Syfte: Syftet med uppsatsen är att identifiera skillnader i uppfattningar om lojalitet mellan kunder och personal i ett tjänsteföretag. Teori: Teorin baserar sig på lojalitet och är hämtad från Barroso och Picon (2012). Det centrala i teorin är flerdimensionellt begrepp av lojalitet. Vår teoretiska modell är fullt testbar. Metod: En kvantitativ metod har använts under denna undersökning. Det har samlats in data från personal och kunder genom elektroniska enkäter.

The requirements for reaching newmarkets and achieving higher efficiency in daily work have risen to a whole new level. This report summarizes a Bachelor Degree Project in Integrated Product Development, carried out during the fall 2007 till spring 2008 by three students at the Product Design Engineering Program at the University of Skövde. The project was performed in cooperation with Lundbergs Möbler AB in Tibro. Lundbergs wants to start selling furniture to the public eldercare. The purpose of this project was to adjust one of their chairs. The project layout was to first make a preliminary investigation where the market, competitors? assortment and the purchasing process are studied.

User-centred acquisitions at three academic librariesA new way of developing collections has been adopted at a number of small academic libraries, user-centred acquisitions. The method implies that the main way of building the collection is by means of receiving suggestions of titles from library users. The main purpose of this thesis is to investigate changes in acquisitions of monographs. At a more detailed level it seeks a deeper understanding of what user-centred acquisitions is and how the method effects the acquisitions process. Changes in stock management and the reason why the libraries have chosen the method is investigated as well.

Trycksår är en vanlig komplikation hos patienter som drabbats av höftfraktur. Syftet med denna systematiska litteraturstudie var att finna betydelsefulla riskfaktorer för trycksår hos patienter med höftfraktur för att sjuksköterskan omgående ska kunna identifiera en patient med hög risk. Metoden som använts för denna litteraturstudie var en modell med sju steg för ett systematiskt tillvägagångssätt. Litteratursökningen utfördes i databaserna PubMed, CINAHL och The Cochrane Library. Kvalitetsgranskning av studier utfördes med ett protokoll av Willman m fl (2006) modifierat av författarna.

The aim of this study is to investigate librarians? opinions about books supported by the government and delivered for free to the main public libraries in every community. The study is also investigating how the governmentally supported books affect the process of buying books for the public libraries and how the librarians think about quality and mediation in the acquisition. The analysis is based upon interviews with six librarians that are responsible for the purchasing at five main libraries in small communities in the South of Sweden. The results from the interviews are discussed and analyzed from the perspective of mediation.

Syftet med studien var att genom ett kvalitetsarbete få en förståelse för gymnasieelevers upplevelser av sitt eget lärande i en konstnärlig, skapande process. Kvalitetsarbetet genomfördes på dansinriktningen vid ett estetiskt program i Norrbotten där jag under min verksamhetsförlagda utbildning lät eleverna arbeta individuellt med att skapa en koreografi, ett solo, som de senare redovisade. Soloredovisningarna filmades och inspelningen användes som minnesstimulerare vid de kvalitativa intervjuerna enligt metoden Stimuladed recall. Resultatet visar att eleverna upplever ett lärande då de arbetar i en individuell, konstnärlig skapandeprocess. Eleverna uttrycker sin kunskap och sina förmågor med sin kropp, dock är det tydligt att eleverna med varierat resultat kan förmedla detta verbalt..

This study used a qualitative interview design to explore the experiences of seven Swedish female elite athletes and their career retirement. The athletes were engaged in three different sports; track and field (athletics), handball and golf and five of them are former professional or semi-professional athletes. The process of their athletic role exit was based on the theoretical findings of Ebaugh (1988) and her four phases: First Doubts, Seeking Alternatives, The Turning Point and Creating the Ex-Role. The findings reveal that for these female former elite athletes Seeking Alternatives already starts before the First Doubts and that possibly the athletes at an early stage have insights of the discontinuity of their athletic career. The importance of transferring their role residual to future paths in life was stressed among the female athletes in order to be able to have a smooth transition process.

ABSTRACT System development has become more and more concentrated on development for the Web and this has resulted in larger target groups. It will most surely continue to be so considering that the Web will be the infrastructure of business and services in the future. A big target group involves that the owner of a system can earn a lot of money from the paying users, but that assumes that the system can meet user needs. If a system on the Web does not satisfy the user?s demands then they will use the competitor?s system instead because it is only a mouse-click away.

