One fundamental principle in Swedish contract law is that passive acceptance does not constitute a binding acceptance of an offer. Still, business owners use the consumers unknowing of this, and form offers saying passivity will lead to a binding agreement. Business owners are thus trying to ?negatively bind? the consumer to agreements. There are rules prohibiting this kind of actions in the Swedish marketing law (MFL).In order to find out what constitutes this forbidden kind of agreement-entering according to the Swedish Market Court, an analysis of seven cases settled between 2002-2009 and concerning consumers in these situations, is made.

Lean Production är ett koncept som finns, i mer eller mindre utsträckning, i många företag idag. Konceptet bygger på ett antal principer bestående bland annat av standardiserade arbetsprocesser som syftar till att minska allt slöseri som inte tillför något värde för kunden. Att implementera konceptet i en verksamhet innebär en planerad organisationsförändring och kräver för ett lyckat resultat ett ledarskap som kan motivera de anställda. När ledarskap diskuteras i samband med organisationsförändringar, talas det ofta om transformativt- och transaktionellt ledarskap. Syftet med uppsatsen är att beskriva samt analysera vilka aspekter av ledarskap som är speciellt framträdande under olika implementeringsfaser av Lean Production. För att besvara detta, samlades empiri in genom semi-strukturerade intervjuer på fyra företag, verksamma inom tillverkningsindustrin i Sverige.

Purpose: The aim of the thesis is to identify principles of valuation and to reach a solution for how Statens järnvägar can present their leased railroad vehicles in the future.Methodology: The authors have done a case study through a qualitative approach. Interviews have been done with Statens järnvägar, Näringsdepartementet and Riksrevisionen. Annual reports from Banverket and Luftfartsverket have been studied.Theoretical perspectives: The regulations that rule the authorities are a base for the study.Earlier researches done within the subject are presented in this section.Empirical foundation: The empirical foundation of this study consists of primary- and secondary data. The primary data is collected from the interviews that have been done, whilst the secondary data is composed of annual reports, regulations and various other documents.Conclusions: The authors have come to the conclusion that the method of valuation that Statens järnvägar choose, depends a lot on the vehicles hypothetical future. It is difficult to say that only one of the methods would be the correct one..

Då innovation har kommit att bli Sveriges konkurrensfördel är det idag än viktigare att vara kreativ på ett effektivt sätt. Fokus från att endast effektivisera produktion har övergått till att även effektivisera produktutveckling. Svårigheten ligger i att produktutveckling består av kreativt arbete, vilket kräver variation och iteration. Därmed bör en balansgång finnas mellan det systematiskt effektiva och det oförutsägbara kreativa arbetet.Studien syftar till att ta reda på hur företag arbetar med effektivitetshöjande åtgärder i praktiken och hur dessa kan kopplas ihop med filosofin Lean produktutveckling (LPU), samt undersöka på vilket sätt effektivitetsåtgärderna påverkar kreativiteten. Vidare syftar studien till att se om LPU möjliggör en balansgång mellan effektivitet och kreativitet.

Detta examensarbete har utförts vid Ekonomiska institutionen på Linköpings tekniska högskola. Uppdragsgivare har varit Kongsberg Automotive AB och Saab Training Systems AB. Syftet med detta arbete har varit att undersöka om värdeflödesanalys inom produktutveckling kan hjälpa företag att effektivisera utvecklingen av produkter. Metoden för värdeflödesanalys som vi valt att prova har tagits fram av MIT. Arbetets syfte var att pröva denna metod, detta gjordes genom att utföra två studier.

Due to the interest of starting a preschool with a scout profile in my circle of acquaintances I chose to write my report about how the scout method would work in a preschool. I did this by comparing the origin of scouting and preschool. I based my report on the following questions:Are there any similarities or differences with curriculum, education act and the scout method that can make it easier/harder to work with the scout method in the preschool?There are many theorists that have had influence on the preschool. Give some examples of their theories that could affect the scout preschool?What is the difference between a teacher and a scout leader?What would a preschool look like if you included the scout method in the daily activity?With the help of my literature studies I compared the scout method against the laws and rules to make sure that the scout method doesn?t contradict them.

The aim of this text is to study how sectional managers in the care of the elderly work so as to promote basic human values. Semi-structured interviews generated qualitative data from five sectional managers. A hermeneutical approach was applied for interpreting the interviews. The result shows that the respondents are conscious of the fact that it takes a lot of long term work before a change in current procedures will happen. Also, the common everyday principles of work and basic values will continue to be part of the care of the elderly.

Under senare årtionden har Lean Production blivit ett allt mer etablerat begrepp inom den moderna industrin när det gäller effektivisering av verksamheter. Målet med Lean Production är att kunna erbjuda kunden högsta kvalitet till lägsta pris, på kortast möjliga tid, genom att ständigt arbeta med att eliminera slöseri. Genom att minimera eller eliminera aktiviteter som inte skapar något värde för kunden kan flöden bli mer effektiva och kräva mindre resurser.Ett företag som arbetar med att sammankoppla Lean-principer med sin logistiska verksamhet är Wibax AB; ett företag inom kemikalieindustrin. Företaget har under de senaste åren befunnit sig i en expansionsfas och ett problem är att verksamhetens processer inte har utvecklats i tillräckligt hög takt för att på lång sikt kunna möta den ökade efterfrågan.Syftet med denna studie var att undersöka hur Lean-principer kan tillämpas för att förbättra fallföretagets arbetsprocesser inom lagerstyrning och materialhantering. Då likheter mellan områdena Lean Production och logistik kunde ses i början av studie var syftet även att undersöka vilka teoretiska kopplingar som kunde hittas mellan områdena.För ett antal av företagets produkter uppfattas arbetsflödet som ineffektivt och kartläggningen av nuvarande arbetsflöde visade att de största problemen är att informationsöverföring sker manuellt mellan ett flertal parallella system, att miniminivåer i lager inte är baserade på statistiska underlag samt att det råder oreda både vad gäller material- och informationshantering.Resultatet av studien visade att många problem var sammanlänkade och att flödet skulle effektiviseras av relativt få åtgärder.

Arbetet syftar till att undersöka möjligheten att med hjälp av moderna arbetssätt få en arbetsgång med ständiga förbättringar inom anläggningsbranschen. Sökandet sker med hjälp av litteraturstudier kring ISO 9000 och LEAN samt studiebesök vid två företag, Hauler&Loaders Arvikafabriken (Volvo Wheel Loaders AB) samt PartnerTech Karlskoga AB. Detta är företag som under tid arbetat med dessa frågor och som nått goda resultat.Det framkommer att ISO 9000 är mycket öppet och inte detaljstyrande men att det finns vinster att hämta genom nyttjande av standarden. Kunder får en bekräftelse på att företaget i fråga har uppnått en god lägstanivå och det certifierande tredjepartsföretaget kan under externa revisioner hjälpa till att förbättra kvalitetssystemet. LEAN däremot är mer handfast även om det precis som ISO 9000 innehåller en stor del vision och filosofi.Studiebesöken har mynnat ut i ett flertal handfasta arbetsmetoder redo att anpassas för tester inom anläggningsbranschen.
