Bakgrund och problem: Vid kommunikation av CSR är en av företagens viktigaste intressenter, de anställda, många gånger bortglömda eller förbisedda i processen. Dessa intressenter har potentialen att bli starka förmedlare av ett företags hållbarhetsarbete om de bara tilldelas de rätta redskapen i kombination med fullständig information. Den interna kommunikationen är av stor vikt för att samtliga medarbetare skall känna engagemang och tillhörighet gentemot gemensamma mål, men många gånger är det svårt att uppnå fullständig integrering av denna kommunikationsprocess.Syfte: Att undersöka den interna kommunikationen av hållbarhet från ledning ned till butik och se huruvida det föreligger några brister eller problem i denna. Vidare är syftet att skapa en uppfattning om vilka kanaler ledning använder sig av i den interna kommunikationenAvgränsningar: Fokus ligger på den interna kommunikationen av hållbarhet och kommer inte på djupet att diskutera den externa. Endast butiker i Göteborgs innerstad har inkluderats i undersökningen likaså ett huvudkontor.Metod: Enkäter till fyra butiker samt intervjuer med två hållbarhetsansvariga på huvudkontor och två butikschefer har legat till grund för undersökningen.

AbstractThe control of quality standard ISO 9001 has made the internal audit to be experienced as police authority and paragraph control. Because of that, motivation for internal auditors is low. To counteract the experience, there is a possibility to integrate internal audit with improvements in company?s processes. Theory has shown that a qualified and competent auditor can provide information that can help the organization's managements to make the right decisions that will improve product quality and result in new customer contracts.An opportunity to observe an internal and external audit at one of the case companies gave rise to this study.

Denna uppsats är en fallstudie av intern styrning. Syftet med studien har varit att beskriva styrningen av Länsförsäkringar Uppsalas butiker ur ett lednings- och användarperspektiv med utgångspunkt i ekonomistyrningen. Genom intervjuer har styrningen undersökts utifrån en modell som beskriver hur ekonomistyrningen på ledningsnivå ger upphov till funktioner påanvändarnivå. Modellen har en indelning i direkta, indirekta och nollfunktioner. En hög förekomst av direkta funktioner på användarnivån tyder på en stark koppling till ekonomistyrningen medan en hög förekomst av indirekta funktioner tyder på att ekonomistyrningen snarare har en underordnad funktion.

The aim of this study was to increase the knowledge about whooper swan (Cygnus cygnus) ecology to enhance the ability to predict and also to prevent the crop damage they cause. The largest proportion of damage in Sweden has been reported at stopover sites during spring migration in February, March and April. Therefore, this study focused on an important stopover site, Lake Tysslingen, situated in south-central Sweden. Specifically, the relation between the duration and period migrating swans stage at the stopover site and mean temperature (measured at three different weather stations) for the years 2001-2010 was studied. Furthermore, the swans´ selection for certain fields in relation to field type, distance to roosting site, a supplemental feeding site and forest edge within agricultural land surrounding the lake was analyzed.
