Forskningen om det psykologiska kontraktet a?r ofta oka?nd i organisationer som anva?nder sig av ma?l- och prestationsstyrning (Petersitzke, 2009). Denna studies syfte var att underso?ka med- arbetares upplevelser av ma?l- och prestationsstyrning relaterad till inneha?llet i deras psykologiska kontrakt. Ma?l- och prestationsstyrning underso?ktes utifra?n ma?ltydlighet och feedback respektive psykologisk empowerment.

Ny nationell höjdmodell är ett projekt som utförts av Lantmäteriet på begäran av regeringen sedan år 2009 och beräknas vara färdigt år 2016. Datainsamling sker med hjälp av flygburen laserskanning. Syftet med studien är att kontrollera noggrannheten av laserdata som ska användas för framställning av ny nationell höjdmodell i Sverige. Noggrannhetskontrollen utfördes på området Årsunda ? Ockelbo (syd ? nord) och Storvik ? Forsbacka (väst ? öst).

Detta examensarbete genomfördes i samarbete med m4solutions AB, Halmstad, och Volvo Buses AB, Göteborg.Då Volvo önskar att minska totalkostnaden för tillverkning av luftintag, utan nedsatt prestanda som konsekvens, krävs undersökningar om hur väl dagens intag fungerar och vad som kan förbättras, samt planering av utvecklingsarbetet. För att underlätta för kommande förbättringsarbete har detta examensarbete undersökt vilket underlag och vilka kompetenser som krävs för att genomföra detta arbete. Resultatet av denna undersökning är en instruktion fylld med redskap och information vilket skall stöda Volvo Buses AB vid kommande arbetet att optimera luftintaget. Eftersom Volvo AB ingår i fordonsbranschen är det lämpligt att forma vår instruktion utefter ISO/TS 16949:2009 standarden, för produktutveckling inom fordonsindustrin, och Volvo?s egna metodik, Global Development Process, för produktutveckling. Studien innefattar flödessimuleringar, marknadsundersökningar och kriterieframtagning, samt analyser och utvärdering av samtlig tillgänglig information. Tillsammans gav detta en övergripande bild över luftintagets funktionalitet och prestanda, vilket i sin tur belyser vilka aktiviteter som är nödvändiga att föreslå i den slutgiltiga instruktionen..

Thavenius (2009:23-122) and Dahl (1999:49-82) explains that literary education in school has gone from, in the 1800s, barely existed on receiving the fairly central location it has today. Fredriksson (2010:2-3) points out that there are several threats to the ancient writers and writings in danger of being forgotten. The purpose with this essay was to examine how to work with literary history in school, and whether and how to work with regional literature history. To fulfill the purpose of this paper three high school teacher in Swedish were interviewed.The survey shows that respondents working in various ways with the history of literature, either in the eras, themes or projects. The perception of what literature and the authors to be affected varies between respondents, particularly the perception of the work about authors from Värmland.

This examination work aims to describe how a supply chain around the biggest pellets factory in Sweden will be configured in a logistic perspective. The plant and associated infrastructure are in the building phase and will have production start on the 2 November 2009. The key question that is set in this examination work is to recognize the logistic processes which are essential for an effective flow of materials and information that link the source of supply with the ultimate customer. In order to get the answer, a flowcharting of these supply chain processes is required for understanding the pipeline activities such as input and storage of raw material, the production system and the output of pellets to the customers. The basis for this supply chain map is a model-based representation of these logistic processes and activities that are involved around the pellets factory.

Syftet för examensarbetet är att inringa olika betydelser av samisk identitet i förskolan genom att undersöka hur samiskt språk och kultur används inom samiska förvaltningskommuner. På vilka sätt strävar pedagoger på förskolor och administratörer i förvaltningskommunerna att främja samiskt språk och kultur bland förskolebarn i några utvalda förskolor som ligger i kommuner som omfattas av särskilda regelverk? För att få svar på frågorna användes kvalitativa intervjuer som metod. Det genomfördes telefonintervjuer med sju personer i två samiska förvaltningskommuner. I resultatet framkommer det att kommunerna arbetar på olika sätt med de samiska språken i förskolan.

