SYFTEUndersökningens syfte är att skapa förståelse för vilka kvalitetsdeterminanter som är betydelsefulla för den kundupplevda tjänstekvaliteten på Internetbaserade handelsplatser. PROBLEMVilka determinanter beskriver hur kunder upplever tjänstekvalitet på detaljhandelstjänster som utförs över Internet? METODEfter genomgång av de tjänstekvalitetsteorier som finns idag inom tjänstemarknadsföringen visade det sig att det saknades modeller som beskriver teknologibaserade tjänster där kunden använder sig av egen utrustning för att handla på Internet. För att få en bredare teoretisk bas tillämpade vi därför även teorier från den mer tekniska disciplinen HCI. Med detta som grund samlade vi genom 33 djupintervjuer, med personer som handlat varor en eller flera gånger på Internet, in åsikter om och redogörelser för vad dessa kunder upplevt vara tjänstekvalitet då de handlat på Internet.

AbstractThe purpose of the present study was to clarify and describe what image men and women present and communicate in their profiles on an online dating site. Further has been investigated if traditional gender roles and stereotypes are as pronounced on this online platform or if it offers a space to go beyond traditional formations. The theoretical framework of this study consisted of a social psychological idea and understanding of identity as well as a gender theoretical perspective. The methodological points of departure were hermeneutic and the data consisted of ten male and ten female member profiles on match.com. The results of the study was divided into three themes, the emphasis on positive qualities, the attractive body and project manager to one?s own life.

Internet is growing every day and this is leading to an address depletion of the current IPv4 addresses. A new version of IPv4, called IPv6, is the protocol for addressing computers that will deal with this problem. IPv4 and IPv6 are unfortunately not compatible with each other. IPv4 and IPv6 have to co-exist for a long time until IPv6 will be the dominant protocol.The purpose of this thesis is to examine how a transition could be done or more correctly, how to deploy IPv6 in an already existing IPv4 network. After that part of the report a case study at the local Internet service provider Junet AB will be conducted.

In this essay, I interview six users from the website darkside.se, which is an internet community for BDSM practitioners. I?m using Judith Butlers theorys about performativity and heteronormativity, Gayle Rubins model the charmed circle; of which sexualities is regarded as approved and which is not, and Fanny Ambjörnssons explenation of queer theory. With the interviews as my material, I investigate how sex and gender is produced and used in BDSM and at Darkside. I discuss trans, heteronormativity, sexism and hierarchies of power related to sex and gender, in BDSM and at Darkside.

This paper describes the process of producing avatars for Jiddr. Today, social media surrounds the lives of youth, and communication via the Internet is an everyday occurrence for most people. Jiddr is an app that was created to give youths a platform for engaging with adults and other youths. It is a moderated forum which gives young people the opportunity to come i contact with adult role models who are knowledgable within various subject areas. On Jiddr, users are anonymous, and this is something I have placed much importance on during the design process.

Swedish school children exhibit deteriorating knowledge results in terms of reading comprehension. Previous research shows that a method to increase the level of knowledge is the use of evidence-based learning techniques. Test based learning generates what is commonly referred to as a test effect, which proved to strengthen the relationship between learning and memory, as well as being applicable to various test formats. The purpose of this study was to investigate whether test based learning, in terms of learning english words leads to increased performance in a reading comprehension test, more specifically a cloze test. The study was based on a within-group design and was conducted three times over four weeks.

Partille kommun har som önskemål att ett hotell ska finnas i Partille i enlighet med visionen för år 2035, om att gå från en förort till att bli en förstad. Idag finns endast två övernattningsalternativ av vandrarhemskaraktär i kommunen. Syftet med projektet är därför att utreda om en hotellverksamhet i Partille är möjlig. Vidare utreds hur Partille kommun arbetar med affärsdriven samhällsutveckling där kommunal strategi möjliggör en önskad samhällsplanering.Rapporten redovisar fyra faktorer som är avgörande vid val av lokalisering av ett nytt hotell; Tillväxt av befolkning, Tillväxt i näringsliv, Dragningskraft på privata marknaden samt Beläggningsgrad på minst 55 %. Dessa faktorer har utifrån en omvärldsanalys av Partille och dess närområde utreds vid bedömningen om ett hotell är möjligt eller ej.Informationssamling har skett genom kvalitativa intervjuer med politiker och tjänstemän på Partille kommun samt branschkunniga och verksamma inom hotellbranschen.

The digital era has led to technical advances that have transformed the role of the public library from being a place that is used only through physical visits and material, into also being a virtual space that can be accessed by users from outside the library through Internet-based access to e-media such as e-books and streamed or downloadable audiobooks.The aim of this study is to examine how the role of public libraries in Stockholm County has changed in the process of developing into digital libraries: how this has affected their organisation, work methods and strate- gies, as well as their accessibility. The theoretical framework of the study draws on Michael K. Bucklands theory of information accessibility, which is based on six factors of access that are determined by different types of barriers. The methodology is based on a combination of quantitative and qualitative methods. Primary data was gathered through an empirical survey, which consisted of a structured questionnaire distributed to most of the public libraries in Stockholm County and semi-structured interviews with selected librarians and experts for further in-depth understanding.

En gemensam nämnare för bokningsföretagen är att de inte gör detta gratis, utan erhåller en avgift per förmedlad rum från hotellen.SyfteDenna litteraturstudie syftar till att undersöka om hotell tjänar på ett samarbete med onlineresebyråer.Metod och materialDenna litteraturstudie genomfördes med en grund av vetenskapliga artiklar som publicerats på internet och tryckts i vetenskapliga journaler.ResultatResultatet av artiklarna visar att det hotell eller den bokningssida på internet som har lägst pris, bäst erbjudande och den mest användarvänliga hemsidan, lockar till sig flest bokande gäster.DiskussionHotellen och bokningssidorna är beroende av varandra. The essay concerns corporation?s usage and consumer?s attitude towards the phenomenon Big Data. The aim is to analyse whether corporation-management and future ambitions concerning consumer data coincide with attitudes and opinions of today's consumer, and how these opinions reflect consumer behaviour online. The essay is limited to focus on how companies use consumer data in order to better understand and improve the efficiency of their marketing. A self-composed analyse-model was created using previous studies concerning Internet-usage in Sweden, previous management analysis of corporations use of Big Data combined with theory of Cognitive Dissonance. A questionnaire was then created with the analyse model as foundation.

Den här uppsatsen behandlar virtuella communitys som en plats för social interaktion, kommunikation och identitetsskapande. Syftet med uppsatsen var att utforska hur relationer skapas, hur kommunikationen sker och hur individer framställer sin identitet på Internet. Studien har bedrivits genom en kvalitativ intervjustudie med fokusgrupper och målgruppen har varit unga vuxna i åldern 19-25 år. Som bakgrundsmaterial har vi undersökt tidigare forskning kring virtuella communitys, identitetsskapande, chattande och cyberkultur. Resultatet av studien kom att visa respondenternas användning av virtuella communitys och att dem ser det som en viktig del av det sociala livet.

Do men and women select different ways to present themselves, and how does it look between the different age groups?Material/Method: Qualitative method with 42 presentation texts, half men, and half women in three different age groups collected from a Swedish dating site.Main results: The study shows that men and women choose to highlight their good points at self presentation in the student forum. The differences between the various age groups proved not to be significantly large.
