LCHF är en diet som har fått mycket uppmärksamhet trots att den går rakt motLivsmedelverkets kostråd. Försäljningen av lättprodukter har minskat och ersatts av fetaprodukter vilket är ett tecken på att befolkningen har ändrat uppfattning om fett. Risken meddetta är att människor fortsätter äta som tidigare men lägger till mer fett vilket rimligen ledertill ett ökat kaloriintag och i förlängningen en ökad incidens av hjärt- och kärlsjukdom. I ochmed detta behövs vidare forskning om hur de olika näringsämnena påverkar kroppen menäven människors tankar och kunskaper kring dieterna behöver analyseras.Syftet med studien är att undersöka medvetenhet hos en grupp personer som uppger sig ätaLCHF-kost gällande hur dieten bör utformas utifrån de definitioner som gjorts av dietensgrundare, samt att undersöka deras kunskap gällande fett och kolhydrater.Metoden som valts är enkäter som kompletterats med kostregistreringar. I enkätstudien deltog26 personer och två av dessa genomförde vägd kostregistrering under två dagar.Deltagarna var medvetna om att LCHF-kost skiljer sig från Livsmedelsverkets råd.

The purpose of this paper is to investigate on what basis a child is committed into care according to the law and to see on which grounds the decision about committed child care in law practice are taken when a child is committed to care due to parents who are mentally retarded. To better understand the juridical grounds for these decisions I will also in a short background describe the meaning of the term mentally retarded, how mental retardation and parenthood has changed over time and how different opinions are expressed in the law. Both people with mental retardation and children have in recent years gained their rights and sometimes these rights end up in conflict with one another. In those cases, what is in the best interest of the child, should be decisive. The children who have mentally retarded parents are at risk to not have their physical, psychological, emotional, social and intellectual needs met and are therefore being unfavourable developed.

The aim of this study was to investigate how individuals perceive the process of sexual/romantic attraction. A phenomenological approach was used, where the participants were asked to reflect as freely as possible upon a question formulated by the authors. 13 persons were selected through purposive sampling, eight men and five women, all between 20 and 30 years old were interviewed but only 8 were analyzed through phenomenological based software MCA-Minerva. The results showed that all participants talked about three steps; eye contact, closing the distance and conversation. In the latter step they differed regarding actions taken to attract.

This thesis project is a vision of an identity building in Gothenburg, situated on the pier called Bananpiren. The purpose of the project is to create interest and stimulate discussions around the place and the building.In order to gain inspiration of what such a place can contain and express, a number of similar projects have been analysed, for example the Sydney Opera and the Yokohama International Port Terminal.A number of suggestions was then created and analysed, all of which are presented in chronological order in order to show the rejections and the developed designs that resulted in the final formation to proceed with.The result was finalised in a number of presentation images of the project that can be used by Cullbergs Arkitektkontor AB when presenting the project..

This study focuses on the internal marketing and how it affects the complaints by companies? communication control. Our purpose with this subject is to increase the understanding of which components affects the relation between internal marketing, communication control and complaints. We have chosen the subject, internal marketing because it caught our interest in an earlier course. On the basis of the literature of costumer complaint there have not been so much research about it and that is why we have chosen this perspective on internal marketing.This study is based on a qualitative approach.

AbstractMany pupils struggleto read. Teachers must therefore know how to motivate these pupils. In this qualitative study the aim is to investigate what some teachers do to motivate pupils to read. Data were collected through interviews with four teachers from two schools. The teachers said that the choice of book was extremely important for making pupils interested in reading, and that reading aloud and cooperation with parents and libraries are of great importance.

Bakgrund: Den psykiska ohälsan hos unga flickor har ökat drastiskt och förändringar i miljöer där ungdomar befinner sig kan vara en anledning till denna ökning. Media har stor inverkan på människor då vi dagligen exponeras i form av internet, sociala medier, TV och press. I dagens samhälle ligger stort fokus på hälsa och kroppsförändring vilket måga ungdomar vill sträva efter. Syfte: Att undersöka medias beskrivning av rådande kroppsideal och dess påverkan på unga flickor i åldern 13-25 år. Metod:  Detta var en litteraturstudie med tematisk metod och databaserna som användes för att hitta artiklar var PubMed och Psycinfo. Utefter de resultaten som hittades framkom tre teman. Resultat: Medias tunna kroppsideal kan bidra till att unga flickor får sämre självkänsla och ångest och kan leda till depression och ätstörningar. Kroppsuppfattningen visade sig vara sämst under tonåren och att jämföra sig med andra och känna press från omgivningen var ett vanligt förekommande.

