Syftet med studien har varit att ta reda på vad ungdomar har för tankar och känslor kring ämnet idrott och hälsa. Jag ville få en ökad förståelse om ungdomar som inte är med och deltar av olika anledningar i ämnet. Två av mina frågeställningar löd: Vilka är anledningarna till att deltagande elever och icke deltagande elever i idrottsundervisningen hatar varje sekund av den? Hur skulle eleverna vilja att idrottsundervisningen ser ut? För att ta reda på detta har jag använt kvalitativa intervjuer som metod. Jag har intervjuat totalt elva elever i årskurs åtta på en grundskola i södra Sverige.

The study of medicinal plants is a popular subject that, at least in the archaeological sciences, has met a lot of criticism due to the lack of physical data. It is problematic to distinguish the medicinal plants from local flora since many herbs that were used often could be found in the nearby vegetation.  The purpose of this essay is to archaebotanically analyze samples from the medieval town Nya Lödöse and compare the data with a previous analysis from the site and a literature study. The herbs meadowsweet (Filipendula ulmaria), lady?s mantle (Alchemilla sp.), sweet gale (Myrica gale), hop (Humulus lupulus), common tormentil (Potentilla erecta), St. John?s wort (Hypericum perforatum), henbane (Hyoscyamus niger), catnip (Nepeta cataria) and motherwort (Leonurus cardiaca) have been selected for closer analysis since they occur with frequency in the historical medicinal texts and in previous analysis made on the site.

From being an exotic small religion that has existed at a fading presence in southern Iraq and Iran mandeism has moved to the West and Sweden. As more and more Mandaeans encounter a new culture and a new society in Sweden it affects not only them as individuals but also their religion mandeism. In this essay, I have begun to examine how Mandaeans think about their identity and religion. I have taken my starting point in a broad theoretical discussion of identity, religion and secularisation. Mandeism is a gnostic religion that probably has its roots in today?s Israel / Palestine and sees John the Baptist as the last prophet.

AbstraktMed ett socialpsykologiskt perspektiv och hermeneutisk ansats är syftet med denna studie att undersöka hur en skolas organisationskultur påverkar ett lärarlags pedagogiska arbete och bemötande av elever. Vi intervjuade tio pedagoger inom ett lärarlag på Hagaskolan i Varberg. Vi utförde dessutom en informationsintervju med Mats Oljelund, en av de två verksamma rektorerna på skolan. Detta för att få information dels om skolan men också om dess involvering i utvecklings- och arbetsprojektet OUR. Resultatet har vi analyserat med hjälp av Mats Alvessons bok ?Organisationskultur och ledning? (2009), John Gastils teori om grupprocesser och ledarskap, Moira von Wrights (2000) begrepp relationellt respektive punktuellt perspektiv samt Hannah Arendts begrepp, Vad eller Vem (von Wright 2000).

Since we all live in an increasingly globalized world where goods and money are transported more easily and with tougher competition, it is a natural step for Swedish companies to establish themselvs abroad in order to increase their gorwth rate and reach more customers. Today all of us belong to the same global network and the purpose of this thesis is to investigate which factors are important for companies when they choose to establish themselvs on a foreign market. The focus of the investigation has been the market of Germany and Spain, since both countries just like Sweden are members of the European Union, but still have quite different characteristics. We, the authors, have also been living in Spain and Germany during the time of investigation and writing. The companies we have chosen to look closer into are Abba Seafood, which now has merged with Procordia Food, and Oatly AB.

Den organiserade brottsligheten och även den ekonomiska brottsligheten tillhör det nutida rättsystemets problemområden. En del i bekämpandet av dessa är lagen (1993:768) om åtgärder mot penningtvätt (PTL). Lagen har sedan dess ikraftträdande utvidgats betydligt i omfattning men även genomgått en rad förändringar. Syftet med denna uppsats har varit att utröna på vilket sätt lagen har förändrats och utvecklats sedan dess tillkomst. För att kunna jämföra det teoretiska i lagen med dess tillämpning har intervjuer gjorts med Finansinspektionen, Föreningssparbanken och Finanspolisen.

The findings in this case study are mainly based on material collected during a field trip with a fellow student to Laos in February-March 2005, which was sponsored by Sida through a Minor Field Study scholarship. The original interest was to study a political aid project (Governance and Administrative Reform Project Luang Prabang, GPAR LP) in a country like Laos with very complex preconditions such as one-party polity. In Laos my interest in evaluation of political aid grew mainly because I found out that the two donors in the project, Sida and the UNDP, had reached different conclusions in their respective evaluations of the project.The main interest in this thesis has been to study how donors have evaluated a political aid project. The study shows that Sida and UNDP used, what in the literature usually is referred to as, Conventional evaluation as methodology when they conducted their evaluations of GPAR LP. The study also shows that the main reason for the different points of view that are expressed in the evaluations depend on a lack of dialogue and consensus, regarding for the project crucial concepts, rather than choice of evaluation methodology.

The collective agreement contains many important provisions concerning the relationship between employers and employees. When a collective agreement applies in the workplace, both employers and employees are bound by it. However, only employers of those two, can take part in the collective agreement, and therefore negotiate the content of it.The purpose of this study is to answer the following question: Why are rules that has been interpreted in collective agreements not expressed in writing? Therefore, the Swedish collective agreement system will be examined, and a distinction between types of silent regulations will be made to find causes. The potential for workers to act on a collective agreement with quiet regulations will also be examined.Collective agreements are signed on three levels: central, union and local levels.

