Den 1 juli 1992 trädde minerallagen (1991:45) i kraft och ersatte gruvlagen (1974:342), samt lagen (1974:342) om vissa mineralfyndigheter. Genom ikraftträdandet kom den gruvrättsliga lagstiftningen att bli enhetlig. Minerallagen är en exploateringslag vari en avvägning gjorts mellan markägarnas, prospektörens och samhällets intressen. Denna uppsats har syftat till att undersöka fastighetsägarens ställning vid mineral- prospektering. Framställningen bygger främst på förarbetena till mineral- lagen och 1974 års gruvlagstiftning.

Data for the study has been collected through semi-structured interviews and the empirical data has been presented and analyzed using the well-grounded theory.Result & the contribution of the thesis: The result of this study shows that there are differences in how the compensation plans tend to affect salespeople regarding an number of different factors. The study contributes with a greater understanding about how compensation plans affect salespeople.Suggestions for future research: For future research we suggest a quantitative study with the same aim as we have used for this study so that a generalizable understanding about sales peoples? experiences with different compensation plans can be conducted.Key words: Compensation plans, motivation, stress, variable pay, fixed pay .

The purpose of our study is to interpret and understand the collaborative process around a regional model that is based on state developed guidelines for people with dementia. We have chosen to focus on the importance of interaction and have therefore interviewed participants in the project's steering committee. This group participates in efforts to develop a model for dementia care in Halland.The project work in Halland, to develop a joint model for people with dementia and their families was initiated in the spring of 2011 and is due to finish at the end of 2012. The Halland model has been named ?Annas led? and is about Anna and her husband Lars and living with dementia.

The aim of this Masters thesis is to examine how two novels written by the Swedish author Pär Lagerkvist have been received by the critics in the Swedish daily press concerning their contemporary anchorage. During the time these novels were published, Pär Lagerkvist, through his authorship, expressed a conception of and an attitude towards contemporary political directions. The first of the two novels, The Hangman, was published in 1933, and the second, The Dwarf, in 1944. A second aim is to examine how the two novels contemporary anchorage is reflected in the reviews. The final aim is to examine whether the criticism differs depending on the ideological view of the newspapers.

The purpose of this thesis is library work in exile, more specifically The Kurdish library in Stockholm (?Kurdiska biblioteket?). The Kurds have a long history of exile, forming a part of their national and cultural identity. I have therefore chosen in the analysis three concepts: nationalism, ethnicity and culture. The Kurdish library is unique and is different from a traditional library in many ways.

Denna studie syftar till att undersöka den syntaktiska strukturen i tre texttyper i tre översättningar av ?Boule de suif? av Guy de Maupassant. De tre översättningarna är gjorda av Sigfried Siwertz (1927), Ingvar Johansson (1972) och Johan Gunnarsson (1985). Metoden som används är utarbetad av Lars Wollin och modifierad av Yvonne Lindqvist. Genom att dela upp texterna i makrosyntagmer och därefter i primära satsdelar kan versionskomplex upprättas vilka möjliggör en jämförelse av käll- och måltextens syntaktiska struktur på operationsnivå. Uppsatsens mål är att ta reda på huruvida olika operationer är ett resultat av de olika texternas textuella strukturer samt i fall det går att skönja ett samband mellan val av operationer och översättare.

WesDyne TRC AB is a fully owned subsidiary of the global WestinghouseElectric Corporation. WesDyne is a world leader in non-invasive methods for theinspection of nuclear power plants. One of the inspection platforms used to scanfor defects in and around the welds in the reactor vessel is called the T-crawler.The T-crawler operates under water in a radioactive environment by stepping onthe vessel (reactor tank) inner wall using suction cups. The environment is harshand many traditional positioning sensors are not suitable for implementation. Thisthesis investigates the possibility to use a gyroscope and a pressure sensor tocreate an alternative and independent positioning system.

2001 startade den nya lärarutbildningen. 2005 tyckte Lars Leijonborg och Jan Björklund att man lika gärna kunde stänga lärarhögskolorna och satsa på universiteten istället. Den nya lärarutbildningen har fått mycket kritik, både av högskoleverket, av pedagoger och av andra. Syftet med mitt examensarbete har varit att ta reda på hur skolledare ställer sig till anställningsbarheten efter avslutade studier inom den nya lärarutbildningen. Detta gjordes genom att jag först skickade ut enkäter till 100 rektorer i Sverige, varav 28 användes i själva studien.