The purpose of this paper is to study how the wooded hay meadow of the forest district of northeastern Scania is preserved today, and what local history it has, to thereby achieve a better understanding of the dynamics of the landscape and the complex of problems involved in keeping a historical element of the cultural landscape alive. To accomplish this, literature concerning the subject has been studied, experts have been consulted and an example, the old farm Sporrakulla in Östra Göinge municipality, has been studied. The paper states that the wooded hay meadow constitutes an important part of the history of northeastern Scania, where it provided leaf fodder and hay for the farmers keeping cattle. Today, however, only a few wooded hay meadows remain. One of these is the studied example at Sporrakulla, where juridical protection like Natura 2000 and financial support of maintenance like miljöersättningar make sure that the wooded hay meadow will remain.

Syfte: Att beskriva orsaker till brister i uppföljning, dess effekter och den motivation som sjuksköterskor kan möta hos patienter som är gastric bypass opererade i samband med fortsatta livsstilsförändringar och ökad livskvalitet, samt att som kvalitetsgranskning redogöra för undersökningsgrupper, deltagare och bortfall i artiklarna.Metod: Litteraturstudie med deskriptiv design. Sökning av kvantitativa och kvalitativa vetenskapliga artiklar i databaserna CINAHL och Pubmed. Artiklarnas resultat har sedan utifrån syfte och frågeställningar analyserats.Resultat: Det är betydelsefullt att få patienterna att komma på uppföljande återbesök för att hjälpa de till fortsatt livsstilsförändring. Högt BMI innan operationen kunde vara orsak till brister i att komma till uppföljning och återbesök vilket medförde förlust av stöd och hjälp till att följa dieten, samt att komplikationer upptäcktes sent och att information gick förlorad. Även om livskvaliteten ofta förbättrades markant så upplevde många en mer bristande grad av livskvalitet än förväntat och depression förekom.

The interest in horses and equestrian sport is constantly increasing, and so is the will in both riders and trainers to learn more about the effect the rider and its equipment have on the horse. The last twenty years, more and more studies have been performed were the horse and its kinematics have been in focus. The access to more advanced technology has made it possible to study areas, which earlier have been hard to reach. The knowledge about kinematics in the horse, and how riders and their equipment interact with the horse?s movement, is also of great interest to veterinarians in equine practice.

The primary ambition of this degree thesis is to create a representative outdoor environment that surrounds Malmö Konsthall (Malmö art center) which reflects the amazing inside of the artcenter. During this work it has become more and more obvious that Magistratsparken, which is situated right next to the artcenter, ought to be incorporated into this project. This thesis aims to examine the possibilities of implementing temporary outdoor artshows on this site. First; is there any interest in exhibiting art at this site? And secondly, if that is the case, what are the spatial needs and how can you prepare the place for future exhibitions and still keep its flexibility for different kinds of art forms to comfortably perform at this site?.

3nine has developed oil mist separators for the manufacturing industry. They are used in factories and workshops in Sweden as well as many other countries. The basis for this thesis is to investigate the performance of these separators in applied environments under different circumstances and to find factors that influence the performance. It has been shown both theoretically and in laboratory environments that the sizes of the particles in the oil mist influences the performance of separation. This is to be verified under applied circumstances as well.The separators also have in most cases, after the centrifugal separation, HEPA-filters mounted that separates the remaining oil mist.

To maintain production in high salaries countries and strength in competition against other companies, it is today more important than ever to maximize production, offer a wide spectra of products and be able to deliver on the customers desire of shorter and shorter delivery time. Flexible production and short time spent on die changes is vital to achieve these desires. The interest for die changeover time reduction grew in the same pace as the demand for increased product variety grew. SMED as a method of reducing time spent on die changeovers were developed in between 1950-1970, by the Japanese Shigeo Shingo.The purpose of this thesis work has been to investigate the result of SMED in a die casting facility, and compare the result from it with the result considering time spent on die changeovers when investing in new equipment. The goal is to implement a thorough investigation by using the SMED method at Tenhults Pressgjuteri AB and make a brochure that have to be simple to understand, in purpose to draw interest to the advantages of using SMED as a method.Commissioned by the Swedish foundry association Swecast, the work has been carried out by studying die changeovers at Tenhults Pressgjuteri AB, where filming and interviews with the operators have been included in the analysis.

How to motivate yourself to learn has always been an area of interest, gamification has become a way of capturing and enhancing ones motivation. But how should the learning applications be designded to maximize the users motivation? This paper adresses wether Yu-Kai Chous framework Octalysis, is applicable on learning applications. The study is conducted by using a modified set of heuristics that are applied to the evaluated applications to gather data that is then used to evaluate the framework. The paper concludes that the framework can be used to evaluate learning applications but it should be modified to improve the results.

ABSTRACTThe aim of this study was to ascertain whether there was any interest among dental hygienists, raising their level of competence throught attending additional courses or gaining further qualifications. The study was carried out by sending out two-hundred questionarires to randomly chosen dental hygienists. After one remainder come the answer frequency up to 66%. The study shows that many of the dental hygienists are interested to study at college. Many wanted raising level of comtpetence by education, wich also the study shows.
