RES-direktivet antogs av EU under 2009 i syfte att öka Europas totala andel förnybar energi till 20 procent. Sverige tilldelades en kvot pÄ 49 procent och regeringen valde att höja mÄlet till 50 procent. Vid ökad anvÀndning av förnybar energi kan mÄlkonflikter uppstÄ. De förnybara resurserna kan exempelvis anvÀndas i andra syften vilket skapar konkurrens. EnergiomstÀllningen beskrivs som en intstitutionell utmaning som krÀver politisk vilja och svÄra avvÀgningar.

With the advance in computer and network technologies, multimedia systems and Internet applications are becoming more popular. As broadband network is prevailing, more clients are able to watch streaming videos or to play multimedia data over the Internet in real-time. Consequently, there is an increasing demand in the Internet for streaming video systems. As the run-time environment of such applications tends to be dynamic, it is imperative to handle transient overloads effectively. The goal of this work is to develop an algorithm that would provide a robust and controlled behavior of the video system so that important data is delivered on time to the video clients.

Sweden has long been nonaligned in peace with the aim to remain neutral in the event of an outbreak of war. Building confidence for this neutrality was important for Sweden during the Cold War. This placed high demands on the Swedish Navy to detect and repel violations of Swedish territorial waters. The archives, which contain the secret reports on the violations that occurred during the 1960s, have recently been opened up.The purpose of this essay is to study how the incidents that took place in Swedish territorial waters in the 1960s were managed and to examine if the handling of them was different depending on whether they were caused by the east or west side. Furthermore, the aim is also to try to categorize and interpret these measures from the two pairs of concepts of deterrence and reassurance and integration and screening.In making it possible to answer the questions, all the reports - 66 altogether - which refers to the incidents which occurred during the years 1962 through 1969, have been studied.

The goal is to identify weak points in the chillchain and to se how wrong temperatures affect the flowers. The results can be a help to secure the chillchain.Method:The work started with a problem; map the distribution of cut flowers with focus on temperature losses. Data was collected on the basis of this problem, then analysed, and finally conclusions were drawn.Conclusions:The affect handling and distribution has on a cut flower is very complex.

Bakgrund: Budget har anvÀnts som planerings- och styrverktyg av svenska företag sedan 50-talet. Budgetens effektivitet har de senaste Ären varit omdiskuterat. Industridesign Àr ett begrepp som anvÀnts sedan 40-talet, dÄ en uppdelning gjordes mellan konstruktion och design. Det har i studier visats att industridesign leder till ett ökat ekonomiskt vÀrde för företag, samtidigt visar budgetstudier att företag bör budgetera för aktiviteter som Àr vÀrdeskapande. Detta till trots finns det lite forskning som behandlar budget och industridesign tillsammans.

This essay studies the christening rites in Church of Sweden and what theological motives that are present herein, and how the current revision of the rites have brought in new theological motives with the basis in the contemporary theological debate about the liturgy and theology surrounding the christening rites.The conclusion of the essay is that the revised christening rites have not included any new motives, but has rather restructured and re-emphasized the motives to adopt the christening rites to the findings of contemporary research regarding the christening..

Min undersökning Àr gjord, pÄ vad man i min kommun kallar SAM-grupper. Dessa SAMgrupper Àr ett samarbete mellan sÀrskolan och grundskolan.Mitt syfte var att ta reda pÄ hur klasslÀrare och förÀldrar upplever att SAM-gruppseleverna utvecklas bÄde kunskapsmÀssigt och socialt. Genom att intervjua personal och förÀldrar fick jag svar pÄ hur de upplever detta. Jag har jÀmfört nÄgra av frÄgorna och bÄde klasslÀrare och förÀldrar har liktydiga svar. Resultatet av min undersökning Àr att samarbetet mellan sÀrskolan och grundskolan gör att eleverna utvecklas vÀl efter var och ens förutsÀttningar.I min analys kan man Àven se att skolan fortfarande har det traditionella sociala synsÀttet.

