att se om LPU möjliggör en balansgång mellan effektivitet och kreativitet.

In today?s society more and more activities are digitalized. This means that everyone has to be able to use information and communication tools (ICT) in order to take part in the digital world, otherwise they will be left out of the digital community. There is a so called digital gap between for instance elderly and young people, where elderly do not know how to use the tools and there for cannot gain access to the digital society. What happens when people, not only grow old, but also have a communication disorder, such as aphasia? How are they included? The purpose of this study is to investigate whether or not surf pads are good tools for bridging the digital gap for people with aphasia, and which activities and situations that encourages people with aphasia to work with the surf pad.

Detta examensarbete har utförts vid Ekonomiska institutionen på Linköpings tekniska högskola. Uppdragsgivare har varit Kongsberg Automotive AB och Saab Training Systems AB. Syftet med detta arbete har varit att undersöka om värdeflödesanalys inom produktutveckling kan hjälpa företag att effektivisera utvecklingen av produkter. Metoden för värdeflödesanalys som vi valt att prova har tagits fram av MIT. Arbetets syfte var att pröva denna metod, detta gjordes genom att utföra två studier.

This project investigated the current market regarding wireless net and the communication between the tools used for diagnostics/maintenance and an embedded system. Based on documentation obtained through interviews a demo system was created based on Bluetooth Low Energy (BLE) communication between an embedded system and an Android device.This report intends to describe the tools and methods used in the design of the demo system and the result of an analysis of the BLE communication.Bluetooth Low Energy is an exciting protocol with wide applicability within the industrial field. This project investigated the communicational possibilities between a Smartphone and a Raspberry Pi and based on the results that emerged the conclusion can be drawn that BLE is a protocol with many beneficial applications within industrial IT..

The purpose of this study is to facilitate sustainable building by the use of BIM. The goal is to determine which aspects of sustainable building, which can be analyzed mainly with BIM tools, but also other aids.The study is based on literature studies and interviews. The literature review examines aspects important for sustainable building by studying environmental certification systems applicable in Sweden, as well as the BIM tools available on the market to analyze these aspects. The literature also includes the concepts of BIM and sustainability in order to provide a clearer view of its meaning. The interviews have brought the study's overall understanding of the industry and guidance on the subject.The results are presented in a table, where the aspects relevant to sustainable building are listed.

The digitization in the Swedish health care sector is rapidly growing. This study investigates whether the digitalization in health care has led to higher quality and an increased value for patients. Interviews with staff in various health care professional categories were conducted to qualitatively study how the implementation of digitization is perceived in practice by those directly involved. Furthermore, an observation was made, where a doctor was followed duringa workday to study the different digitalization software tools that are being used. Previous studies and other relevant literature accompanied the study of digitalization in health care. Organizational theories were compared with the practical organization management at the studied health care organization, as well as their dependence on other authorities and companies.
