Presentation av en marknadsföringsmodell för folkbibliotek
The purpose of this thesis is to construct a marketing model to be used both theoretically and practically when working with marketing in Swedish public libraries. This objective is achieved by first making a literature review of the written works on the marketing of libraries, and then studying the marketing activities at the public library in Bollebygd, Sweden. The theory is based on the marketing mix model the 7 ps, which serves as a framework for the presentation of the empirical result and the analysis. One of the questions posed in the beginning of the paper is how the library has worked with marketing over the past ten years. Through a combination of methods observation, textual studies and interviews the marketing activities employed at Bollebygds library are noted.

The importance of internal communication within companies has increased in recent years. However, there are still a number of companies that are not adapted to the modern world and the new modes of communication the Internet provides. This study evaluates the internal communication of a medium sized company by holding semistructured interviews with the employees. The goal of the interviews was to develop a requirement specification. This requirement specification was later used as the basis to analyze possible aids for the internal communication of the company.

This thesis will explore how swedish Talang 2010 used their strategic communication in Kalmar and Stockholm and how the effect of this work was shown in the two cities. With a focus on how the sender was working with the external communication in the two cities, the heart of the research was studying Talang 2010?s communication strategy in these two contexts. The research was made with surveys during two audition days in Kalmar and two days in Stockholm. The competitors, the audience and the general public were answering different surveys but with the same base to study the effect.

Sponsring eller event marketing ? vilken metod stärker bäst ett företags varumärke inom sportbranschen? : En studie baserad på marknadschefers medvetenhet kring kommunikationsmetoderna sponsring och event marketing i samband med ett idrottsevent.
Idag finns det ett omfattande reklam- och mediebrus i samhället där marknadschefer försöker hitta den mest unika vägen för att få allmänheten att bli intresserade av just deras varumärke.Teorier visar att företag som medverkar i ett event genom kommunikationsmetoderna sponsring eller event marketing erhåller en ökad trovärdighet och stärker sitt varumärke. Hur medvetna är då företagets marknadschefer om skillnaden mellan sponsring och event marketing för att stärka sitt varumärke?Syftet med den här studien är att kartlägga nio marknadschefers medvetenhet mellan sponsring och event marketing i samband med ett idrottsevent. Studien är av kvalitativ art och har ett deduktivt angreppssätt för att besvara problemformuleringen om hur medvetna marknadschefer är om skillnaden mellan sponsring och event marketing när de är associerade med ett idrottsevent och önskar nå en förbättrad image och medvetenhet kring sitt varumärke.Resultatet av undersökningen visar att de nio intervjuade marknadscheferna är medvetna om skillnaden mellan sponsring och event marketing. De anser även att event marketing genererar ett starkare mervärde än vad sponsring gör.
Med upplevelsen som medel- En studie av upplevelsen vid event marketing
Det finns mycket skrivet om upplevelsens funktion i teorier kring upplevelseekonomin, men upplevelsen som begrepp inom event marketing inte är lika utförligt behandlat. Upplevelsen är ett centralt begrepp som används flitigt i litteratur rörande event marketing utan att man egentligen går in på dess funktion. Diskussionen stannar istället vid konstaterandet att upplevelsens funktion är att förstärka budskapet och utreds inte mer noggrant än så. Syftet med uppsatsen är att öka förståelsen för upplevelsen vid event marketing, och analysera huruvida upplevelseekonomins teorier om upplevelsen är applicerbara inom event marketing. Vi har i denna uppsats använt av oss av en kvalitativ studie för att skapa en ökad förståelse för upplevelsen vid event marketing.

The aim of this study is to explore if and how library managers market their competence in communication with local politicians. It is also our aim to find a definition of the competence of librarians. The report identifies and describes problems and possibilitieswith marketing of competence to politicians on the basis of one Swedish municipality's library managers. In order to fulfil this aim we have used a literature study on marketing, competence, the political process and the librarian profession. We have alsocarried out an empirical study where we interviewed ten library managers in onemunicipality, seven politicians in the same municipality and ten representatives for central professional organisations mainly in Sweden.The results are that most library managers don't market their competence because they don?t believe in marketing competence.

A reform of higher education in Sweden in 1993 led to stiffer competitive climate among educational institutions. The reform meant that educational institutions now had the opportunity to plan their curriculum autonomously. Prior to the reform educational planning was restricted to the Swedish government. The new rules spelled a greater opportunity for educational institutions to profile themselves based on their educational offerings. The higher degree of competition means that marketing becomes increasingly important when recruiting new students.

This thesis was performed at Scania?s purchasing department of non-automotive products inSödertälje, Sweden during spring 2007. The management of the purchasing department ofnon-automotive products believe that their internal customers might not have fullunderstanding of what the purchasing department does. This is a problem because the internalcustomers might not use the contracts negotiated by the purchasing department or they mightnot involve the purchasing department when making purchases.The purpose of this thesis is to examine if and how the internal customers? perception deviatesfrom the purchasing department?s perception regarding the task of the purchasing department.And also to create a communication package with the purpose of increasing the internalcustomers understanding of what the purchasing department does.
