Genom analys av text och bildmaterial från Norrköpings kommun, varav främst turistbroschyrer är syftet med detta arbete att finna och förtydliga den diskurs kommunen sprider om Industrilandskapet. För detta ändamål har uppsatsen två frågeställningar; hur beskrivs Industrilandskapet i text och bild i reklam/turistmaterial samt hur beskrivs Industrilandskapets betydelse för Norrköping/regionen. För att kunna utveckla den kritiska diskursanalysen använder jag mig av två stödteorier, nyregionalism och Jane Jacobs teorier om stadsplanering. Genom en bildinventering samt en bildanalys av två representativa bilder framstår det tydligt att det Industrilandskap som beskrivs i bild är öde, och avbildas främst nattetid.Textanalysen delas upp under fem teman, vattnet, bebyggelsen, Industrilandskapet i regionen, Industrilandskapet i staden/verksamheten i området samt historien. Industrilandskapet är enligt turistmaterialet synonymt med de gamla k-märkta byggnaderna och ?stadens livsnerv? ?Strömmen.

Många stadsbyggnadsutvecklingsprojekt diskuteras flitigt i media. Dock pratar man ofta bara om den fysiska utformningen och glömmer att uppmärksamma den sociala dimensionen av projekten. Alltså de förutsättningar som finns för den sociala miljön, offentliga rum där människor ska interagera med varandra. Detta innebär att en viktig del av behoven för människors livsmiljö inte tillgodoses, vilket kan göra planeringen av det offentliga rummet misslyckad.Ett exempel på ett projekt som fallit offer för detta är Nya Slussen som har fått stark opinion mot sig. Dock har debatten om Nya Slussen mestadels fokuserat på den fysiska utformningen.Denna studie ämnar analysera förutsättningarna för social interaktion i de offentliga rummen i Stockholms stads projekt Nya Slussen.Analysen av projektet Nya Slussen görs genom en deduktiv analysansats utifrån befintlig forskning inom urbansociologi.

I planeringssammanhang är begreppet ?attraktiv stad? vanligt förekommande. För att kunna utveckla en attraktiv stad måste man börja med att definiera begreppet. Dock är det ett begrepp som är svårt att definiera. Detta beror på hur starkt kopplat det är till individens egna värderingar om vad en ?attraktiv stad? är.

This is a historical documentary research study across Neva Leona Boyd (1876-1963). The theoretical perspective is based on the historical perspective of knowledge from ancient Greece to the approach of modern symbolic interactionism. The study shows that Boyd, who was Viola Spolins teacher, was a proponent of the modern view of group play theory. 1909 she founded Chicago School for Playground Workers, later transformed to the Recreation Training School. Until 1927, the school entered in Hull-House initiated by Jane Addams.

This is made on the basis of the interviews that have been made with the operators of the area and a thought building, and from the existing rules of the performing and designing of a restaurant.The planned restaurant is placed in an area where it today is a public toilet.

The last decades the increased computerisation at the places of work has led to new physical loads in the working life and new demands on the working environment. The widespread usage of computers in the working life has led to more sedentary work and less daily movement.The purpose of the thesis is to develop a new product to a concept that in a low intensive and healthy promotional way will activate the body. The product will make a combination of healthy promotion activity and work during office hours possible and primary aims to those with a sedentary office work, which leads to that the body don´t get to be activated in the extent needed.Information has been gathered from studies already made in this area, interviews plus a study and an experiment. From the gathered information concepts and functional solutions has been generated and evaluated to result in a product concept.The thesis has resulted in a concept that consists of a work place unit where the user walks on a treadmill and works at the same time.A general conclusion which can be drawn is that the majority of persons that tested to walk and simultaneously work with a computor on the treadmill found this way of working attractive. Many were positively surprised and said that they would use such an physically activating work place implement if it was available at their place of work..

Cows are ruminants and they need fibers in their feed and sufficient eating time to function psychologically and physiologically. Many of our cows don?t get enough forage and too much concentrates, which given in the wrong way may cause health and behavior problems. Too much concentrates at once makes the pH in the rumen sink and this may cause decreased fiber utilization since the microbes in the rumen are negatively affected by this. The cow may also get serious problems such as laminitis and abomasal dislocation.

