Detta är ett arbete som visar en del av de teorier som finns inom moralutvecklingen idag. Tyngdpunkten har lagts på Lawrence Kohlberg och hans stadieutveckling. Därtill kommer kritiker till dessa teorier att tas upp. Nancy Eisenberg och Carol Gilligans ?bry sig om?-perspektiv på moralutveckling kommer att ställas mot Kohlbergs mer rättviseinriktade teoristadier.

Compulsive gambling has lately become a more common and serious issue in our society. The number of compulsive gamblers is constantly increasing alongside the growth of the gambling industry and the consequences of compulsive gambling include both economical and social disasters. Every addiction has a start, and so does compulsive gambling, which is why we chose to perform a survey in order to determine the possible causes to why individuals are drawn to gambling and what leads them into compulsive gambling, and also during which circumstances do they find the strength and will to come out of their addiction to gambling. The theories that are used in this paper include globalization, socialization, Bauman´s consumption society and empowerment, alongside the six phases of gambling by Custer and Milts, describing the way in and the way out of compulsive gambling. This survey is one of the qualitative kind, which means that the chosen theories are connected to the ten interviews that were done with gamblers of various kinds.

I have through a case study looked on a milkingfarm in Dalarna and been counting on what it would cost to increase the silagestorage. Today they have to little capacity on the existing towersilo because they built a bigger farm with more cows. The reason is that two families decided to start having the production on one farm together and moved all animals from one of the farms to the other farm. So for that reason I have looked on the costs to build a new towersilo or levelsilo. The goal has been not only to look at the buildingcost but also which operatingcost that is included with the different alternatives. I have taken tenders from two different towersilocompany, Bjurenwall and Svenska Neuero and taken tenders from Abetong for a levelsilo with roof and one without roof. The overall feed requirements on the farm is on 240 tonnes dry extract and the old towersilo hold 110 tonnes dry extract so the need for a new foundation is on 130 tonnes dry extract. I have through cost estimate been counting on the specific buildingcost for each buildingaltenative.

Problem: Samarbetet mellan Sverige och Kina har ökat stadigt för varje år som gått samtidigt som en etablering av svenska företag i Kina kräver att de svenska affärsmännen etablerar nya kontakter med kineserna. Denna uppsats tar upp de kulturella hinder och barriärer som de svenska företagen möter vid en etablering i Kina, etableringsmetoder, samt hur företagen har hanterat allt detta.Syfte: Syftet är att ge en vetenskaplig genomgång för läsaren om vilka kulturella aspekter som svenska företagen bör ta hänsyn till vid etableringsstrategier för att överkomma de internationella kulturella hinder som uppstår vid etableringar i Kina.Metod: Genom att intervjua 4 företag samt göra en enkätundersökning som omfattar ca 50 företag har data samlats in. Med hjälp av tidigare studier samt andra teorier och modeller, har datan studerats och analyserats.Slutsats: Uppsatsen tyder på att de kulturella hindren är verkliga och påtagliga. En negligering av dessa är förknippat med allt från konkurrensnackdelar till totala misslyckanden. Kommunikation och goda nätverk har visat sig vara ett grundläggande krav för att ens få möjligheten att försöka sig på en etablering.

SammanfattningBåde Läroplanen för förskolan (Lpfö98/2010) och den forskning vi i vår studie tagit del av framhäver vikten av barns inflytande i förskolan. Bland annat poängterar filosofen och pragmatikern John Dewey (1916/1999) att vägen till ett demokratiskt samhälle bör starta med de yngre barnen, och att de genom miljön ska få erfara allas lika värde. Vi har genomfört en kvalitativ studie på två förskolor, empirin omfattar både intervjuer och observationer. Förskollärarna vi intervjuat har mellan 12 till 34 års pedagogisk erfarenhet, och vår ambition har varit att undersöka pedagogernas uppfattningar om barns inflytande i förskolan, samt hur de tar till vara på och uppmuntrar barnen till att vilja och kunna ha inflytande. I vår teoridel har vi lagt fokus på kommunikation och vuxnas barnsyn som betydelsefulla aspekter för barns möjligheter till inflytande i förskolan. Resultatet av vår studie visar att det till största delen är i den fria leken som barns inflytande kommer till uttryck.

