Detta examensarbete på C-nivå har genomförts i samarbete med ÅF Infrastruktur AB, Borlänge och syftar till att simulera inomhusklimatet för valda delar inom nybyggnation Experium, Lindvallen samt med hjälp av simuleringarna beräkna effekt- och energibehovet för dimensionering av en fjärrvärmeinstallation alternativt installation av elpanna samt kylcentral.ÅF Infrastruktur AB har uppdragen installationsprojektering samt installationsledning åt beställaren Skistar som skall upprätta Experium. Vilket skall resultera i en upplevelsearena på 17 000 m2 innehållande äventyrsbad, bowlinghall, eventyta samt restauranger mm.Författarens uppgift är att hjälpa ÅF Infrastruktur AB att klimatsimulera eventytan samt bowlinghallen på Experium med ett typiskt dygnsförlopp i beaktande. Då speciellt kolla på operativa temperaturer, relativa fuktigheter samt koldioxidnivån som uppstår i respektive lokal. För dessa simuleringar har datorprogrammet IDA Klimat & Energi 3,0 använts.Simuleringen av ett typiskt dygnsförlopp på eventytan med 3000 personer samtidigt i lokalen på en afterski eller konsert, samt efterföljande 1500 samtidigt sittande personer skall resultera i om projekterat flöde räcker för att upprätthålla ett behagligt inomhusklimat. Simuleringen visar på att 3000 personer på samma gång är i översta laget, 1500 personer är mera realistiskt.Simuleringen av bowlinghallen syftar till att utreda om den relativa fuktigheten som ett bowlinggolv kräver, normalt 40-50 %, upprätthålls utan befuktare under vinterhalvåret.

Detta projekt resulterade i ett säljstöd integrerat med MECADs Ettnoll FV till användning för säljare hos fjärrvärmedistributörer. Arbetet resulterade i en applikation där man manuellt kan rita in en kund i form av en polygon som täcker fastigheten i fråga och därtill ange attribut. Attributen består av information om kunden, dess intresse för fjärrvärme, avtal, bestämda datum för installation samt uträckningar av den effekt kunden är i behov att få till sin fastighet via fjärrvärmen. Behovet av ett integrerat säljstöd finns hos alla företag som säljer och distribuerar fjärrvärme. Dock är det lite olika efterfrågat beroende på hur intresserade företagen är i att effektivisera sina system och på vilket system företaget använder för att hantera sina fjärrvärmenät.

Det bör vara möjligt att skapa verktyg för att beskriva scenarion och med hjälp av tillgänglig mjukvara för visualisering kunna spela upp både verkliga och simulerad bilddata. Detta examensarbete beskriver hur några sådana verktyg tagits fram. Till förfogande fanns en stor mängd bilddata, insamlad på ett militärt övningsområde som dessutom finns representerad som en syntetisk omvärldsmodell. Insamlingen gjordes med en UAV (Unmanned Aerial Vehicle)- prototyp, som var utrustad med videokamera, IR-kamera och tröghetsnavigeringssystem. För att simulerad bilddata skulle få ett verklighetstroget intryck placerades markfordon ut i den syntetiska modellen på exakt samma position som under fältförsöken. Markfordonens position mättes in med DGPS och UAV:ns hastighet, position och rotation bestäms med GPS och tröghetsnavigeringssystem. Resultatet, i form av lagrad tröghetsnavigerings- och sensorstyrnings-data, ges efter en Kalmanfiltrering och blir vanligtvis noggrannare än vad som erhålls från de respektive delsystemen. Tyngdpunkten i arbetet låg i att ta fram Matlab-funktioner som plockar ut rätt vy vid rätt tidpunkt och åskådliggör detta på ett tydligt sätt, samt att placera ut markfordonen enligt de givna koordinaterna.

Most swedish newspapers have a homepage where their news are presented. Existing guidelines describing how to write for the web often recommends you to keep it short and stay objective. But how about longer pieces of content presented in the print version? What will become of reports, interviews and essays as we?ve come to know them as the printed newspaper goes digital?Interviews with representatives of five swedish newspapers shows that the extent to wich content is being published on the web is connected to the overall purpose of the web presence. The fact that many newspapers does not publish longer pieces of text on the web rather seems to be an economic issue, than a matter of good readability.Past studies shows that longer pieces of text may well work on the web, if the reader?s interest is big enough.

Background: Despite the time and money invested in relationships with other companies, it is a fact that many of them fail. Considering this, remarkably little research has been done regarding how inter-organisational relationships are controlled, given that control can function as a solution to the problems involved with collaboration, which arise since such a relation exists in the interface between organisational boundaries, where the companies? often conflicting interests and points of view meet. If one part is stronger than the other in a relationship, the weaker however tends to give way for the stronger?s will.

