I uppsatsen lÀggs fokus pÄ de fem integrationsdimensionerna, arbetsmarknadsintegration, social integration, medborgerlig integration, boendeintegration samt subjektiv integration dÄ jag betraktar dessa som grundlÀggande för den enskildes fullstÀndiga integration. Min b-uppsats i sociologi behandlade samma Àmne som föreliggande undersökningen. Men koncentrationen lÄg dÄ pÄ de fyra bosniska invandrarnas integration pÄ arbetsmarknaden. Anledningen till att jag har valt att behandla samma problemomrÄde som tidigare Àr att jag Àr intresserad av integrationsfrÄgor Den tidigare forskningen presenterar hur integrationen upplevs och vad det allmÀnt innebÀr.

During spring 2012, six students at the Royal Institute of Technology in Stockholm carried out agroup project in the field of mechatronics as part of the thesis for the bachelor degree. The resultwas a robot with active balancing and the purpose of this report is to describe the development,manufacturing and problems that arose during the project. The finished robot has two wheelsmounted in line with each other, like a bicycle. Measurement data from an accelerometer and agyroscope are used together in a complementary filter for determining the angle from the verticalplane. For balancing, a PID controller was used to control the rotation of a reaction wheel, whenaccelerating causes a straightening torque.

The invisible entrepreneurship is a study of owners of businesses with foreign heritage. It describes the unexplored relationship between ethnicity and class within this group of entrepreneurs.The result of the study is a model which I have found to be suitable to use when depicting the relationship between the ethnic profile and class. The model indicates that the importance of ethnicity decreases as both the owner of, and the business reach a more prominent class. The method of collecting data has been interviews with owners of businesses and Grounded theory has been used to analyse this data. Theories on ethnicity, owners of businesses with foreign heritage, and class in relation to ethnicity have been discussed on the basis of social constructivism.

Den svenska integrationspolitiken har som mÄl att verka för ett samhÀlle dÀr alla mÀnniskor har samma villkor och möjligheter. Trots detta har Sverige blivit ett alltmer segregerat samhÀlle dÀr en stor del av befolkningen lever i utanförskap. Orsaken till den hÀr utvecklingen har inom integrationspolitiken i stor utstrÀckning debatterats av ?experter?, medan de som drabbas av utanförskapet sÀllan fÄr göra sina röster hörda. Syftet med studien Àr att lyfta fram röster frÄn mÀnniskor som befinner sig lÄngt ifrÄn den plats i samhÀllet dÀr integrationspolitiken utformas samt att reflektera kring det sociala arbetets möjligheter att motverka utanförskap och marginalisering.

This study deals with the phenomenon of European integration and its impact on national party programs in Poland, a current member state of the European Union. The author will argue that the question of European integration has left a mark on the political party programs of two mainstream domestic parties on opposite sides of the ideological dimension, in the form of a certain degree of convergence regarding the ?European issue?. Relating the result of the analysis to the theoretical structure of Europeanization and sociological institutional change, the essay will attempt to show a possible link between them. Although this trend does not seem to indicate any dramatic effects of the membership per se in the programs (the national arena seems, in most cases, be of more value for party activities) there is an indirect effect in the form of the presence of Europarties and a pronounced incentive for social and economic adaptation..

The following thesis will examine how a smaller library manages the prioritization of media between Swedish and 'minority language'. We are also interested in the challenges and problems that can occur in such work, as well as how the librarians think about their role in the integration process. We have studied this through several qualitative interviews with librarians as well as earlier related research. The results show that librarians display a high propensity of appreciation related to working with minority languages and consider this an important aspect of their profession ? they fully ingratiate and accept the importance of helping the immigrant population in learning Swedish.

MÄlet med Web Services Àr att skapa hög interoperabilitet, vilket gör denna teknik lÀmplig för e-business. Företag kan specialicera sig pÄ att skapa specifika Web Services. Dessa Web Services kan sedan vara byggstenar Ät andra företags tjÀnster.

Den hĂ€r uppsatsen belyser implementeringen av den svenska integrationspolitiken utifrĂ„n ett nerifrĂ„n-och-upp-perspektiv med avstamp i frontlinjebyrĂ„kratiteorin. Uppsatsen syftar till att jĂ€mföra och beskriva frontlinjebyrĂ„kraters myndighetsutövning, med ett sĂ€rskilt fokus pĂ„ deras arbete med invandrarklienter. FrĂ„gan Ă€r i vad mĂ„n detta skiljer sig mellan de frontlinjebyrĂ„krater som arbetar med invandrarklienter under deras första tid i samhĂ€llet och de som inte gör det. Och vilken betydelse kan detta antas ha för det integrationspolitiska utfallet? Det empiriska materialet har samlats in genom kvalitativa intervjuer med frontlinjebyrĂ„krater inom tvĂ„ kommunala förvaltningsmyndigheter i Örebro.

