The main purpose of this essay is to investigate the legal position for employers concerning protection against what employees can express about one?s employer in social media.It may regard dissatisfaction concerning employment, tort or so-called whistleblowing. The spread through social media may be comprehensive and thus cause more damage to the employer.Employees within the public sector as well as in the private are protected by the liberty of speech, which is constitutional, even the protection of sources or the right to criticize can offer some protection. This gives the employees the possibility to widely express themselves in private social media as long as it can?t be classified as a violation, which per se is very rare.However, certain differences between the both sectors will be pointed out.There are still no constitutional rights regarding social media, but a grey area has emerged concerning the legal position.

Abstract: The fashion industry is perhaps the most unpredictable one where change occurs very rapidly. In order to be attractive and interesting in this competitive industry, a brand must constantly be up to date and differentiated from other brands to attract the consumers. This has given rise to an increasing growth of brands that cooperate for marketing reasons and more specifically, clothing retailers that perform designer collaborations with exclusive designers to create limited collections.Studies describing the effects of those collaborations on the retailers brands are rare and especially from a consumer perspective. Since H&M has been a pioneer in designer collaborations and has done it more times and for more years than any other retailer we have conducted our study on their case. Our intention was to investigate how the designer collaborations have affected the brand equity and image of H&M, if the collaborations have increased the willingness to pay for H&M's other ranges and if they have affected H&M's ability to extend its brand to higher price segments, through an experimental study.

Kulturens roll i samhällsutvecklingen är något som diskuteras allt mer intensivt. Idag kan en tendens där man använder kultur som verktyg för att uppnå utveckling urskiljas i kulturpolitiken både i Sverige och utomlands.Denna uppsats syftar till att studera och beskriva Region Hallands kulturpolitik, med fokus på att urskilja hur man använder kultur som verktyg för att uppnå regional utveckling. Den teoretiska utgångspunkten i studien utgörs av två kulturpolitiska modeller genom vilka jag undersöker hur kulturpolitiken har utvecklats de senaste åren, samt på vilket sätt kulturen integreras i andra samhällssektorer.Materialet i uppsatsen har inhämtats genom intervjuer med representanter för de sex största partierna i Region Halland, samt med regionens kulturchef. Dessa intervjuer har tillsammans med en del sekundära källor legat till grund för uppsatsens empiriska del.Det huvudsakliga resultatet i denna uppsats är att det råder en stor konsensus kring kulturpolitiken i Region Halland, oavsett partitillhörighet. Catecholamines are stress hormones that are produced and released by a rare tumor called pheochromocytoma. This tumor can cause hypertension which if undiagnosed and untreated leads to death. Since good therapy is available, it is important to find the tumor in time. The most common way to diagnose the tumor is measurement of the biochemical markers; catecholamines and their metabolites, methylated catecholamines.After observation that almost all normetanephrine results for women were higher than the upper reference limit and therefore pathological, the accuracy of the present reference intervals was questioned. Therefore new reference intervals for both urinary catecholamines and methylated catecholamines were developed by analysis of 46 samples using HPLC.

In this report listed buildings, according to the Swedish Heritage Conservation Act, have been studied with a focus on cases where economical compensation has been given to the owner of the building and cases where the listing of the building has been appealed by the owner. In order for a building to become listed it needs to be particularly valuable from a cultural and historical standpoint. The listed buildings are protected through a list of regulations that determines which parts of the building can or cannot be changed, what methods and materials should be used for changes and repairs, and how the building should be maintained. These regulations should as far as possible be formulated in agreement with the owner, but a building can become listed against the owners will. To decrease the damage this causes the owner he can in some cases have the right to economical compensation. There is also a possibility for the owner to appeal the listing of the building.

Utlandstjänstgöring kan för många vara en spännande del i yrkeskarriären. En mission i utlandet innebär möten med andra kulturer, främmande språk, insikt i främmande länders organisationer och ger framförallt en möjlighet till personlig utveckling. Tjänstgöringen utomlands ger ofta mersmak, väljer man att åka iväg en första gång så följer gärna fler missioner. Polismannen samlar på sig, utöver den personliga utvecklingen, en stor kompetens genom de erfarenheter en utlandstjänstgöring ger. Med hjälp av denna rapport vill vi belysa problematiken kring tillvaratagandet av kompetensen efter hemkomst från myndighetens sida samt visa på hur den enskilda uppfattar tillvaratagandet.

The objective of this study was to contribute with suggestions of nature preservation managements of selected forest objects of high nature values managed by the Swedish state-owned forest company Sveaskog. Many forests with high natural potential are relatively rare today due to modern forestry, where wood production is the main purpose. Sveaskog?s policy is to consider and to priority nature conservation on valuable objects. This assessment includes objects that in the future may develop into nature reserves.

The aim of this study was to describe preferences of geographic direction of ten, oak-living epiphytic lichen species and how they responded to sun exposure, nearby bushes and trees, bark fissure depth and circumference. The frequency of every species was recorded in arcs of ten degrees around the tree at a height of 130 to 180 cm above the ground. An estimation of the amount of every species in every arc was also recorded. To analyse how the distribution of the lichen species responded to the different factors their concentration for every tree was plotted against the four factors. The distribution of Cliostomum corrugatum had a positive response to high sun exposure and a negative response to a thick layer of bushes and trees.

Det problem vi avser att belysa i denna uppsats är vilka strategiska faktorer påverkar den långsiktiga överlevnadsförmågan hos underleverantörer i möbelindustrin?Möbelbranschens underleverantörer påverkades hårt av nätverkens upplösning och att många storkunder valde att lägga produktionen utomlands till ett billigare pris. Designens betydelse har blivit allt mer påtaglig och människor idag är designmedvetna. Företag har fått upp ögonen för vikten av design och att skapa värde genom att integrera design i organisationen.

Det här är en studie om svenska utrikeskorrespondenter. Utrikeskorrespondenter ger kanske ofta den bästa rapporteringen men blir allt färre i takt med att medieföretagen sparar. Samtidigt borde behovet av utrikesnyheter öka i en globaliserad värld. Uppsatsens syfte är att få bättre kännedom kring hur de svenska reportrar som arbetar utomlands själva ser på sitt arbete och genom en skissartad undersökning se hur utrikesnyheterna förändrats under en novembervecka 1975, 1985, 1995 och 2005. Jag har gjort kvalitativa intervjuer med fyra svenska utrikeskorrespondenter och en kvantitativ skissundersökning av utrikesnyheterna i Aftonbladet, Expressen, Svenska Dagbladet och Dagens Nyheter.Resultatet av de kvalitativa intervjuerna visar att de utrikeskorrespondenter som deltog i studien tycker att det finns mycket att vinna med deras arbete; större självständighet i nyhetsvärdering, högre textmässig kvalitet och personligt berättande är några exempel.