Ungdomsbrottslighet är ett aktuellt problem som finns i Sverige och framställs i media att den ökar, vilket inte stämmer då det finns rapporter och statistik på att det har skett en minskning. Statistik är en viktig del i brottspreventivt syfte eftersom den hjälper forskare få en bild av hur omfattande ungdomsbrottsligheten är, dess utveckling, omfattning, dess minskande och om det förekommer skillnader mellan de olika regionerna i Sverige. ?Detta var min vändpunkt? är en studie vars syfte är att granska varför ungdomar i kriminalitet slutar att begå brott och även undersöka vilka deras vändpunkt/er var utifrån teoretikerna Robert Sampson och John Laubs teori om vändpunkter. Frågeställningarna som uppsatsen behandlat är: vad fick vissa ungdomar att sluta begå brott, finns det vändpunkter för ungdomsbrottslingar samt om någon av dessa vändpunkter var relationer, miljöombyte eller sysselsättning. För att undersöka och besvara dessa frågor har en kvalitativ ansats använts.

This study shows how two different schools use dogs as a method of education. The purpose was to find out what kind of pedagogical thoughts my informants have about children' slearning in their connection with dogs, and in which way the interaction between the children and the dogs could affect the learning ability. I also wanted to find out what kind of possibilities and restrictions the dogs could give to the education according to my informants but also to find out how the projects were financed. To be able to answer these questions I put together a qualitative study, I had four interviews with people that were involved in the projects in one way or the other. To analyse the empirical material I looked up different theories about teaching, communication, interaction and motivation.My results showed that both schools have applied the method of ?teaching dogs? as a form of resource for students with special needs.

Introduction: In 1998, the pension system was changed and the so called PPM system was introduced. The PPM system is partly fund-based, partly distribution-based. There are approximately 700 different investment funds to choose between, at a maximum five for each individual. For persons who are not familiar with the financial market, the choice might be difficult. The lions? part of the investors do not seem to have an active strategy.

During the period 1905 to 1940 it was possible to get a loan from the state to buy land and build a small farm or a house in rural areas. This loan act and its effects have been studied earlier in different ways, but never as a total study for a geographic region. The region Malmöhus Län has been chosen. The purpose of this paper is to study in which parts of the area loans were taken and who sold the land that was used for these purposes. Earlier studies have looked at a larger geographical area for some specific years.

The construction industry develops at a high pace today. Because of this the construction companies has to rethink and try to develop at the same pace. One of the biggest challenges in the construction industry today is to improve the logistics since improved logistics leads to lower costs. This is something that the construction companies have started to realize and they are beginning to invest more money in order to improve the logistics. It is especially important to have good logistics when the conjuncture turns for the worse.

In companies today, it is becoming more and more common for employees to work in a project based environment, as a result many companies have developed their own project models. Companies with a well developed product culture are striving to improve their existing models, and businesses relatively new in the marketplace are aiming to reach a high level of maturity as well as reach high levels of efficiency in the shortest time possible. As the number of mature and efficient companies with well developed project model increase, so does the level of competition in the market. Since a well developed project model often leads to a more efficient and accurate way of carrying out the project, which in turn leads to shorter delivery time towards the client. This is crucial as time is one of the most valuable parameters of competition in today?s business environment.

In a society where children are getting a bigger influence over the family?s consumption and where more products for children are purchased, the market for children products has expanded. This growth is due to a higher amount of older parents which have a god economy and are choosing to spend more money on products for their children. Also the fact that parents use fashion products for children as a way to reflect their own status and that children are becoming more fashionable and aware of trends have contributed to the markets expansion. All together this leads to a grown importance of knowledge for marketers concerning the market.

Enligt läroplanen för de frivilliga skolformerna Lpf 94 skall de demokratiska principerna genomsyra all verksamhet i skolan och eleverna skall till såväl innehåll som form beredas ett verkligt inflytande över sin undervisning. Såväl forskning som återkommande enkät­undersökningar som skolverket genomför visar emellertid att det råder stora brister i framför allt elevernas inflytande över innehållet. Den här uppsatsen försöker genom en fallstudie kasta ljus över djupperspektiven i detta med elevinflytande och genom intervjuer av lärare och elever på en gymnasieskola mer kvalitativt teckna förståelsen för elevinflytandets villkor. I analysen ställs resultaten mot John Deweys utbildningsfilosofi och jämförs utöver läroplanen även med tidigare forskning inom området. Såväl elever som lärare vittnar om ett högst begränsat elevinflytande över innehåll, men om ett relativt stort sådant över arbetsformer.

The collective agreement contains many important provisions concerning the relationship between employers and employees. When a collective agreement applies in the workplace, both employers and employees are bound by it. However, only employers of those two, can take part in the collective agreement, and therefore negotiate the content of it.The purpose of this study is to answer the following question: Why are rules that has been interpreted in collective agreements not expressed in writing? Therefore, the Swedish collective agreement system will be examined, and a distinction between types of silent regulations will be made to find causes. The potential for workers to act on a collective agreement with quiet regulations will also be examined.Collective agreements are signed on three levels: central, union and local levels.