Alla fotografier har en avsändare och en mottagare. Fotografiet hjälper till att forma vår bild av verkligheten, men det är inte en obeskuren verklighet vi betraktar.Henri Cartier-Bresson är nära sammankopplad med gatufotografin, som i sin tur är nära sammankopplad med den romantiserade bilden av det fria och direkta livet, ocensurerat och äkta. Jag undersöker om det går att skönja fotografens handling i bilden, och jag ifrågasätter tron på gatans svartvita realism.

År 2012 uppgick innehaven på svenska börsen till 3 715 miljarder kronor. Utvecklingen på aktiemarknaden är därför något som berör merparten av Sveriges befolkning.Investerare har sedan börsens introduktion försökt förutse marknadens utveckling för att finna de vinnande aktierna. Detta har utmynnat i flera olika sätt att analysera marknaden, exempelvis genom teknisk och fundamental analys. From the day we are born, we slowly grow old and sooner or later most people will have to use geriatric care provided by the community. In the Swedish model, society is responsible for the geriatric care, so the elderly can live a dignified, meaningful and active life. Home help insert activity is designed to help elderly get their social needs satisfied in the form of, for example, being outdoors, walk and visit a friend or some other form of social interaction. The study's purpose is to study how older people use and perceive bet activation in the municipal home care. To find out how this was conducted five interviews with older people who have help from home care to insert activation was made.

Syftet med denna studie är att undersöka vilka motivationsfaktorer som ligger bakom viljan att fortsätta musicera år efter år. Fokus ligger vid blåsorkestern och blåsinstrumentalister, de äldre instrumentalisterna i orkestern. Studien är avgränsad till att vara en positiv undersökning av motivation i samband med musicerande, främst musicerande i grupp.  Uppsatsen handlar om olika motivationsfaktorer som verkar motiverande för att hålla intresset för att musicera vid liv, detta har undersökts genom kvalitativa intervjuer. Efter arbetet med studien har tre olika motivationsfaktorer växt fram, social motivation, motivation genom personlig utveckling samt musikalisk motivation. Motivationsfaktorerna bygger på faktorer som ungdomar pratar om enligt Minda Birgestam och Rebecka Källner (2011), det sociala, personlig utveckling och den musikaliska upplevelsen.

The purpose of this study was to gain deeper knowledge about the special needs of guidance significance as an aid to students based on teachers' views and perceptions.Eight teachers from three different municipalities, active in primary school and middle school have been interviewed since all have participated in and have experience with special needs tutoring. Their responses were compiled and answered the three research questions: What experiences have teachers of special education counseling? How do teachers the guidance they received from a special teacher? What effect has the special educational guidance given for the inclusive education? The result shows that the special educational tutorial helps teachers gain a deeper understanding of students in need of special support and guidance to the mission vary in scope and content. The special educational tutorial that is aimed directly at the teachers seem to have a positive effect on inclusion and a critical/dilemma perspective while the consultative guidance primarily directed towards the adaptation of educational material and allows students to walk out of the classroom to receive special education promotes exclusion and ability grouping and a compensatory perspectives. From a sociocultural perspective pointing results of the study that teachers with special education tutoring experience to students in an inclusive education contribute to each other's learning,creating meaningful for everyone involved..

This Master?s thesis concerns the information behaviour of pastors in nonconformist churches (especially new evangelical and Baptist church communions) in Sweden in their spiritual service to the local parish. The thesis also looks into how the information flow functions in the pastors? context and why the information need appears as it does. The theory used in this study is contextual analysis based on Buckland?s, Weber?s and Patrick Wilson?s theories on authority and power structures.

Syftet är att undersöka om det finns möjlighet att uppnå överavkastning på den svenska aktiemarknaden genom att använda sig av information om förändringar av reporäntan. För att uppfylla vårt syfte utför vi en händelsestudie med en kvantitativ metod och en deduktiv ansats. Genom att studera nio branschindex och OMX index vid reporänteförändringar, undersöker vi om det föreligger någon skillnad dem emellan. Att en onormal avkastning kan uppnås kan statistiskt säkerställas för OMX index dag 1 efter en annonsering om en sänkning av reporäntan. Vid en höjning finner vi däremot inga bevis för en reaktion på marknaden.