Från att det i början talades väldigt lite om coaching är det idag en mångmiljonsaffär som erkänts som ett effektivt sätt att bidra till utvecklingen av ledare på alla möjliga nivåer i en organisation (McLean, 2012, s 4). Genom att vara en coachande ledare kan man på sikt få mer självgående medarbetare (Chef 2007).Två kända definitioner av coaching är den av John Whitmore och den av Susann Gjerde. Gemensamt har de som utgångspunkt att coaching handlar om att utveckla individer och hjälpa dem att hjälpa sig själva genom att aktivt lyssna, ställa öppna frågor och identifiera styrkor hos individer. Det som skiljer dessa definitioner åt är tillvägagångssättet.Med denna undersökning vill vi ta reda på hur butikschefer inom mobiloperatören Hi3G tolkar och väver in coaching i sitt ledarskap och vad deras syfte med coaching är. Vi vill veta vilken syn de har på coaching som en ledarskapsstil, hur stor del av deras ledarskap som faktiskt handlar om coaching och vilka effekter det har på deras medarbetare.Undersökningen är baserad på både en kvalitativ och en kvantitativ undersökningsmetod där vi kombinerar tre stycken intervjuer med en enkätundersökning besvarad av 34 butikschefer.Resultatet visar att butikchefer inom Hi3G har en relativt likartad syn på vad coaching är, samt att de tillämpar och tolkar det ganska snarlikt, men att många saknar tid till att coacha i den utsträckning de skulle vilja.

This study discusses the relationship between studies and part-time work. The aim is to gain a deeper understanding of why students enrolled in the programme of human resource management and working life choose to undertake part time work, specifically in the human resource business in such great extent while studying full time and what this means for the students regard gaining knowledge. It focuses on the students experience and in order to gain the understanding of this phenomenon three qestion formulations were formed; ?What are the reasons formed by the interviewed human resource-students for having part-time work in the human resource bransch, in addition to their full-time studies??, "What values are made visible regarding the students choices of having a part-time work in addition to their full-time studies?" and ?How does the students express the thought about their part-time work as a key to learn from their studies?? The empirical data were collected through interviews with eight branch-specific human resource-students. The data was analysed based on previous research and a theoretical framework consisting of Lave & Wenger's theory of communities of practice and John Deweys theory of learning by doing.

Sedan Internet förändrade hur världen kommunicerar har den teknologiska utvecklingen i dess kölvatten och i synnerhet de sociala medierna inneburit ett paradigmskifte i vår vardagliga kommunikativa verklighet. Även organisationer har hakat på utvecklingen. Men för många råder ovisshet om hur sociala medier påverkar deras verksamhet. I synnerhet våra svenska myndigheter som har att förhålla sig till offentlighetsprincip, yttrandefrihet och ett genomgående medborgarperspektiv. Mot denna bakgrund ville vi undersöka hur sociala medier påverkar arbetet med samhällskommunikation inom en kommunal förvaltning.

Bachelor thesis, Trolley Innovation Project, has been unique in the sense that it has been carried out over the borders of Sweden. Iacobucci S.p.A, located outside of Rome in Italy is one of the largest manufacturers of interior equipment for aircraft in the world. With approximately 30% of the market Iacobucci S.p.A is one of the world's largest manufacturers of catering trolleys.The aim has been to produce a new competitive catering trolley for the airline industry. With customers and users in focus, the project team found that weight, ease of use, ergonomics and design were important aspects. Having a low weight of all the interior is particularly important when there is lots of money for the airlines to save in reduced fuel costs.

Betting under ordered forms has been around for a long time, but the recent increase in Internet betting and the large sums of money that are now involved makes it even more important for betting companies to have correct odds. The purpose of the essay is to calculate probabilities for outcomes of football games using a statistical model and to see if you can find better odds than a betting company.The data contains the 380 games from the 2004/2005 season and the variables form, head-to-heads, league position, points, home/away, average attendance, promoted team, distance and final league position from previous season. After performing an ordered probit regression we only find the variable ?form of the away team? to be significant at the 5 % level. We suspect the presence of multicollinearity and perform a VIF-test which confirms this. To fix this problem we perform a second ordered probit regression where a number of variables are combined to index variables. In the second regression we once again find only one significant variable.

AbstractEmbla 5 is an office building which has done a large improvement. The clients of this building has made an order of WSP and the student Anders Kempe to calculate the use of energy for the building, and after that result proposing further measures which can decrease the energy use of Embla 5.The ground for this report is when calculation of the present energy use of the building is stated. To make that information of a number of parameters such as envelope, the heating system and ventilation has been located and set in to the simulation program IDA ICE which calculate the energy use.To improve the energy use further this project has been concentrated to change the system of ventilation. Today the ventilation system is of the kind CAV (constant air volume) and the air flow is dimensioned for after recommendations from BBR and Arbetsmiljöverket in the office spaces. Consider that Embla 5  is an office building where the people only staying for 8-10 hours/day so was the ide to see how much energy saving if the air flow is reduced the time people not being in the building.

Wikileaks is using the new technical solutions to mount big leaks, consisting of secret or sensitive information from the government, institutions and business. This might profoundly change the media reality and it certainly means both new opportunities and new challenges for traditional media; the conditions for the journalists, the sources and the news reporting are changing. In this thesis the relationship between Swedish journalists and Wikileaks has been the focus; they both affect each other but the conditions for this relationship is not yet clear. Clearly there is an interdependence, but who really is dependent on the other and to which degree they are dependent on each other is still a question without a given answer.The aim of this thesis has been to discern a new journalism, and how this responds to the theories of Public Journalism and Journalistik 3.0. The main aim has been to examine what Swedish journalist thinks about Wikileaks, what their attitude towards Wikileaks are,  if and how they think that Wikileaks have affected the Swedish journalism.
