All my short stories have been written in an intuitive way according to which no outline of characters, intrigue or plot was made in advance. A consequence of this process is that not even myself as the author is aware of the meaning of the texts and therefore I too have to interpret the stories. Because of the character of the text, I use an analysis of archetypes according to C. G. Jung?s analytic psychology.

The purpose of this study is to achieve a greater understanding of the perception of the use of Special Educational Needs Coordinators? (SENCOs?) competence in school. The informants of this study are the director of the school district, two principals and six teachers in two schools in a municipality in Sweden. The method used for this study is qualitative interviews, and the results have been analyzed using perspectives on special education. The results show that the director of the school district has one ideal view of SENCOs working close to the principals with supervision of teachers, school development, administrative tasks etc.

With examples from a single classroom situation, several educational moments show what goes on between the teacher and the student. The teacher?s responsibility in the learning process is, with a gesture frozen in the air of the moment, to lead and follow the student in her tentative efforts at seeking knowledge. Initially, it is an attempt to shed light upon the "not yet seen" with a certainty that the student herself possesses the capacity and the aptitude to reach greater insight and clarity in her understanding. The Validation/Feil Method presented in this instructional situation illustrates how best to communicate with elderly people suffering from Alzheimer?s dementia.

The thesis had its starting point in the first paragraph of the eleventh chapter in the Swedish social services act, which discusses the immediate risk assessments that has to be made when the social services receive a report about a child. The thesis highlights an area that has received a lot of attention in media since the spring of 2014, when an eight year old girl was fatally abused by her legal guardians. The social services had at the time received a report about the girl but it was left unread. This tragic case has brought attention to the routines used by the social services for dealing with reports and risk assessments. This thesis was conducted through individual interviews with social workers working with children and families in the social services, with the aim to acquire an enhanced understanding of how social workers perform immediate risk assessments and what these assessments are based on.

The purpose of this thesis is to investigate how a local community, and those who dwell within its borders, are affected when a large scale windmill park is planned in its immediate vicinity. I have used a qualitative approach and conducted semi structured interviews to gather empirical data. The study took place in a small Swedish village named Svartnäs, situated in the region Dalarna.I have used the concept of community as a symbolic construction (Cohen 1984), that together with the theory of structuration (Giddens 1984) and the notion of expert system (Giddens 1996) served as my main theoretical perspectives.Even though the windmill park is not built yet, its impact on the people and the local community of Svartnäs has been considerable. In the traces of the new windmill park new options and constraints, that will play an important role in the lives of the people who dwell in Svartnäs, are arising. The windmill project is enlarging old conflicts and is creating a divided village.

För att säkerställa att kunskapen stannar inom organisationen är det av stor vikt att kunskapen överförs mellan de anställda. En viss form av kunskap, så kallad tyst kunskap, är svår att uttrycka och blir därför svår att överföra mellan organisationens medarbetare. Denna uppsats handlar därför om hur organisationer överför tyst expertkunskap, och vilka faktorer som påverkar hur väl en sådan överföring kan genomföras. Teoretiska definitioner av kunskap, hantering av kunskap och olika överföringsmoment har använts.

Studien syftar till att ?ka kunskapen om hur fyra flickor och deras v?rdnadshavare upplever sina erfarenheter kring flickornas skoltid och hemsituation innan ADHD-diagnos st?llts. Att leva med funktionsvariationen ADHD kan upplevas som b?de sv?righeter och m?jligheter. I dag finns forskning som visar att ADHD-symptom, oftast uppt?cks av v?rdnadshavare framf?r allt f?r flickor.

Coaching är en samtalsmetodik med syftet att frigöra och utveckla människors potential. Cirka 50 stycken rådgivare vid Trygghetsrådet har under 2006 gått en coachingutbildning vid Stockholms universitet. I föreliggande studie intervjuades sju rådgivare om deras upplevelser av coaching som metod i mötet med klienterna. De semistrukturerade, kvalitativa intervjuerna analyserades utifrån en tematisk analysmetod som grund. Man är överlag mycket positiv till coaching som metod, såväl som rådgivare som i den feedback man får från sina klienter.

Metod: En fallstudie har utförts på försäljningsenheten på TV4 i Växjö. Semistrukturerade intervjuer med försäljningschefen och två säljare från fallföretaget har legat till grund för empiriinsamlingen.Slutsats: TV4 har valt att tillämpa resultatlön som lönesättning och har alltså delat upp lönen i en fast del och en rörlig del. Den fasta lönedelen skapar trygghet för säljarna och tillsammans med den rörliga lönedelen motiveras de anställda till att utföra ett bra arbete.

In this paper, I am using a critical discourse analysis a la Fairclough to examin how various actors talk about the group of unemployed youths in the 52 articles from Dagens Nyheter and Svenska Dagbladet. What?s written in media often portrays different ideas that individuals use in social practice. My theoretical points are social constructivism, risk-, expert-, and media society. Four themes crystallized in the analysis; young and unemployed, education, jobbgaratin and youth and labor market.

Business Analytics (BA) är ett paraply begrepp som innehåller olika verktyg och processer för att analysera och bearbeta information som bygger på den rationella beslutsprocessen.Företag kan delas in i två olika kategorier: de som fokuserar/säljer sina produkter till slutkonsumenter (B2C) och de som fokuserar/säljer sina produkter till företag (B2B). Litteraturen kring hur BA används som beslutstödssystem fokuserar på B2C organisationer som Amazon.com, Netflix eller Google, medan det finns väldigt lite skrivit kring hur B2B organisationer utnyttjar BA.
