Ägarlägenheter är en speciell form av tredimensionella fastigheter, vilken endast är avsedd att innehålla endast en bostadslägenhet. Det har varit möjligt att bilda ägarlägenheter sedan maj 2009. De 24 ägarlägenhetsförrättningar som registrerats i fastighetsregistret under de två första åren har kartlagts och en analys av olika aspekter på hur förhållandet mellan enskilda ägarlägenheter och gemensam egendom reglerats i förrättningarna har genomförts.I ca 20 % av ägarlägenhetsprojekten bildades ägarlägenheterna innan byggnaden blivit upp­förd. Förfarandet är bra för finansiering av byggprojektet, men leder till en osäkerhet om ifall lägenheterna i den färdiga byggnaden överensstämmer med den beslutade fastighets­indelningen. Att ta fastighetsbildningsbeslutet som en preliminärfråga i dessa fall medför att förrättningen inte avslutas förrän byggnaden är klar och därigenom kan lantmäterimyndig­heten säkerställa att fastighetsindelningen överensstämmer med byggnadens slutliga utformning.Byggherren är nästan alltid ensam sakägare i förrättningen.

Traumatic arthritis is a common cause of lameness in horses. One of different treatment alternatives of arthritis, is intra-articular injection with hyaluronan. As knowledge about pathophysiology of arthritis and function of hyaluronan is increasing, understanding grows about the mechanism of hyaluronan action in joints. Hyaluronan has, in addition to effects on viscosity, anti-inflammatory and analgesic effects. Extensive research and scientific studies have been made on exogenous hyaluronan.

The aim of this study is to examine the market reaction when information about a company?s foreign direct investment is announced and how that affects the shareholder?s value. Also of interest is whether the market reacts differently depending on which country the investment is established in and which mode of entry is used. This will be achieved by using an event study approach. The selection that was used consisted of 206 companies registered on the Nasdaq OMX Nordic homepage, which had during a time period stretching from 1999 to 2009 established a foreign direct investment in the regions BRIC, Europe or the USA using the mode of organic growth, joint venture or acquisition.

Background The Shetland Sheepdog is a popular breed of dogs in Sweden. The breed is mostly used as a companion dog and is also popular within certain dog sports such as agility. The Shetland Sheepdog is not included in any breeding programs regarding joint health. The animal insurance company, Agria had recently informed the Swedish Shetland Sheepdog Club (SSSK) that they had noted an increasing number of arthritis in the elbow joints, therefore they wanted to exclude elbow joints from the insurance until SSSK started a breeding program against elbow dysplasia. After the start of this study Agria withdrew their demand, but the study went on as planned. Aims of this study The aims of this study was to investigate if there is any data that may show if there is a larger or smaller reason than before to suspect that the breed has a problem with elbow dysplasia and therefore would benefit from a breeding program regarding this.

Spending a night out in the nature is away for many to experience a slowerpace of life. Refuge cabins are a typeof open-air facility sometimes provided for more far off locations, yet it is in the vicinity of cities and towns that the opportunity for getting out into the natural environment is mostly sought after. Several nature reservs exist around Stockholm with the good intention of promoting the opportunity for outdoor activities. The aim of this study is to investigate how the provision of refuge cabins can be a means of facilitating and augmenting outdoor life experience in a proposed nature reserv to the west of Stockholm.

Bakgrund: Svenska banker och försäkringsbolag spenderar stora summor och resurser på sina IT-system, vilka oftast sköts internt. IT-kostnaderna utgör för banker den näst största kostnadsposten i resultaträkningen och därmed utgör över 20 procent av den totala kostnadsmassan. Marginalerna inom bank och försäkringsbolag minskar i Sverige samtidigt som ITs komplexitet ökar med krav på integrering medgamla bank- och försäkringssystem. IT-outsourcing och joint venture med ett IT-företag är vanliga organiserings former och inget nytt fenomen i Finland inom bank och försäkringsbolag. IT-outsourcing har både för- och nackdelar.

