Servicekvalitet på Linköpings stadsbibliotek ? ur tre fokusgruppers perspektiv
The main purpose with this MA thesis is to examine how visually impaired, disabled and people with dyslexia define service quality at the public library of Linköping. The method that has been used is focus group interviews. A focus group consists of four to eight people who are joined together, without knowing each other before, to discuss a certain subject. The aim is to get a wide spread of answers. A secondary purpose is to examine how this method works.

Abstract The technology has made it possible for you as a train traveller to be available in other places than stations and on the train. You now have the possibility to communicate by the phone or through the Internet to get information about the train you want to take. Development in mobile technology gives us new possibilities to communication. We want to find out whatever SMS would be a suitable approach to inform passengers about delays. The problem formulation is ?If the technology is available to inform the passengers about delays in an more effective way than today, then why not use it? The ?Kustpilen? that operates in Blekinge and Skåne is the case for our study.
Konflikten mellan bevarandekrav och tilläggsisolering : The conflict between conservation requirements and additional insulation
Sweden has formulated ambitious energy goals which signify that by year 2050 the energy usage should be halved. One of the objectives is the reduction of energy usage by 20% by year 2020 and that it should be compared to the usage of energy from 1995. In parallel with increased energy requirements for buildings the demand on housing conservation, by highlighting also buildings from the last 50 years as part of the building heritage, continues to enhance, which in theory means that there is a conflict between these.The law will never be able to point out unique buildings and PBL (planning and building act) is not especially concrete. The National Housing Board has tried to make this more concrete by the new BBR regulations though there are still an enormous variety of interpretations.This report deals with the conflict between conservation requirements and additional insulation of the building envelope and is limited to multi-residential buildings built between the years 1945 and 1975. It is the stock with the greatest energy consumption and that is where the big challenge lies.
E-handel på små skärmar - En designforskningsstudie
Etablerade företag har framgångsrikt utökat sin verksamhet med webbutiker. Postorderföretagen har i allt högre grad gått över till att sälja över Internet och företag med specialiserat utbud säljer nu globalt. Denna typ av Internethandel utförs främst på stationära datorer, men försök har även börjat dyka upp på exempelvis mobiltelefoner och små handdatorer. Det mobila Internet har den unika fördelen att det är möjligt att handla var användaren än befinner sig. Forskare menar att denna mobila handel kommer gå om e-handeln på Internet, där skillnaden ligger i att fler kommer handla på små skärmar och mindre på stora skärmar.
Lyx på Internet ? urvattnar användandet av Internet som distributionskanal lyxvarumärkets exklusivitet?
Med utgångspunkt i att e-handel ökat markant de senaste åren samt i att lyxvarumärken har speciella egenskaper som komplicerar handel över Internet, är syftet med vår studie att studera hur lyxvarumärkena hanterar Internet som distributionskanal. Undersökningen grundar sig på en fallstudie av 12 lyxvarumärkens hemsidor samt på en personlig intervju. Den teoretiska referensramen innehåller teorier kring begreppet lyx samt lyxvarumärket och dess speciella egenskaper. Vidare återges teorier om lyxkonsumenten samt köpupplevelsens roll vid lyxkonsumtion. Slutligen presenterar vi lyxens demokratisering samt teorier kring Internet och e-handel.

The purpose of this thesis was to investigate how an industrial company can increase customer value by offering added services to their core products. Theses added services can be categorized into the three different parts of the buying process. The company that was investigated is Smurfit Kappa Kraftliner in Piteå, a large international industrial company active on a business to business market. We have conducted a case study and made interviews with three respondents within the company. The result of the study show that the company offers value added services in each stage of the buying process.
Att mötas på de ungas villkor : - En kvalitativ studie om ungdomsarbetares erfarenheter av att bedriva stödsamtal med unga på internet
With this research we aimed to seek how youth workers express their experience of counselling on the internet compared to traditional counselling face to face with a theoretical ground in semiotics and symbolic interactionism. Our questions were 1) How do youth workers describe their experiences from anonymous, faceless online counselling? 2) How do youth workers experience the differences between online counselling and the traditional face-to-face counselling? 3) Which possibilities and difficulties do they see in online communication with adolescents? We used semi-structed interviews with seven youth workers. Six of those are active in non-profit organisations, and one in social services. The results from our interviews showed that the interviewees saw that misunderstandings were more frequent on the internet, but that online counselling with adolescents still was easier than in the face-to-face meetings.