Skönlitterära texter bidrar till att definiera vilka sociala identiteter, och därmed könsroller, som är möjliga i samhället (Fairclough 2010:75). Undersökningen syftar till att medvetandegöra hur könsroller, och maktstrukturer mellan dessa, reproduceras genom den grammatiska kodningen av romanpersoner i spänningslitteratur.Genom en anpassad systemisk-funktionell transitivitetsanalys (Halliday 2004) undersöks mäns och kvinnors dynamiska potential, samt deras processers riktning och agentivitet. Därtill analyseras i vilken utsträckning män och kvinnor nyttjar talarutrymmet i texten.Materialet består av spänningssekvenser ur tre romaner av Camilla Läckberg, Stieg Larsson och Lars Kepler.Resultaten visar att kvinnor i processfördelningen framstår som mer dynamiska än män, men att mäns processer i större utsträckning riktar sig mot yttre deltagare och påverkar dessa. Kvinnor blir oftare föremål för andras processer och påverkas i lika stor mån som de själva kan påverka. Män dominerar även talarutrymmet.Slutsatsen blir att även om kvinnor framstår som mer dynamiska än män, framstår män som mer handlingskraftiga och förmögna till påverkan än kvinnor..

Detta examensarbete tar upp frågan vilken betydelse olika typer av talat språk har för lärosituationen. Med hjälp av bland andra Ulla-Britt Kotsinas, Lars-Gunnar Andersson, Arne Maltén och deras idéer kring språkbruk har arbetets frågeställningar formulerats. Undersökningen genomfördes med en både kvalitativ och kvantitativ metod där två relativt olika skolor involverats. Den ena av dessa skolor är en relativt liten, privat skola i en storstad och den andra är en betydligt större kommunal skola, i ett mindre samhälle. Ett antal lärare har intervjuats och elever har svarat på enkäter som sedan har sammanförts i en analysdel. Resultatet av undersökningen tyder på en språklig medvetenhet hos lärarna på båda skolorna.

SammanfattningDenna studie syftar till att undersöka autonoma och kontrollerade motivationsfaktorers förekomst hon erfarna respektive oerfarna anställda inom säljande organisationer. Detta har undersökts genom en kvalitativ studie med semi-strukturerade intervjuer som grund. Tre olika säljande företag och fem anställda på varje företag valdes ut för att utföra denna flerfallsstudie. Materialet analyserades sedan genom en abduktiv analysmetod i form av Well Grounded Theory.Resultatet visade vissa samband mellan särskilda motivationsfaktorer hos de erfarna anställda respektive de oerfarna. Gränsen för att vara erfaren anställd är dragen vid 7 år på arbetsplatsen.

In this essay we strive to examine how the social work in Sweden will be affected if the Swedish welfare model goes through fundamental changes. The study illuminates the close connection between the Swedish collective bargaining model and the Swedish welfare system. The questions we present in this essay, and hopefully answer satisfactory, are: is the Swedish welfare model subject to thorough changes? How will such a change alter the social work in Sweden?, is the Swedish collective bargaining model in a state of modification? Would a modification in the collective bargaining model have effects on the Swedish welfare model?We have used a qualitative method in collecting empirical material. We interviewed three representatives, who worked for Confederation of Swedish Enterprise, IF Metall and The Swedish Municipal Workers respectively.

This thesis strives to demonstrate my increasingly phenomenological approach to musical composition in relation to the extensive body of musical works connected in different ways to the poetry collection ORDER by the Swedish author and play-wright Lars Norén. The hand, the touch, the voice, the space (environment) and its philosophical implications are scrutinised from a poetic perspective (my poetics). The question of language (the word), the sign (text), sound/noise/music and its immanent bodily qualities are focused and questioned in my own work as well as in primarily two case studies of the music of Pierluigi Billone (1960-) and Morton Feldman (1926-1987).The text reflects the emancipatory process my music has undergone the last 4- 5 years: moving away from language and text (representation) to body and sound, although preserving and nurturing the extended idea of the sign (as signification of sound and body) as a possible embodied vehicle in my composing and artistic thinking.The reader is invited through the extensive use of sketches and work methods to witness and follow this process as a manifestation of the ?doing? rather than the presentation or construction of an analysis in an academic sense.The thesis offers no solution and it fails to encapsulate all of the so-called ORDER-MUSIC (the music that is connected with Norén's collection of poetry) Instead it proposes a possible way of ?opening? the process to a basically phenomenological methodology inside the musical field of score based chamber music..

The aim with the study is to get an understanding of why pupils read literature in upper secondary school from four Swedish teachers´ thoughts and attitudes towards fiction in upper secondary school. Some of the theoretical starting points that lay as a foundation to the study are Lpf 94, the curriculum for Swedish and different literature oriented researchers as Lars-Göran Malmgren´s subject construction, Louise M. Rosenblatt´s transaction theory, Jan Nilsson´s view on fiction as a source of pleasure and a source of knowledge and Gunilla Molloy´s dialectal questions. To reach the aim in question qualitative interviews with four Swedish teachers in upper secondary school were carried through. The result shows that the teachers see the literature?s part in school as meaningful and claims that it deserves to have an even higher value in all subjects, not only in the subject Swedish.