Place as a concept, and memory as a phenomenon is researched through literature studies. The essay investigates how we think about place and how we experience and relate to it. Memory is discussed both as personal memory and collective memory. Place is a strong source of memory. When we return to a place, we recognize not only the place itself, but also the things we did there, the people we met and the thoughts passing through our mind when we last were there. Pieces of ourselves are stored in the memories awaken when we revisit a place.

Långtidssjukskrivningarna har ökat kraftigt de senaste åren. I huvudsak är det den stressrelaterade psykiska ohälsan som ökar och där utmattningssyndromet står för en betydande del.Några av de verksamheter som är hårt drabbade är vård, skola och omsorg som drivs i kommunal regi. Ronneby kommun tog därför år 2002 initiativet till att försöka minska nyinsjuknandet genom att identifiera personer med stressproblematik och sedan med en tio mötestillfällen lång kurs i Länshälsan i Blekinges regi förhindra insjuknandet.Kursens upplägg bestod i samtal i grupp med kognitiv inriktning, utbildning i nio olika stressrelaterade teman, basalkroppskännedom och avslappning.Kursens deltagare var tio kvinnor varav nio med stressrelaterade symtom och en med kronisk smärta. Samtliga deltagare angav förbättring i sina symtom, och att man ändrat beteende och upplever minskat stress och belastning såväl på arbete som på fritid. Kursen minskade därmed risken för insjuknande i utmattningstillstånd alternativt risken för långtidssjukskrivning i stressrelaterade besvär..

1KOGNITIVA FUNKTIONER VID UTMATTNINGSSYNDROM?Utmattningssyndrom är ett tillstånd som orsakas av långvarig stress i arbete eller privatliv.Föreliggande studie har syftet att studera förändringar i kognitiv funktion med fokus på visuellt episodiskt minne, uppmärksamhet och responskontroll tio år efter sjukskrivning på grund av utmattningssyndrom. Kompletterande test och självskattningsformulär inkluderades vid uppföljningen för att närmare undersöka visuellt episodiskt minne, exekutiv funktion, psykisk hälsa samt subjektiva aspekter av utmattningssyndrom. Patient- och kontrollgrupp utgjordes av nio respektive tre kvinnor. Testresultat jämfördes mellan grupper och testtillfälle ett och två.Resultaten visade på frånvaro av skillnad mellan testtillfälle i de mått som följdes upp samt att patientgruppens problem med visuellt episodiskt minne vid uppföljningen framförallt gjorde sig gällande i komplexa uppgifter vilket möjligen kan förklaras av bristande exekutiv funktion.Eftersom deltagarantalet i både patient- och kontrollgrupp var lågt är resultaten att betrakta som pilotdata..

Alla organisation genomgår förändringar under sin livstid i olika former. Individernas attityder i organisationen påverkar hur effektiv förändringsprocessen blir, oavsett vilken slags förändring som skall genomgås. Vi har valt SJAB som fallstudie i eftersom de kommer att behöva gå igenom en förändring till följd av den troliga avregleringen av persontågstrafiken. Vårt syfte med detta arbete är att studera SJ:s högre chefers attityder till denna kommande förändringen. I uppsatsen intervjuas ett antal chefer på olika nivåer i syfte att ta reda på deras tankar och inställning inför detta.

This report is based on factors that has had affect on drugaddicts in their decission on quitting their abuse. The questions we have built our report on are: What external factors have had an impact on the drugabuser to end his or her drugabuse? What internal factors have had an impact on the drugabuser to end his or her drugabuse? Does the police have an influence on the drugabuser to end his or her drugabuse? The report is based on intervjues with former drugaddicts. We have also studied the theory of symbolic interactionism and litterature written by different authors to obtain a broad picture of drugabuse. Our results in this report show that the people we have intervjued have been influenced by many different factors and people in their enviroment.

In recent years, the demands for effectiveness and evidence in social work have increased in all work areas, including that of healthcare. This has sparked the discussion on concepts such as practical- and theoretical knowledge and their respective roles in social work. In the light of this, the purpose of this candidate thesis is to investigate healthcare social workers understanding of practical- and theoretical knowledge in the working process as well as their respective influence and importance. This candidate thesis is based on three interviews with social workers from different departments in Norrlands Universitetssjukhus in Umeå, Sweden. To provide range to the thesis, the interviewees were chosen from a purposeful sampling.
