Jag har alltid varit intresserad av att läsa böcker och tycker det är viktigt att läsa för barn. Att läsa tror jag är betydelsefullt för barnens språkutveckling. Syftet med mitt examensarbete var att ta reda på hur man arbetar med sagoläsning och muntligt berättade ute på förskolorna. Samtidigt ville jag veta om sagoläsning påverkar språkutvecklingen.Jag valde att genomföra en kvalitativ undersökning med enkätfrågor som jag skickade till personal på sex förskolor. Jag fick tillbaka alla sex enkätsvaren och resultatet visade att man arbetar mycket med sagor och berättande ute på förskolorna.

Ett nytt musik- och teaterhus byggs vid Munksjön i centrala Jönköping. Dit ska Smålands Musik och Teater (SMoT) flytta sin verksamhet. Den nya byggnaden kommer att innehålla ett flertal scener varav två av dessa scener ska utrustas med ett automatiserat övermaskineri: Teaterscenen och Konsertscenen. De ska utrustas med samma system fast den senare i en mindre omfattande installation. Detta arbete innehåller en studie av ett generellt system och en analys av dess delfunktioner.

Syftet med arbetet a?r att underso?ka hur blivande instrumentalpedagoger i ho?gre musikutbildning beskriver sin fysiska ha?lsa ga?llande ergonomiska besva?r och har detta fa?tt na?gra konsekvenser fo?r studenten. Som bakgrund har jag anva?nt mig av litteratur som bero?r ergonomi ba?de i rollen som musik- och instrumentla?rare men a?ven andra jobb som inte a?r kopplade till musik. Som metod i studien valde jag att anva?nda en kvantitativ forskningsmetod.

Ekologiska livsmedel a?r idag ett allt mer debatterat a?mne da?r majoriteten av den svenska befolkningen a?r positivt insta?llda till ekologiska livsmedel. Trots konsumenternas positiva insta?llning och den o?kade marknadskommunikationen som de stora livsmedelsbutikerna bedriver idag a?r fo?rsa?ljningen av ekologiska livsmedel i Sverige fortfarande la?g, endast 5,6 % av den totala livsmedelsfo?rsa?ljningen. Fo?r att o?ka den ekologiska fo?rsa?ljningen a?r det av stor vikt att bemo?ta konsumenten med en anpassad marknadskommunikation.

During the 1960s and 1970s an increased interest in Native Americans can be seen in Sweden, e.g. through the establishment of organizations such as the Indian Club of Sweden. The aim of this thesis is to study the portrayal of Native Americans and its role through Albin Widén, a Swedish author, ethnologist and member of the Indian Club, and his non-fictional works on the Swedish migration to America, Swedish-America and Swedish contacts with Native Americans. The study is divided into four parts. The first part looks at the portrayal of the Native Americans in Widén?s writings, in comparison with Euro-Americans? and Europeans? traditional stereotypic images of a good and a bad Indian.

This paper set out to investigate how teachers of Swedish in Sweden implement the grammar objectives of the curriculum in their teaching, through interviewing six teachers. It has been important to compare their methods to modern research of grammar teaching and teaching in general. They have been asked a series of questions to answer whether or not they use grammar terminology as mediating tools, if they intergrate dialogue among students in grammar teaching and to what extent the teachers? knowledge of and attitude towards grammar influence their teaching methods. The results show that grammar is used as mediating tools primarily when it comes to feedback on pupils? texts, though not to a great extent; dialogue between pupils is rare when it comes to grammar teaching; and the teachers? grammar knowledge and attitude affect the teaching methods, primarily in the sense that seeing value in grammar knowledge increases the teacher?s desire to develop new methods for grammar teaching..

Fragmentation and reduction of forest area is a threat for many forest species and their habitat. Deficiencies in forest quality, such as lack of dead wood and old trees, are one explanation of the threat. The most important action to prevent the continued loss of forest types is to protect forest, but also to restore and to create areas that not previously had high nature values. Hence one of the key strategic roles for Fritid- och Naturkontoret, Uppsala municipality, is to monitor biodiversity in the context of urban planning. The majority of the Uppsala municipality residents live in urban areas and most of them spend some of their spare time in natural areas in cities and their immediate surroundings. Exploitation in and around Uppsala is high, but it is important that there is enough nature close to houses to meet the residents? needs of recreation.

