An increasing number of chemicals are being transported by ships along the Swedish coastline. Many of these chemicals may pose a threat to the environment. Accidents and spills are luckily rare, but nonetheless it is important to be prepared for a possible chemical spill. The Swedish Coast Guard is responsible for responding to chemical spills at sea, and has both equipment and trained personnel for the purpose. In order to prepare for a possible accident one also needs to know what is currently being transported at sea.

Risker och risktagande är en central del i det dagliga arbetet hos banker. Diskussionerna har varit många vad gäller om banker på ett effektivt sätt arbetar för att minimera riskerna. Allmänheten är beroende av banker samtidigt som bankerna är lika beroende av sina kunder. Därför har vi valt att i denna uppsats studera hur riskhanteringen i banker fungerar samt att se om dessa metoder har förändrats sedan finanskrisen. Syftet med uppsatsen är att studera riskhanteringen under finanskrisen och vad som gjorts för att minimera riskerna på några av Swedbanks lokala kontor i Sverige. Den metod vi har använt oss av är en kvalitativ undersökning där vi har intervjuat sex personer från tre olika kontor och på olika positioner inom banken. Då vi ville få respondenternas personliga åsikter var det här den metod som passade vår studie bäst.

Syftet med denna studie är att synliggöra fritidspedagogers uppfattningar kring hur fysisk aktivitet påverkar elevers lärande inom fritidshemmets arena. Studiens frågeställningar består av, vilka typer av fysisk aktivitet upplever fritidspedagoger som särskilt betydelsefulla för elevers lärande? samt vilka pedagogiska möjligheter och hinder uppfattar fritidspedagoger att det finns med fysisk aktivitet på fritidshemmet? Forskningen som denna studie vilar på belyser den fysiska aktivitetens betydelse för barn samtidigt som den fria leken som fysisk aktivitet berörs. Forskningen framhåller även de hinder och möjligheter som kan uppstå i mötet med fysisk aktivitet som lärande inom fritidshemmets arena. Studiens resultat har analyserats med hjälp av den sociokulturella teorin och pragmatismens filosofi avseende på lärande.

Läxans syfte och konsekvenser, är en kvalitativ undersökning om lärares syfte med läxor och om lärare använder läxan som ett verktyg i föräldrakontakten. I undersökningen intervjuas två högstadielärare och sex lågstadielärare där en av dessa arbetar och har utbildning inom montessoripedagogiken. I uppsatsen analyserar jag lärarnas svar utifrån Antonovskys begrepp, KASAM samt Vygotskijs teori om att lärande sker i samspel med andra. Alla lärare i undersökningen ger läxor. Studien visar att syftet med läxor skiljer sig åt beroende på vilket stadie läraren är verksam.

To present some background, the essay begins by introducing some previous literature on dead wood. This leads into how dead wood is treated within forestry. Next, previous research on dead wood in fruit trees is mentioned. Cultural and historical management methods are also highlighted.

Generative artificial intelligence (AI) has rapidly gained traction in the education sector, with tools such as ChatGPT often highlighted as potential support in teachers? daily work. At the same time, the technology raises important questions about how its use should be organized and what responsibilities school leaders hold. The aim of this study is to deepen the understanding of how generative AI is implemented in school organizations, focusing on the strategic work of school leaders and how this is experienced by teachers. The study is based on a qualitative study, comprising interviews with 14 school leaders and teachers in a county in western Sweden.

N?r anser pedagoger att den fysiska leken har g?tt f?r l?ngt och varf?r? Vilka konsekvenser f?r pedagogernas ageranden i f?rh?llande till den fysiska leken, n?r det g?ller barns handlingsutrymme??.

The main subject for this essay is victimization at work. The first question concerns victimization and the responsibility of the employer when bullying and harassments occur. The second question regards agreements between the employer and the employee, where the latter is paid to quit the employment because he or she is subjected to victimization, but also if any specific group of employees is especially affected. The purpose of the essay is to create understanding and clarification within current law, but also awareness of the possibilities where employers can create agreements with employees in order to make them finish their employments. In order to manage finding information some labour market parties were asked questions about their experiences of victimization at work and agreements among their members or employees.