Syftet med denna studie är att analysera hur yrkesverksamma pedagoger beskriver sitt arbete med matematiken i förskolan. Den kvalitativa metod vi har valt att använda i studien består av intervju med utbildade och erfarna pedagoger. Inom denna metod så har vi valt att se utifrån ett fenomenografiskt perspektiv, som innefattar att man beskriver hur människor ser på fenomen i sin omvärld och människors olika uppfattningar att se på ett och samma fenomen (Dahlgren & Johansson i Fejes & Thornberg 2009). Resultaten inom studien visar på att tidig inlärning av matematik och pedagogernas olika arbetssätt att kunna utveckla barnens fortsatta utforskande går hand i hand. Slutsatsen av studien blev att informanterna tycker att matematiken är ett svårt och krångligt ämne men om de lägger sina egna personliga erfarenheter och åsikter åt sidan och ser till vad barnen verkligen är intresserad av och vad de utforskar kring så utvecklas barnens fortsatta utforskande på en högre nivå..

Syftet med uppsatsen var att studera vilka idéer som ligger till grund för 2009 års Kulturutredning och om den genomsyras av de idéer som inför de administrativa förändringar som kopplas till New Public Management. Detta undersöktes genom en kvalitativ innehållsanalys av Kulturutredningens betänkande. New Public Management (NPM) är en uppsättning idéer om hur man organiserar och styr offentlig verksamhet och har påverkat verksamheter inom bland annat vård, omsorg och skola de senaste decennierna. Dessa idéer innebär ökat fokus på uppföljning och utvärdering samt att kvalitet kopplas till kostnadseffektivitet. Man sätter upp mål, operationaliserar dem till mätbara prestationer som kopplas till finansiering.

Syftet med uppsatsen är att undersöka hur svenska pensionsfonder presterat under perioden 2005-01-01 till 2009-12-07. Detta vill vi undersöka då det sker stora förflyttningar av pensionskapital i stundande tid inom det svenska pensionssystemet. Undersökningen innehåller ett urval på 25 svenska pensionsfonder hos sju av de stora svenska pensionsförvaltarna. Fyra fondtyper har använts i undersökningen: En aktiefond, en blandfond och två olika räntefonder. Utifrån historisk data har vi tagit fram avkastning och risk för aktuell tidsperiod hos fonderna.

There?s still one problem to solve and that is the lackof web content specifically adapted for smartphones.The purpose of this paper is to identify and analyze from a user and usability perspective howto make a successful migration and design of a user interface for an existing web basedsystem so that it also fit smartphones.The paper starts with a theoretical reference material containing examples of differentapproaches for design and migration of an interface.A case study is performed and prototypes are designed with support from guidelines andrecommendations in the theory part.The conclusion stipulates that in the present situation there are no shortcuts when it comes tomigration of an existing web based system for the mobile web. The recommendation is aspecific interface for each different unit that are going to interact with the system.Research that analyzes differences between all mobile web browsers would be of greatinterest, a research that hopefully leads to guidelines for what level of mobile web standardthey should at least support.

The purpose of this work is to investigate how 4-5 year olds perceptions of materials and material properties can be developed through an educational activity. The study is based on two interviews with eight children in that age category. The interviews were conducted before and after an activity where the children were first introduced to the subject by the tale of The three little pigs (Harris, 2009) and then given the opportunity to explore various materials related to the book. The kids got to experiment and explore how water affected materials and to compare different materials properties. The children were also attracted to build and create the material that was offered during the activity.

This paper investigates the relationship between dividends and institutional and foreign ownership in Swedish firms. We use a dataset which covers the Swedish stock market over the period 1999-2009. The institutional ownership is defined as mutual funds, pension funds and insurance companies and these are analysed separately. The study confirms the expected positive relationship between the level of institutional investors in a firm and the size of dividends. We also confirm? the expected negative relationship between foreign investors and the size of dividends paid by Swedish firms.