The aim of this study is to have a deeper understanding about the motivations and the obstacles of an immigrant?s language learning. I have studied the problem with focus on integration and language learning. The study is principally based on deep interviews with Turkish immigrants. I have studied the question by means of a socio-cultural perspective of learning; Mead?s conceptions I, Me and the generalised other; Scheff?s conception, the social bonds and Freire?s conception, dialog and Asplund?s conception social responsiveness.

Small and Medium sized Enterprises (SMEs) within the European Union are currently facing many challenges one being access to financing due to high risk and probability of default, another being cross-border taxation issues with double taxation and information asymmetry. Since the aim within the EU is to be the most competitive and dynamic knowledge-based economy in the world with sustainable economic growth and social cohesion it is essential that the EU operates as a single market. Despite this need, harmonization continues to be far from achieved in the area of direct taxation which also affects the integration and growth opportunities for SMEs. In the Agenda for Entrepreneurship, the Home State Taxation regime, which is based on formula apportionment, has been proposed by the Commission as one option in order to mutually recognize the different Member States? taxation systems to facilitate cross-border activities and reduce ?red-tape?.

Förskolan Àr ofta den första kontakten som nyanlÀnda barn fÄr med det svenska samhÀllet. DÀrför har förskolan en viktig uppgift att fylla i mottagandet av nyanlÀnda barn och deras familjer. LÀroplanen för förskolan (Lpfö98) betonar vikten av att ge barn med utlÀndsk bakgrund stöd i utvecklandet av en dubbel kulturtillhörighet. Syftet med detta examensarbete Àr att klargöra hur förskollÀrare belyser alla barns kulturtillhörighet. Eftersom förskolan spelar en viktig roll för nyanlÀnda barns första tid i ett nytt samhÀlle, vill vi med examensarbetet visa hur betydelsefull förskollÀrares synsÀtt och bemötande Àr.

Besides rising fuel-costs, environmental awareness is very important in today?s society. Hence it is vital to find alternative environmental-friendly motors and replace combustion-engines. Zilent Ocean is an extensive project within Development engineering program at Halmstad University.

Detta arbete var bestÀllt av Sjöfartshögskolan i Kalmar. Skolan ville ha en enhet som kunde mÀta aktiv-, reaktiv- och skenbar effekt, ström, spÀnning, frekvens och cos? pÄ en generator och som kommunicerade vidare dessa vÀrden till en PLC. Detta för att kunna lastfördela lasten mellan ett antal generatorer i kursen TillÀmpad elteknik 15 hp dÀr studenterna bygger en generatorinstallation med tre generatorer. Ett funktionsblock för lastfördelning skulle ocksÄ programmeras.

Syftet med min studie Àr att beskriva arbetsgivares upplevelser och erfarenheter, av arbetet med att integrera anstÀllda med funktionsnedsÀttning i verksamheten. Arbetsgivarna har tagit emot arbetstagare med funktionsnedsÀttning och nedsatt arbetsförmÄga, via sÄ kallad övergÄng frÄn Samhall AB. MÀnniskor med funktionsnedsÀttning har svÄrare att nÄ, fÄ och behÄlla arbete och exkluderas frÄn arbetsmarknaden, vilket regeringen har som ambition att förbÀttra. SamhÀllet ska prÀglas av mÄngfald och allas lika rÀttigheter. Detta innebÀr bland annat allas rÀtt till arbete för en fortsatt vÀlfÀrd.

Det övergripande syftet med denna studie Àr att utveckla kunskap och fÄ en ökad förstÄelse av musikskolan El Sistemas verksamhet i Sverige med utgÄngspunkt i en av El Sistemaskolorna i Göteborg. Det har varit av vikt att utforska huruvida El Sistemas arbetssÀtt och metoder Àr nÄgonting utöver vad som kan sÀgas vara ?vanlig? musikundervisning i musik- och kulturskola. DÀrför har det Àven varit vÀsentligt att sÀtta sig in i skolans bakomliggande idéer och förutsÀttningar. Studiens teoretiska ram Àr inspirerad av sociokulturell teori och genomförandet av etnografisk metod. Resultaten har dock frÀmst framkommit genom kvalitativa intervjuer med fyra pedagoger och sex elever.