This bachelor essay studies families that have migrated from countries in Europe to Sweden,and their experiences of adapting to new conditions of the Swedish welfare state. Theirexperiences are studied firstly from an institutional point of view, which refers to the family?s experience of adapting family life to Swedish family social policy. Secondly it focuses how the families experience new norms and values connected to Swedish family social policy. The main aim is to seek what problems families migrating to Sweden might be confronted with when adapting to new conditions of the welfare state.

Under vÄr skolförlagda utbildning har vi varit pÄ olika skolor, dÀr vi sett att lÀrarnas undervisning varierade stort i dessa skolor. Vi undrar varför det Àr sÄ mycket Àmnesstrukturerad undervisning ute pÄ skolorna och varför inte lÀrarna undervisar mer Àmnesintegrerat nÀr vi ser att det finns möjligheter till detta. En av de viktigaste uppgifterna som verksamma lÀrare bör ha, Àr att ge eleverna möjligheter till överblick och sammanhang mellan Àmnen. Syftet med vÄr studie var att undersöka varför lÀrarna integrerar och varför inte lÀrarna integrerar i skolorna. VÄr undersökning grundar sig pÄ telefonintervjuer med 25 lÀrare frÄn tvÄ kommuner.VÄr studie visar att lÀrarna integrerar Àmnena för att eleverna ska förstÄ samband och se helheter.

Syftet med vÄrt arbete var att undersöka vilka möjligheter och hinder det finns för en kunskapssyn dÀr praktisk och teoretisk kunskap integreras i undervisningen. I studien anvÀndes metoden intervju, dÀr nio lÀrare som arbetar i Är 1, Är 3 och Är 6 medverkade. I försök att nÄ syftet valde vi att utgÄ frÄn en tankekarta dÀr lÀrarna berÀttade om sina metoder, sin syn pÄ kunskap, förvÀntningar de kÀnner och vilka drömmar/visioner de har. Resultatet visar att det finns möjligheter i form av positiva lÀrare som vill utvecklas och hitta en vÀg till integration. Hindren som uppkommit kan delas in i tvÄ perspektiv.

Over the last decade, the private insurance market has undergone a stable growth in turnover and growing demand for insurance products in all Member States of the European Union. Therefore, the creation of a single market in insurance will enable consumers to have access to wider choice of insurance products, and insurance companies to gain access to markets in various Member States and compete effectively. The EU legal framework for the insurance industry embraces the Treaty freedoms of services, establishment and capital, the EC Directives and the ECJ case-law. The present thesis identifies numerous factors that hinder the Community insurance market integration and offers possible remedies. The summary of the market obstacles is all-inclusive and reflects the responses to the questionnaires and the Commission surveys.

This thesis has been conducted at Saab Bofors Dynamics AB. The purpose was to investigate if a non-linear missile model could be stabilized when the optimal control signal is computed considering constraints on the control input. This is particularly interesting because the missile is controlled with rudders that have physical bounds. This strategy is called Model Predictive Control. Simulations are conducted to compare this strategy with others; firstly simulations with step responses and secondly simulations when the missile is supposed to hit a moving target.

The aim of the study has been to explore certain aspects of implementation perspectives and to analyse the introduction of an environmental management system called ecoBUDGET in the Municipality of VÀxjö. A framework has been developed through thorough studying of earlier research in the field of policy implementation in public administrations. The framework is made up of the steering relationship between politicians and public administrators, decision making and implementation and the ability, want and understanding of how and why decisions should/could be implemented. By using this framework in combination with interviews held with individuals that host valuable knowledge and experience of the system these questions were to be answered:-What factors in the implementation process of ecoBUDGET can be seen to have facilitated alternativly hindred the integration of the environmental management system within the municipalitys administration and companies?- In what direction has the integration of a sustainable devleopment thinking for the environment thru ecoBUDGET evolved within the organisation?The result came to be that sustainable development and the strive for this is more and more amalgamated in to the everyday work within the municipal organisation and that the environmental management system is likely to have played a part in this..
