The study consists of a number of interviews with the management staff and with the personnel working at the stations, where the aim of the study is to describe how management works within ISS Trafficare AB and what the personnel working at the stations think of it. ISS Trafficare AB is the entrepreneur who runs the commuter train stations in Stockholm by an agreement met with Stockholmståg KB.The study is based on information from the interviews with the personnel and other material from ISS Trafficare AB. Research on the area of management have been used to put data into perspective and to further deepen our analysis and conclusions from the case.The essay shows that the management has tried to implement several changes on the organization in order to provide more service to the travelers.

There has been an increase in the importance and amount of information concerning publicly traded stocks in recent years. When analyzing and valuing stocks finding new ways of collecting information has therefore increased in importance. This thesis aims to explore how meetings with management can impact the stock valuation done by the security analysts. Furthermore the case study examines what kind of information analysts can receive by interpreting management at these meetings. This case study of ten Swedish security analysts show that the analyst?s stock valuation is directly or indirectly affected by the meetings.

Background: We have identified the combination of Knowledge Management and Human Resource Management as interesting because of this constellation has been mentioned scarcely in previous studies. There also seem to be some interesting correlations with personnel turnover.Aim: The aim of this study is to describe and understand the theoretically best combination of Human Resource Management and Knowledge Management, by creating a model. The model is also going to be tested empirically through consulting firms, to see if they meet the ideal combination. With this model we also want to describe in what way the different combinations of strategies will affect the personnel turnover.Definitions: A huge part of this study concerns the theoretical area Human Resource Management, which we have entitled HRM. Psykiskt välmående består av såväl frånvaro av psykiska symtom som närvaro av subjektivt välbefinnande, tillstånd som bör mätas oberoende av varandra. I brist på ett lättillgängligt, kostnadsfritt och för svenska förhållanden tillförlitligt mätinstrument för subjektivt välmående, genomfördes en explorativ studie i syfte att undersöka Välmåendeformulärets psykometriska grundförutsättningar som sådant. Instrumentet undersöktes i en icke-klinisk (163 psykologistuderande) respektive klinisk population (107 psykiatripatienter), och visade utmärkt intern konsistens (Cronbachs ? = ,926 respektive ? = ,951) och test-retest reliabilitet (7 ± 1 dagar; ICC = ,80), god validitet samt bedömdes ha förmåga att diskriminera mellan icke-klinisk respektive klinisk grad av subjektivt välmående. Resultaten gav stöd åt en enfaktorlösning, med subjektivt välmående som bakomliggande variabel.

Syfte: Att studera hur pressmeddelanden med positiva forsknings-resultat påverkar marknadsvärdet av bioteknikbolag, och därefter analysera hur företagsspecifika faktorer påverkar effekterna på marknadsvärdet. Metod: Undersökningen bygger på kvantitativ metod där studerandet av pressmeddelandena sker enligt Event Studie metodik.