Purpose: The purpose of this essay is to describe the social media usage of five European official national tourism organizations (NTO). The essay proceeds to discuss and evaluate the findings, whilst reflecting on the advantages of social media usage from the point of view of an official national tourism organization.Method: The authors used three different methods of research: one structured observation to study the national tourism organizations? everyday work in social media, one field stimulation to study if and how different NTO respond if a prospective visitor makes them a direct question via social media and finally an email interview to gain insight into NTO?s underlying strategies and policies about social media usage.Theoretical framework: The theories that have been used in this paper include the Uses and gratifications model, theories of one-way and multi-way communication, theories of social media and relationship marketing.Conclusion: By making use of social media the company releases some of its control to the customers as the latter can express their opinions freely in this type of media. One of the advantages of social media is that the platform favors dialogue and feedback. Social media can be used for traditional one-way communication, but works best as a supplement to the regular marketing activities, allowing the activities on social media platforms to focus on branding and building long-term customer relationships.

With theories of creativity and aesthetic learning processes as a basis, this study explores the usage of the concept of creativity in the curriculum for the Swedish compulsory school (Lgr11) and in the various syllabi?s commentaries and the assessment guidelines for the subject of Sloyd produced by the Swedish National Agency for Education. The purpose of the study is, to examine to which extent an education and assessment that is directed towards the development of creativity among pupils in the subject of Sloyd, is underpinned and supported for in these texts, and furthermore how these wordings relate to the various other subjects? wordings about creativity. Creativity is a concept around which there is no proper consensus.
Kundregisterbaserat kalkylprogram för lokal och serveransluten användning
Byggnadsautomation har i dagsläget ett kalkylprogram gjort i Excel som är helt fristående från deras kvalitetsprogram. Dom vill i och med detta få ett två delat system som användaren både ska kunna köra med eller utan anknytning till Internet. Programmet har tillgång till en befintlig kund och komponentregister som man kommer åt via en Web Service. Om det inte finns någon Internet uppkoppling så kommer dessa register att sparas lokalt för att sedan synkroniseras när det finns tillgång till Internet. En kalkyl ska kunna sparas och öppnas antingen på servern eller lokalt som i detta fall är en SQLite databas.
Föräldrarnas uppfattning om modersmålsundervisning : En studie av åsikter hos föräldrar med svenska som första-eller som andraspråk
Religion på Internet är en undersökning som behandlar frågor om hur Internetanvändare argumenterar kring skapelsemyter på diskussionsforum på Internet. Vidare argumenteras det för en identitetsskapande aspekt av Internet ? kan sökare, med hjälp av diskussionsforum på Internet, skapa sig en identitet? I ett sekulariserat samhälle utgår man ofta från att religionen förlorar sin betydelse, men det är viktigt att skilja mellan sekulariseringen på organisationsnivå och på individnivå. På individnivå är religionen fortfarande viktig, vilket framgår av de forum som används i den här undersökningen samt i den litteraturstudie som är en del av uppsatsen. Många, framför allt unga, Internetanvändare använder diskussionsforum för att ge uttryck för sina funderingar och med den o-begränsning som Internet innebär kan användarna lätt hitta svar och kommentarer som både kan stärka och bryta ner den egna identiteten. När det gäller religion på Internet är det viktigt att skilja mellan Internet-religion och religion på Internet.

pm3-revision : En välgrundad metodutveckling av metod för revision av förvaltningsstyrning
In the field of maintenance management there are but a few models an organization can use. The one model that has risen to the status of being the de facto standard in Sweden is pm3(på maintenance management model). The aim of this study is to lay the groundwork for a new method of evaluate the use of pm3within organizations. Today there is no uniform way of performing such an evaluation, which is necessary in order to diagnose the performance of the systems maintenance organizations.In the process of creating our own method for performing this kind of pm3audit, we further developed the ideas from a study by Lagsten & Nordström (2013) that was performed at the county Region Skåne. The authors of that study had developed ideas about using method rationale as a basis of creating a method for pm3auditing.

Social media has become an important marketing and communication tool worldwide, mostly through the largest social platforms Facebook and Twitter. With two-way communication via Internet companies has gotten the opportunity to interact and communicate directly with their customers. Facebook has been the focus point through the study because it has shown to be the most efficient and frequently used platform for communication. Our study aimed to confirm how communication via social media actually looks like. To be able to reach the best results, we have conducted the study from a phenomenological approach, which means; usage of qualitative semi-structured interviews to reflect the respondents experience on the phenomenon social media as a communication tool. Social media has shown to be a great way of communicating externally for companies who are willing to spend time engaging in the platform.