ABSTRACTThe aim of this study is to analyse if the UN today constructs the water issue as a security issue and to argue about in which way the organization in that case does so alternatively why it can be said that the UN doesn?t construct the water issue as a security issue.In order to reach this purpose the following questions will be answered:?Does the UN construct the water issue as a security issue today?-If yes, in which way?-If no, why can it be said that the organisation doesn?t?The methods used are qualitative literature studies of policy documents on water from the UN. The focus is to analyze the ideas about water and to apply my theory on the concept of security, which is Barry Buzan?s framework on security, to these ideas.The main results showed that the UN strongly constructs the water issue as an environmental security issue for environments and species and in relatively strong terms also constructs it as an environmental security issue for civilisations. In rare cases the organisation constructs it as a societal security issue, but the UN doesn?t construct the water issue as a military, political or economic security issue..

This master?s thesis deals with the issue of children?s theatre at the public library. I want to examine what purpose children?s theatre play for the children according to the children?s librarians, what different factors that may influence the purchase of plays to the public library and what the children?s librarians think of the children?s theatre at the public library at present and in the future. Interviews have been conducted with four children?s librarians, at different libraries, who are somehow involved in the purchase of children?s plays to the library.

Detta arbete handlar om de synliga valen som go?rs under repetitionsarbetet med en pja?s. Med synliga val menar jag de val som publiken kommer se, t.ex. hur ska?despelare ro?r sig och hur det ser ut pa? scenen.Fo?r att samla in material har jag gjort tre observationer av en amato?rteatergrupp o?ver en tid av tre veckor.

Skådespelaren, konstnären, scenografen och teaterteoretikern Edward Gordon Craig (1872-1966) kom att påverka den moderna teaterns utveckling. Framför allt är det uttrycket Uber-Marionette som förknippas med Craig.Studiens inriktning är dock- eller figurteater och undersöker vilken betydelse denna teaterform fick för Craig.Syftet är att se om hans stora intresse för marionetteater går att koppla till hans vision om en Uber-Marionette. Frågor ställs också om vilka teorier han stödde sig på och om han fortfarande påverkar nutida teateruppsättningar.Craig placeras in i sin samtid och jämförelser görs med samtida utövare inom konst,teater och dans. Fanns det en gemensam påverkan som kan förklara att liknande teorier uppstod parallellt? Har han påverkat den moderna dockteaterns utveckling och var går det att spåra hans inflytande.När det gäller sentida utövare fokuseras på Michael Meschke och Marionetteatern i Stockholm..

The purpose of the study was to review the current veterinary literature regarding gastric dilatation and volvulus (GDV) considering pathophysiology and treatment, and to evaluate the operative technique (incisional gastropexy) used during the years 2005 and 2006 at the University Animal Hospital (Universitetsdjursjukhuset), SLU, Uppsala, Sweden. GDV has a complicated pathophysiology which foremost effects the circulatory system. Progress is often acute and it is not unusual that patients are affected with shock. The initial treatment targets to alleviate the shock by fluid therapy and decompression of the stomach. There is a high risk of recurrence in the long term perspective unless the stomach is surgically fixated by gastropexy. The study describes two different techniques for gastropexy; incisional gastropexy, and funduspexy. Long term complications were rare among the patients that were treated surgically, while about half out of the eighteen dogs that undergo surgery do experience complications of various severity in the short term..

I mitt s?kande efter strategier som ?r gynnsamma f?r mitt eget skrivande har jag tagit del av litteratur, intervjuat tv? skrivande sk?despelare, gjort skriv?vningar och tillsammans med en kollega skrivit och framf?rt en egen soppteaterf?rest?llning.

The purpose of this essay is to analyze the view on sexuality held by Sweden?s first woman doctor Karolina Widerström, by using ideologycritical textanalysis on the written scriptures of dr. Widerström that focus on sexualpolitics. In doing this I use the theory of speech by Foucault. In this study I focus on Widerström?s scriptures, what she wrote about, how she wrote about it but also what she couldn't write due to the historical context and how omission can still speak of power.

Mitt syfte med denna studie var att synliggöra tre rutinerade SO-lärares uppfattningar om hur vi skall få eleverna att minnas bättre och vad de har för syn på olika lärstilar. Med utgångspunkt från denna frågeställning gjordes en kvalitativ intervjustudie med tre rutinerade lärare i en kommun i norra Sverige. Undersökningen var relativt liten och man kunde inte dra generella slutsatser från denna studie. Däremot framkommer det att dessa tre lärare hade samma grundsyn på lärande och relationer. Resultatet gav vid handen att de förespråkade en relationsinriktad nivå med eleverna.
