Over the past few years the Åland islands have attracted growing internationalattention as an example of how to successfully secure the position of a minorityregion, and in the current situation the government of Åland has an Intention toextend the efforts of spreading the example of Åland. The purpose of this essay isto shed light on the political discussion about the example of Åland, andinvestigate the underlying political reasons for emphasizing the example of Ålandinternationally. Through interviews with leading politicians on Åland I analyzeÅland as a norm entrepreneur. The research shows that besides altruism, selfinterestis a factor behind emphasizing the example of Åland. The essay showsthat the theory of norm entrepreneurship also can be applied on an autonomousarea, but instead of influencing international organizations themselves, theautonomous area use norm entrepreneurship as a tool for influencing domesticpolitics..

The purpose of this study is to examine how some people who do not want children construct their identity in a context where children is the norm. The study therefore focuses on how they legitimate and present their identity in this context. 4 women and 2 men with the Intention to remain childless have therefore been interviewed, and from these interviews I analyze and describe how Intentional childless people construct their identity. My theoretical framework is built up by discourse psychology and gender/heterosexual hegemony theories. The thesis shows that it is hard for the Intentional childless to construct their identity as once and for all given, the identity is constructed as a ?norm? against the norm, as well as affected by the norm.

Syftet med denna uppsats är att undersöka hur samspelet mellan föräldrar avspeglas i samspelet mellan föräldrar och barn, utifrån ett intersubjektivt perspektiv. Uppsatsen är genomförd som en pilotstudie, med ett begränsat urval, för att pröva tillämpningen av intersubjektivitet som utgångspunkt för metod och tillämpning i samspelsstudier.Fem familjer har ingått i undersökningen och filmer av deras samspel har kodats och analyserats.Uppsatsen ger intressanta utgångspunkter för fortsatt forskning på området. En slutsats som dras är att samspelet avspeglas genom att hög grad av delad uppmärksamhet, Intentionalitet och synkronicitet i föräldrardyaden har starkt samband med detsamma i föräldra/barn-triaden, vilket kan anses vara användbar kunskap inom familjerådgivande och föräldrastödjande verksamheter. .

In 2007 the Prevention Unit at Södermalm in Stockholm started a group activity for parents and children. The group activity?s Intention is to offer families support in their early interaction. This study is a part of providing knowledge about this intervention. The purpose of this study is to describe and analyze the stories which are produced by five participants in a support group for parents and children.

Can the Danish "Aftalesystemet", a system with the Intention to simplify the use of services within health care, be used in Sweden? This project has investigated the possibility by installing and testing the system and explored its functions to detect any eventual problems. Analyses were made of the system's graphical part and the underlying code to see in greater detail how the communication between units occurred, since no actual documentation of it existed. Discussions with the developers took place regarding how the current system works and how further development should continue. In order to test the system, a completely virtual environment was used.

SyfteStudiens syfte är att undersöka förskoleklassens ursprungliga idéer och förskoleklassen som en mötesplats mellan olika pedagogiska strömningar.MetodUndersökningen är kvalitativ och bygger på observationer och samtal med inspiration av en etnografisk ansats. För att svara på mitt syfte har jag dels läst litteratur, gjort observationer i en förskoleklass och haft ett antal informella samtal med två förskollärare. Jag har även haft formella samtal med två förskollärare, en grundskollärare och en rektor.ResultatResultatet som jag anser att jag har kommit fram till är att förskollärarna i den förskoleklass som jag har undersökt tar tillvara barns intressen och bygger vidare på deras egna erfarenheter. Förskolepedagogiken ser barnen i ett helhetsperspektiv och aktiviteterna är barncentrerade. Förskollärarna använder sig av den lärande leken och ett för barnen meningsfullt innehåll.

The Intention of this essay is to put the light on and to discuss if there is a connection between a pre-Christian creation mythology and naked rocks on prehistoric sacred places in Scandinavia. Archaeological as well as historical materials are studied. The historical material is mostly from Snorre Sturlasons Asasagan with the explanation of the creation of the world. In this story the world was built from the body of a killed and deposited giant named Ymer. Almost the same myth is told in all Indo-European countries.

My Intention with this paper was to investigate how the teachers in pre-school thinks about the physical environment in pre-school. Both the significance for the pedagogical activity and the children?s involvement in the design. I have done five interviews with pre-school teachers. The result shows that the pre-school teachers consider that the size of the premises and the availability to the material is important factors for children?s development and learning.

The Intention is to focus on the implementation of the tablet in preschools and how the Intentions around the introduction of the tablet take shape in different preschools. The method is semi structured interviews where the respondents consist of 3 preschool directors and 6 teachers where the preschool directors work. This is a relevant subject to illustrate, as the tablet has become a tool in preschool where it seems to be different opinions about how it should be used. This study aims to understand how the implementation can take form in different preschools, what kind of similarities and differences we can see with the Intentions of the tablet and if there is need of clarification on the workings of the tablets in preschools. The results show that the Intentions around the introduction of the tablet in preschool look different in the preschools, and the implementation of this new technology starts in a small scale with help of photographing and videotaping.

Without being aware of it, cognitive processes continuously take place in our heads. We are forced to fill in the information gaps that we meet in our everyday life in order to create an understanding and to form a whole, and that?s where the importance of inference comes in. To create inference implies creating meaning from something that is not explicitly given. Having knowledge about this process offers great possibilities, while not taking it into account may involve risks.