Utifrån förändringar i omvärlden har konsumentens krav förändrats avsevärt.Följden av detta är att det blivit allt viktigare att kunna använda design för att differentiera sitt företag och produktutbud samt kunna erbjuda sina konsumenter ett mervärde. Hur detta ska kunna genomföras av företag utan designkompetens är oklart, i avsaknad av designteorier. Därför har vi valt att analysera och utvärdera två externa samarbetsformer möjliga för företag utan egen designkompetens.Vår uppsats syftar till att genom kvantitativa och kvalitativa undersökningar utvärdera två externa samarbetsformer i samband med produktutvecklingsprocessen. För att sedan kunna besvara vår problemformulering: Vilken av de externa samarbetsformerna joint venture och upphandling, skapar de bästa förutsättningarna för företag att skapa mervärde gentemot konsumenten?Vi har utgått från ett antal företagsekonomiska teorier, teorierna har ställts dels mot en kvalitativ undersökning i form av intervjuer av nyckelpersoner på dessa företag och dels mot en kvantitativ undersökning i form av en enkätundersökning hos de två företagens kunder.Slutsatsen utifrån undersökningens resultat är att joint venture skapar avsevärt bättre förutsättningar för att skapa mervärde gentemot kunden i förhållande till upphandling.Detta görs fördelaktigt genom samproducerande i en värdestjärna där möjligheten finns att skapa värde gentemot kunden.

The purpose has been to, by the means of literature studies and conversation, give landscape architects, teachers or other interested people an increased understanding of school gardens as a phenomenon. One episode in the essay describes school garden?s historical background and how its ideology has changed as the society has developed. A conversation with a spokesperson for Södermalmsskolan in Stockholm, depict how a communal public school handles the management of a school garden today. I have also wanted to present the conditions that society and the schools organisation has put on the management of the garden on this particular school. In the year of 2007 Södermalmsskolan got the opportunity to found its school garden thanks to the environmental campaigns that were realized by the city of Stockholm.

The aim of this study is to evaluate an alternative projection of the Medial Coronoid Process (MCP) of the canine elbow joint. The projection (Di35M-PrLO) was, to my knowledge, first mentioned in an article by Haudiquet et al in 2002. In that article the projection was tested in vitro, and a good sensitivity was showed for the Medial Coronoid Process. The projection might be helpful in cases of suspected Fragmented Coronoid Process (FCP) . This study is divided into three parts. The first part is an in-vivo test of the projection, including technique and subjective evaluation of the outlining of the MCP.

BACKGROUND: The isolation facility is an important ward in veterinary hospitals. This is where infectious patients are treated in order to reduce the risk for cross-contamination between the infectious patients and other patients and humans in the hospital. But it can only function in a safe manner as long as adequate precautions for infection control are adhered to. This has shown to be a problem in many isolation facilities in veterinary hospitals in Sweden. AIM: The aim of this paper was to examine which factors that can affect the quality of the infection control in the isolation facility. The aim is also to stress the importance of adequate infection control practices. METHOD: Two interviews were conducted with staff from two veterinary hospitals.

No previous study has, to the author?s knowledge, clinically evaluated the plantar foot pressure with different full-length wedges in normal persons.PurposeThe purpose was to evaluate the plantar pressure with different degrees of full-length wedges in normal persons.MethodTwenty persons with normal feet have participated in this single blind study. Wedges were produced clinically in four different shapes, 3° valgus, 0° flat, 3° varus och 6° varus.

Z39.50 is a standard protocol designed to create an interface between diverse computer databases for diverse information needs. Since it has to be adjustable it is also complex and demands a certain degree of expertise when being set. However, the aim of this paper is not to make a theoretical description but to examine certain conditions in practice. From the perspective of Swedish research libraries two principal hypotheses are examined: 1) the implementation of a given technology (Z39.50) is primarily influenced by social circumstances, and 2) the way in which the technology is implemented will bias the results of information retrieval. For this examination we need a framework of theories concerning the relationship between technological development and society, organisational theories and database theories.
