Bakgrund och problem: Skolmåltidsverksamheten i Sveriges kommuner är i behovav förbättring. I Torslanda stadsdel, i Göteborg, har ett förändringsarbete avskolmåltiderna genomförts med ett lyckat resultat. Det ordnades i form av ett projektsom kallades Torslanda Matprojekt. Författaren anser att det är viktigt att spridakunskapen om hur ett lyckat förändringsarbete kan genomföras.Det kan eventuellt ha skett ett organisatoriskt lärande under projektets gång. Ettförändringsarbete medför ofta ett visst motstånd, och det krävs resurser för attförändra en måltidsverksamhet.Syften: Författaren avser att beskriva hur ett eventuellt organisatoriskt lärande hargenomförts utifrån Senges idéer, vilket motstånd som har förekommit och hur och närde övervanns, samt förklara hur de ekonomiska resurserna har blivit hanterade.Avgränsningar: Uppsatsen fokuserar på projektets två första faser.

Att genomföra större förändringar i en organisation är svårt och förändringsarbete i Försvarsmakten har visat sig vara mycket svårt. Uppsatsen vill besvara problemformuleringen:Hur kan förutsättningar till förändring i Försvarsmakten analyseras och beskrivas?För att få en bredd på angreppssättet kommer en systemperspektiv ansats att antas och tre olika teoretiska perspektiv kommer att användas för att analysera och beskriva förutsättningar för förändring i FM. För att få ytterligare djup i förståelsen för förändringsproblematiken kommer en teoritriangulering att genomföras.De olika perspektiven erbjuder olika möjligheter till förståelse och resultatet visar tydligt att förutsättningar för förändring i Försvarsmakten både kan beskrivas och analyseras. De befintliga strukturerna i FM är synliga och medger att organisationen, dess strukturer och individer kan analyseras för att beskriva det som föreligger idag och det som kan planeras och skapas inför förändringsarbeten.Varje perspektiv bidrar med sin unika del och de gemensamma beröringspunkterna bidrar till att skapa ett helhetsperspektiv för förståelse.

Detta är ett examensarbete på 15 högskolepoäng för avdelningen industriell design vid Luleå tekniska universitet och är genomfört under 10 veckor vintern 2007/2008. Uppdragsgivaren för arbetet är SoliferPolar AB som är en av Europas ledande tillverkare av åretrunthusvagnar. Projektet behandlar två modeller av Polarvagnen: Polar 560 CTH och Polar 620 TR. Uppdraget var att skapa en ny interiör för modellen Polar 620 TR med syfte att ge Polar inspiration för framtida inredningar. Arbetet innefattar också en djupgående kundundersökning på modellen Polar 560 CTH som har till syfte att ge SoliferPolar kännedom om kundernas åsikter på deras nuvarande inredning.
