Those who have invested in apartments, i.e. tenant-ownership, within the city centre of Stockholm have gained a higher than expected return on investment due to a buoyant real estate market. During the latest twelve-month period, the prices have risen more than 20 per cent in the city of Stockholm, resulting in an increased wealth together with a higher debt burden among investors. The aim of this thesis is to investigate which factors determine the prices from a micro perspective, and to what extent. An attempt is particularly made to estimate the degree of capitalization of the monthly fees; a factor which has turned out to be important according to other studies; but also to construct pricing models in order to set target prices for apartments.

Syftet med denna kvalitativa studie var att genom semi-strukturerade intervjuer undersöka hur lärare ser på sin pedagogiska förmåga att individanpassa undervisningen för elever med ADHD, eller liknande svårigheter, samt vilka kunskaper lärare har om ADHD. Vidare undersöktes deras uppfattningar om möjligheter och svårigheter i undervisningen, vilka strategier de kunde använda sig av, samt hur de såg på inkludering. Med en hermeneutisk forskningsansats gavs lärarna möjlighet att fritt uttrycka sina tankar och åsikter kring forskningsfrågorna. Resultatet visar att möjligheter och svårigheter i undervisningen till stor del handlar om vilka resurser de har i form av tid, pengar och personal, eftersom elever med särskilda behov är en extra kostnad för skolorna. Majoriteten av lärarna är beredda att ta egna initiativ till vidareutbildning för att lära sig hur de på bästa sätt kan bemöta dessa elever.

My aim is to provide knowledge about ways of understanding Intranet as a communication artifact. Today organizations plan to update their technology so as to make the communicative functions of Web 2.0 come true. With this objective in mind organizations will be prepared to meet social demands among staff. After interviewing intranet managers I have compiled qualitative data in categories. My approach is influenced by a phenomenographic approach.

The purpose of this study is to perform an in-depth analysis of what effects a privatization of a service organization has on the management control system within the organization. The paper studies a service organization which provides service for the county council in Östergötland, Sweden. The result is based on interviews with several people, both within the acquiring private company and also within the county council in Östergötland, and analyzed using Samuelson?s (2005) framework from his study ?Organizational, Governance and Control ?. Webbaserad programuthyrning innebär, till skillnad från traditionell försäljning och implementering av informationssystem, att kunder erbjuds hyra systems funktionalitet över Internet. Denna modell anses av många ha stor framtidspotential, men skeptiker ifrågasätter konceptets hållbarhet och vi upplevde kvalitetsrelaterade problem i samband med driftsättning av ett system som användes över Internet under förhållanden som ur ett tekniskt perspektiv liknar programuthyrning. Syftet med denna uppsats är att undersöka om tekniska förutsättningar, vad gäller prestanda, pålitlighet och säkerhet, är goda för att bedriva webbaserad programuthyrning och om dessa förbättrats under de senaste åren. För att besvara undersökningsfrågan genomfördes prövning av fem hypoteser med anknytning till problemområdet. Empiriskt underlag togs fram genom mjukvarutester genomförda 1999 och 2003 samt en enkätundersökning ställd till det testade systemets användare.

Molnapplikationer som DropBox har under de senaste åren blivit allt mer populära ocherbjuder anställda möjligheten att kunna kommunicera och dela filer mellan varandra.För att få en förståelse för hur icke-sanktionerade molnapplikationer användspåbörjades en undersökning för att identifiera risker och möjligheter för svenskaorganisationer.Denna uppsats genomfördes med en kvalitativ ansats och inleddes med enlitteraturstudie som följdes av nio stycken intervjuer med personer som har erfarenhetav IT-infrastruktur och Cloud Computing. Resultatet indikerade att IT är intressant förorganisationer där man önskar ha en bättre kontroll över kostnader och resurser samtkunna förändra vid behov. Om organisationer inte implementerar en policy för huricke-sanktionerade molnapplikationer ska hanteras kan anställda välja att skapa sinaegna regler och att man därför tappar kontrollen över data.Genom att analysera och se över sina nuvarande behov kan organisationer behållakontrollen över data, samtidigt som man undviker att det blir dyrare och kan minskakostnader samt skala sina resurser beroende på behov.Exempelvis kan framtida forskning vara att man undersöker hur användningsscenariotser ut på arbetsplatsen kontra hemma och vad det är för typ av resurser som behövsinom organisationen..

A future expansion of wind power in the Nordic power system makes the balancing for the transmission system operator Svenska Kraftnät (SvK) more complicated. Up to the hour of delivery the balance responsible parties? (BRP) makes prognoses and plans, for consumption and production, to help maintain the balance in the electrical grid. How well this is accomplished is affected by the setup of the market design. Therefore SvK has proposed the following possible changes in market design: Increase the imbalance costsIntensify the regulation of imbalancesIncrease the temporal resolution on the different marketsPresent the prices for balancing power in real-timeModify the balancing market to simplify auction of consumption bidsA mapping over the BRPs? processes within planning and trading on the day-ahead, intra-day, and the balancing market has been performed in this thesis.

This study aims to look at female executives? view of their leadership in the male-dominated construction industry. The study is  qualitative and focuses on the respondents' subjective perceptions. We have conducted six interviews with women in different companies whose positions within each company varied. Using theories of subjectivity, emotions, impression management and organizational structures, to support the analysis conducted, this study shows that there are obstacles for women in the industry, but it also shows that it  seems to be facing a brighter future.

Previous research in the area of leadership and stress has shown that the leader plays an important role but in what way is still an issue to explore. A qualitative approach was used in this study to develop an increased understanding of the leader's experience of stress using four themes; leadership, stress, control and organizational factors. A total of 12 semi-structured and un-structured interviews were carried out with 6 leaders, three females and three males. The data was transcribed and thematic as well as narrative analysis was conducted.The results indicates that leadership stress is caused by a lack of control and that factors intrinsic to the role as a leader both facilitates and complicates the leaders situation when facing stress..

To lead is to communicate, a main part of the leadership. 80 % of leaders working tasks involve communication of some kind. The ambition of this study is to analyze how four leaders of an international technique consulting company experience and handle community and technical development during their professional courses. The leaders have a various experience of leadership which adds depth and width to this study. To perform the study qualitative method has been used in the form of personal interviews.The result indicates that change is not always beneficial in every aspect of communication.

Denna uppsats behandlar effekterna av den ökande andelen visstidsanställda journalister på landets redaktioner. Fokus är journalisternas autonomi, det vill säga möjlighet att styra det egna arbetet och att agera självständigt. This essay deals with the paradox of why the immigrants in Sweden, despite their considerable size of 12 % of the population and common interest and living opportunities, haven?t mobilized politically in any significant way. The aim with this essay is to reach a theoretical understanding of why this paradox exist. By the use of a critical case and a theoretical model, based on theories of collective action, the conclusion of this essay is that, despite the fact that the immigrants have a common interest and an organizational structure, the immigrants in Sweden has not mobilized politically in any significant way. The main reason for this is that they have a weak common identity and they don?t have the structural opportunities to act..

The purpose of this study is to describe and analyze homelessness in a medium-sized municipality from an organizational perspective. Some of the central questions in this study are: How is the cause of homelessness explained? How do different actors in the community address, prevent and combat homelessness? Who is responsible for the homelessness?This study is based on four semi-structured interviews with organizations that work with homelessness. The analysis is based on problem definition theory.The result of this study shows that homelessness is a problem in this medium-sized municipality even if it is not a big one and that it is often closely combined with substance abuse. The responsibility for the homeless is on the homeless themselves and the social service because that causes is, according to this study, individual based.  .
