Denna arbetsmarknad har vuxit fram på en begränsad geografisk yta och består idag ca 7 500 företag. Mjärdevi Science Park är en av de snabbast växande teknikparkerna i världen, varför vi anser att en jämförelse av de båda arbetsmarknaderna är intressant. Syftet är att med utgångspunkt från de faktorer som karakteriserar arbetsmarknaden i Silicon Valley, genomföra en jämförelse med arbetsmarknaden i Mjärdevi Science Park. Denna uppsats kommer inte att behandla vad det är som gör en teknikpark ekonomiskt framgångsrik.

Följden har blivit regleringar i form av SOX i USA, åttonde direktivet inom EU och Svensk kod för bolagsstyrning i Sverige. Dessa betonar bolagets interna kontroller, vilka syftar till att hantera och kontrollera företagets risker. Det är i hög grad de anställda som utför kontrollmomenten och därför anser vi det intressant att undersöka hur de uppfattar och förstår de interna kontrollerna. Syfte Rapportens syfte är att för de personer som är ansvariga för utformning och uppföljning av intern kontroll belysa hur kontrollerna kan förstås av personalen.

Med hjälp av en kvalitativ studie är syftet med uppsatsen att undersöka hur Handelsbankens Upplands Väsbys medarbetare uppfattar arbetat med socialt ansvarstagande gällande ansvarsfull kreditgivning. Vidare har vi undersökt hur medarbetarna blir involverad i arbetet.

The accounting scandals that have attracted attention in recent years have led to internal control becoming a more central part of business activity. Doubts about what firms actually do have increased, all caused by the attention of accounting scandals. To counter this, frameworks and laws evolved and gained a significant role in the organization and its surroundings. The aim of the present study is to find out how four companies in the Kristianstad region are working to ensure its internal control and how they work to minimize risk and reduce uncertainty. We have used a qualitative method and interviewed a person in a senior position in each company.

Problem: How does the organisational culture affect the internal communication between the middle manager and his or herssubordinates?Purpose: The most common way is to study how the communication affect the organisational culture. In our study we have examined the reverse perspective. The purpose of this study would be to explain how the organisational culture affect the internal communication between the middle manager and his or hers subordinates.Theories: The basic theories in the study are The basic model, Internal communication, Levels of culture, High-power culture, Socialconstructions, Organisational structures and Leader Member Exchange Theory.Method: The study is based on the qualitative approach. We have used interviews for our collection of raw data.
