Conditions for Swedish forestry are expected to change in the future due to the climate. Among other things, increased production is expected in a warmer climate, mainly because of a longer growing season. With the changing climate risk of damage by such as insects, fungi and storms are expected to increase. Hence, it is of highest importance for private forest owners to spread these risks in the way they cultivate their forest. In this study a qualitative method was used to examine ten private forest owners with forest properties within Kronoberg county, Sweden in their attitudes and actions to prepare in terms of climate change and if they have been affected by the climate change debate in their forest decisions.

This is an essay in Swedish on the subject of democracy and demonstrations of collective violence. The study is based on a conflict between the youth-house movement in Copenhagen and the state of Denmark - the city of Copenhagen. The focus is over the period December 2006 until January 2008 with reflection on the political movement around the youth-house from the 80's and onwards. This political movement roots back to the late 60's and especially the squatting movement, the BZ, of Europe which had a strong period in Denmark both in the 60's and the 80's. There is also a strong connection to other political movements of anti-fascism, anti-globalisation, queer activism and equal rights.

Bakgrund: Kronisk hjärtsvikt är ett ökande sjukdomstillstånd bland befolkningen och påverkar det dagliga livet för de drabbade.Syfte: Syftet med studien är att beskriva fysisk aktivitet samt dess betydelse för livskvalitet för vuxna personer med kronisk hjärtsvikt.Metod: En systematisk litteraturstudie valdes som metod. Sökning av artiklar gjordes via databaserna PubMed, Cinahl och ELIN@kalmar.Resultat: Fysisk aktivitet i form av specialutvecklade träningsprogram är en betydelsefull faktor för patienter som lider av kronisk hjärtsvikt. Syftet med denna studie är att öka förståelsen för den sexuella läggningens betydelse för upplevelsen av arbetsplatsen. Undersökningen baseras på fyra intervjuer med homosexuella poliser som är medlemmar i Föreningen för gaypoliser i Sverige. Studien undersöker hur öppna de är med sin sexuella läggning på arbetsplatsen, kollegornas bemötande angående deras sexuella läggning och hur medlemskapet i föreningen har påverkat dem på deras arbetsplats. Studien använder tre teoretiska utgångspunkter: begreppen socialkonstruktivism och heteronormativitet och även Raewyn Connells teori om maskuliniteter. Resultatet av studien redovisas i fem delar.

För patienter som genomgått akut hjärtinfarkt blir livsstilsförändring ett huvudsakligt inslag i rehabiliteringen. Initialt ses patienter vara motiverade till livsstilförändring men tenderar sedermera att falla tillbaka i gamla vanor. Syfte: Att utifrån ett patientperspektiv kartlägga vad som påverkar patientens livsstilsförändringar eftergenomgången akut hjärtinfarkt. Metod: En systematisk litteraturstudie utfördes och artikelsökningen genomfördes i databaserna PubMed, Cinahl, PsycINFO samt ELIN@kalmar. Resultat: Patientens familj kan ha en negativ påverkan på patientens livsstilsförändring till följd av bristande kommunikation samt upplevelser av överbeskyddat och kontrollerat beteende.

Med utgångspunkt i de senaste årens uppmärksamhet kring den svenska Polisen och de konflikter som uppstått mellan arbetsgivare och arbetstagare väcktes ett intresse att studera vad som låg bakom dessa problem. Det visade sig att merparten av de problem som uppstått grundade sig i att anställda uppträtt på sätt som inte ansågs gynnande för organisationen och dess förtroende hos allmänheten. Studien ämnar besvara frågor kring hur Polisen som organisation formar sina anställda med utgångspunkt i teorier om identitetsarbete.En kvalitativ undersökning genomfördes med studier av organisatoriska dokument och genom semistrukturerade intervjuer. De intervjuade består av personer verksamma inom den svenska Polisen. Dessutom intervjuades personer från svenska Polisförbundet, det fackförbund som organiserar närmast alla Sveriges yrkesverksamma poliser.I resultatet framkom indikationer på, utifrån de teoretiska begrepp som har valts för studien, att hur individerna formar sina identiteter är relativt individuellt.

There are records of lowering of the water level in a lot of the Swedish lakes from the middleof the 1700th century. This study aims to investigate associations in two areas in Stockholm County with diverse socio-economic conditions. The study intends to examine the impact these differences have on what role the bureaucrats and politicians in the two areas think that the associations should have. Bureaucrats are those who design guidelines for associations and that is why they have an important role in the conditions of the associations. A comparison between the two areas has been made to see if the requirement in the guidelines for the areas are different according to where the members live. The two areas that have been used to compare the guidelines of associations are Danderyd municipal and the district Spånga-Tensta.

The aim with the study was, that through a qualitative research approach, to examine in which way social services employees perceive information about children with incarcerated fathers and how they furthermore relates to the child's right to both parents in these situations. Seven interviews were implemented with social workers in the Stockholm County to obtain informa-tion on the following questions; how the children's needs are noticed at the social services, how employees discuss the child's right to their incarcerated father and which possibilities and obstacles social workers experience to promote contact between the child and the father. The ecology of human development theory was used in the analysis. The conclusions are that chil-dren with incarcerated fathers seldom is noticed at the social services as a result of inadequate cooperation between authorities but also due to whether the social services should be respon-sible for the children. Furthermore, children always have the right to maintain contact with their incarcerated father, with exceptions for situations where physical or sexual abuse have occurred.

Camera surveillance can provide good protection against certain types of crime, but it can also invade our privacy. The County Administrative Board monitors compliance with the rules by visiting those places to which the general public has access. They have to issue permits before general camera surveillance to those places which the general public has access. This work is a GIS study of fishing rights distribution between different categories of ownersand properties in the Stockholm Archipelago. Background: The hurricane in the south of Sweden in January 2005 was the worst storm in Sweden for the last hundred years. The storm named Gudrun has blown down forest that according to estimation is corresponding to one year of cutting down in the entire country.Purpose: The purpose of this thesis is to describe how credit granters act when facing falling forest real estate mortgage and describe if they will make considerations due to the storm in the south of Sweden 2005.Method: With help of a qualitative method, we investigated how the credit granters act when facing falling forest real estate mortgage. Interviews were obtained with three credit granters, SEB, Landshypotek and FöreningsSparbanken in the county of Jönköping and Kronoberg.Conclusion: The conclusion is based upon the empirical study, the analysis and our own reflections and it shows that the credit granters do not change their policy concerning credit granting to forest real estate properties. The policy of the credit granters has proven to be valid even in this extreme situation..

The purpose of this research aims investigate whether front line personell are brand carriers who can affect the customers brand experience. This present study focuses on commercial fitness centers in Kalmar. Like brands, training is taking part in people?s everyday lives; fitness centers are offering the customer a wider range of group training.This thesis is based on a qualitative approach whereby eight interviews have been carried out with two members of the board and six employees of the front line. Additionally, this thesis is also based on three focus groups with four customers, representing the majority of each fitness centers.The research findings highlight that the front line employees are very important as they are seen as the brand; therefore the front line employee?s personality and behaviour will influence the customer?s view of the brand.

The Internet has become an important communicational medium that involves the majority of the world?s population. One group in particular that uses the Internet is the youth. This in turn makes the Internet a viable source for groomers to exploit, where groomers are what you call grown men and women that have the intention to contact youths for sexual purposes, the process is called grooming. In Sweden, a law has been made available to criminalize this particular activity, but it should not replace the prevention.