The purpose of this work is to see if the students, on two separate high schools, understand what skills you should achieve after completing the course in physical education and health A 100 points. The entire study is based on a student perspective. In order to best answer the purpose, the questionnaire used in the "available groups" in schools. The questions for the work are: To what extent and how students perceive what they should achieve after completing the course in Sport and Health A?, Which is the goal, based on the curriculum in Physical Education, that students feel are important to achieve? and how do a comparison like between these two schools on the basis of what students perceive that they must achieve in Sport and Health A?The result shows that the main goal that finds support in the course objectives is an assertion; Has knowledge of what to eat to maintain or improve health, which over 90% of students had checked in.

The purpose of this thesis is to examine how the public libraries work towards SFI (Swedish For Immigrants) based on the views of the overseeing librarians. To study this we have asked the following research questions:What distinguishes the public libraries? work towards SFI according to the responsible librarians? What distinguishes the communication between SFI teachers and the librarians according to the responsible librarians? What opinions are held by the librarians in regards to their work with SFI?We have used a semi structured interview method with seven librarians in charge of the activities with SFI at small and medium sized public libraries in a rural area of Sweden. The theoretical framework is composed of Marianne Andersson and Dorte Skot-Hansen?s model for analysis of the local public library profile and the authors? definition of collaboration.

In the early nineties leisure-time pedagogic establishments moved in to school. The aim of the study is to try to find out how leisure-time pedagogues, who have been working for a long time, experience the moving of their establishment in to school and how this affect their practical work and their profession.The study is based on interviewes with four leisure-time pedagogues, who all have been working before?and therefore have experienced the time before?during and after their establishment moved in to school.These interviewes were recorded and later fully transcribed in preparation of analysis. Data was analysed with the help of the sociology of Pierre Bourdieu as a basis. Findings of the study suggest that the leisure-time pedagogues find it positive to be able to cooperate with teachers and other professional groups working in school, they explain how it enabels themselves to see pupils from a different angle and for others working in school to see pupils from a leisure-time pedagogue angle.Some of the pedagogues explain that they find it hard to work with big groups of pupils, or in small surfaces, which they did not have to do before their establishment moved into school.

Syftet med den här uppsatsen var att undersöka hur elever definierar ?eget skapande?, vilket är en term som används i läroplanen för de obligatoriska skolformerna och i kursplanen i bild. Jag har också undersökt om elever på högstadiet håller på med något eget skapande på fritiden och om de tycker att det finns tillräckligt med tid för eget skapande på bilden i skolan.Studien består dels av en enkätundersökning där 84 elever på högstadiet har svarat och dels av intervjuer med fyra av eleverna. Resultatet visar att dessa elever har olika uppfattning om vad som är eget skapande. En stor del av eleverna har använt sig av ordet ?själv? i sina definitioner, antingen i bemärkelsen att man arbetar själv under bildskapandet eller i den mening att man själv kommer på vad som ska skapas.

Geography, derived from the Greek meaning "the study of the Earth," is a discipline with strong traditions and a rich history. Throughout different historical periods and intellectual movements, however, the focus of the subject has shifted between physical geography and human geography, influenced by scientists, philosophers, and various thinkers who have proposed differing perspectives on what the subject should represent (Couper, 2015). Due to the impact of these actors, geography education in today's Swedish school system is of an interdisciplinary nature, blending elements of both physical and human geography, with components such as environmental issues, sustainable development, digital learning, and fieldwork. However, this task is more complex than it may initially appear. The subject is shaped by various traditions, including national curricula, institutional customs, and the geographical perspectives held by individual teachers.

From being an exotic small religion that has existed at a fading presence in southern Iraq and Iran mandeism has moved to the West and Sweden. As more and more Mandaeans encounter a new culture and a new society in Sweden it affects not only them as individuals but also their religion mandeism. In this essay, I have begun to examine how Mandaeans think about their identity and religion. I have taken my starting point in a broad theoretical discussion of identity, religion and secularisation. Mandeism is a gnostic religion that probably has its roots in today?s Israel / Palestine and sees John the Baptist as the last prophet.
