Abstrakt Åberg, Caroline (2014). Några röster om lärarrollen i vuxenutbildningen. (Some Opinions about the Teacher´s role in Adult Education- an Interview based Study). Specialpedagogprogrammet, Skolutveckling och ledarskap, Lärande och samhälle, Malmö högskola Problemområde I och med införandet av den nya läroplanen, Läroplanen för vuxenutbildningen 2012, har vuxenutbildningen fått nya riktlinjer och mål. Bland annat har kraven på flexibilitet och individanpassning ökat.

Det sekundära syftet är att undersöka hur några pedagoger som undervisar eleverna idag resonerar kring elevernas läsförståelse. Preciserad frågeställning: Hur ser eleverna på läsförståelse och på arbetet med Reciprok undervisning? Hur läser eleverna nya mer avancerade texter idag? Hur värderar och tänker eleverna kring sin egen läsförståelse idag? Hur upplever några undervisande pedagoger elevernas förmågor inom läsförståelse idag? Teoretisk ram: Denna studie vilar på Vygotskijs (2010) sociokulturella teorier som utgår ifrån det lilla barnets lust att lära som grundar sig på imitation och att människan lär och når sin proximala utvecklingszon i samspel med varandra.

Anhöriga bär en stor del av ansvaret för äldre men i olika lagar och riktlinjer diskuteras sällan anhörigas roll eller samhällets ansvar för anhöriga. Hemvårdsbidrag är ett kontantbidrag som ges av kommunen till en person i ordinärt boende för att betala en anhörig för utförd hjälp i hemmet. Vilka effekter ett hemvårdsbidrag får som stöd för anhöriga problematiseras sällan. Är det så att pengarna fungerar som ett stöd eller är det ett sätt för samhället att fly från sitt ansvar? Syftet med denna studie är att undersöka och analysera några biståndsbedömares syn på vem som har ansvar för äldres omsorg; samhället eller anhöriga? Vidare är syftet att studera biståndsbedömares syn på hemvårdsbidrag, hur hemvårdsbidraget påverkar situationen för de anhöriga och om detta resonemang skiljer sig beroende på i vilken typ av stadsdel biståndsbedömarna arbetar. I den kvalitativa studien görs dels en litteraturstudie och dels intervjuas åtta biståndsbedömare i åtta olika stadsdelar i Göteborg.

Product development cycles become shorter and shorter. The time from idea to market has become an important competitive factor. Despite this, methods used for making the product development process faster are surrounded with uncertainty about their efficiency. The purpose of the thesis is to describe the pros and cons of ?best practice? methods for shortening lead times and how these methods effect the lead times in research and development.

The well-being of employees has become a key concept in the rhetoric of the company boards and business literature of today. There is however not much statistic evidence of a connection between economic results and the perceived working climate. This thesis sets out to investigate whether there is a positive correlation between economic results and working climate on a work group level. It also aims to study which specific working climate factors influence the results. In order to meet its purpose this thesis analyzes employee satisfaction questionnaire data and economic results from more than 300 work groups.

In December 2004 an earthquake coursed waves that hit Thailand. Over 5000 people died, and Sweden was the tourist country that has been effected the worst. The catastrophe precipitated Sweden in crises and the demand became high for Swedish government to act. In theory, the management control of maintenance functions is described as problematic due to the nature of the work performed in the unit. The purpose of this thesis is to examine these predicted problems in practice. Further,the thesis aims at identifying how these control problems may affect the relationships between the maintenance department and its internal customers. A case study has been conducted in one of Sweden?s largest industrial companies to investigate the said control problems in practice.

Media has power and impact. It is therefore important for managers to be able to handle media storms when they arise. If not, the brand can be affected negatively. It is managers who should learn to handle media storms because the managers constitute an important part of the external face of the company. Because it is managers who should learn to handle media storms it is interesting to study how media storms should be handled from a theoretical management-perspective.

Reglerna för bostadsbeskattning genomgick flera förändringar den 1 januari 2008, vilka kommer att tillämpas vid 2009 års taxering. Före reglernas ikraftträdande förekom intensiva diskussioner kring deras framtida utformning. Debatten som föregick förändringarna fokuserade inte sällan på den statliga fastighetsskatten på bostäder och dess vara eller inte vara.Den huvudsakliga förändringen bestod i att den tidigare gällande statliga fastighetsskatten på bostäder avskaffades till förmån för den nu gällande kommunala fastighetsavgiften. Den statliga fastighetsskatten var baserad på bostadens taxeringsvärde och utgjorde en procent av detta värde avseende privatbostadsfastigheter och 0,4 procent av värdet gällande privatbostadsrätter. I och med förändringen infördes istället en förutbestämd avgift till ett årligt belopp om 6 000 SEK vad avser privatbostadsfastigheter och 1 200 SEK avseende privatbostadsrätter.

Purpose: The purpose of this study is to illustrate and problemize the consequences of the traditional male domination in film creation for a female director by critically examining the construction of the film director. Methodology: The study is based on a qualitative case study which was conducted as a participant observation.

Of all observable societal trends, the proliferation of standardizing processes is striking. Auditing standards are an illustrative example of this. Not only privately owned companies must today make available numbers and key figures to satisfy needs of information and knowledge. Government agencies are increasingly conforming to this trend, adopting standards for quality assurance and monitoring, producing numbers and annual reports ? despite their somewhat ambiguous task and role.

Purpose This thesis tries to create an understanding of how male homosexual entrepreneurs, both as persons and as a concept, relates to the fact that entrepreneurship, as well as the society as a whole, is heteronormative. Moreover, it examines by what methods the male homosexual entrepreneurs cope with the seemingly paradox of a homosexual man who also is an entrepreneur. Method The method has been qualitative from a social construction-point of view. We have made semi-structured interviews with nine male homosexual entrepreneurs and structured the findings from the interviews with a computer programme and mind mapping techniques. We have compared the structured findings with theories, in an abducting manner, to find out an answer to the purpose of this thesis.

During the last 20 years, the Swedish health care system has faced major changes. One of them is the increasing pressure to generate economic profit due to private businesses entering the market. Health care units are forced to make some structural changes in order to become effective and efficient. As a result merger and acquisitions has become a part of the health care sector, and seems to be an increasing phenomenon. Mergers and acquisitions have mainly been studied in the industry.

The term CSR (Corporate Social Responsibility) is frequently discussed today. Many large companies work actively with CSR related questions. However, few empirical studies exist on what this work entails and why it is undertaken. Instead, most of the academic research focuses on what the term itself should mean. To bridge this gap this study centers on the employees? perceptions of CSR.