SammanfattningFörtätning är idag ett högaktuellt begrepp då den svenska befolkningen beräknas passera tio miljoner invånare år 2025. Förtätning innebär att städer växer inåt istället för utåt som trenden länge varit i Sverige. Trollhättans Stad är inget undantag och kommunfullmäktige klubbade 2014-02-10 igenom en ny översiktsplan med tydliga mål om förtätning och en ökad hållbar utveckling. Översiktsplanen slår fast att staden skall öka med 14 000 invånare och att det då behövs byggas 7 000 nya bostäder till år 2030 för att klara behovet. Som svar på översiktsplanen har Eidar AB, som är Trollhättas allmännyttiga bostadsbolag, beslutat att fram till år 2030 producera minst 1 000 nya bostäder.  Syftet med undersökningen har varit att ta reda på vilka förutsättningar Eidar AB har till att förtätat tätorten Trollhättan utan att det behöver innebära att nyproducera bostäder på oanvänd mark, men även hur Eidar AB kan bidra till en hållbar utveckling av Trollhättan.

Increased understanding of the mechanisms that operate in conjunction with the welding of metal surfaces may help to improve existing manufacturing processes, and to enable new products and combinations of materials. The purpose of the project has therefore been to acquire a deeper understanding of what is happening in the bond for steel and for the factors that form the basis for a bond to develop between metals in the production of laminates by pressing. The merge has been done by pressing and the surfaces after the experiments have been studied in detail in the scanning electron microscope (SEM), energy dispersive X-ray spectroscopy (EDX) and with interferenceprofilometry in Wyko, to provide a greater understanding of the mechanisms that influence the bonding in the interface between metals. The project was limited to contain the materials Docol 1000, HyTens 1200, Aluminum AA3003 and a commercial steel. The parameters varied in the experiments to study their influence closer are temperature, pressure, heat treatment and pretreatment. This has been implemented by pressing with varying temperature and pressure.

Industrialization of construction is by some considered to be a solution to the building industry's problems about the lack of quality, high production costs, low productivity and poor environmental adaptation. Meanwhile, industrialized construction partly earned a bad reputation after the million housing program. As large-scale projects where promoted during this period, it worked very well to use the technique of construction elements. In the mid seventies though, criticism arose which claimed that the aesthetic qualities had been deprived in the corporates effort to make housing production as efficient as possible.Tyréns, Derome and CBBT (centre for building and housing in wood) cooperates in a development project to develop a building system for 4-8-storey buildings, consisting of three platforms: a technology platform, an IT platform and a processing platform. The technology platform consists of flexible, industrially built flat modules of wood and from this platform the subsystem stairwells, is broken out.

The most common way to treat wastewater in Sweden today is by a combination of an activated sludge process and a chemical treatment. These processes are not very energy efficient and may not be the most environmentally friendly. That is why it is interesting to evaluate new alternative methods to see if they can be less harmful to the environment and help to a lower resource consumption. New techniques are tested in a pilot installation at Hammarby Sjöstad, Sjöstadsverket. To be able to evaluate these techniques in a wide perspective system analyses are conducted where different impacts can be considered, advantages and disadvantages in the systems.Five system structures for water treatment have been constructed in Matlab/Simulink in this study.

This paper is a study and comparison between the two Wireless LAN (WLAN) standards HiperLAN/2 and IEEE 802.11a. WLANs are used instead or together with ordinary LANs to increase mobility in for example an office. HiperLAN/2 is an European standard developed by ETSI and the IEEEs standard is American. A WLAN-card consists roughly of a Medium Access Control (MAC), Physichal layer (PHY) and an antenna. The antenna is the same for the different standards.

Recent developments suggest that private and public companies are moving towards a more service-oriented business. Service orientation means that hardware is often sold in packages with service agreements, which makes the investment more difficult to assess. The challenges that arise will be to assess the value of the overall package, the information needed to make informed decisions and the operational requirements in combination of hardware, software, support agreements, training and more. The paper therefore aims to examine how decision makers can evaluate the benefits of these investments and obtain a stronger base to make better decisions. There is within the area of radiology in the region of Västra Götaland a pronounced need for a better flow of information regarding medical equipment and related service agreements.

Grubbe Ventilation AB is a sheet metal and ventilation company who provides design, installation, service, and repair of ventilation. The company is expanding their business by building a new facility in Umeå, Västerbotten. The property is designed to be used for both office and industrial work.Grubbe Ventelation AB has not yet decided upon wish system which is to be established to provide the building with heating and cooling. The consulting firm Umeå Projekt Team has therefore been asked to investigate the possibilities to invest in geothermal- heating and cooling.If the investigation of a geothermal heating- and cooling system would provide favorable results it would be a very appropriate alternative that provides energy at low costs and are an environmentally friendly option as the energy comes from stored solar energy in the ground is provided by stored solar energy in the ground.The facility ´s heating and cooling consumptions are calculated in the program BV2 and the result indicate a heating demand of 185 000 kWh per year due to thermal transmittance, transmission losses, heating of warm water and a cooling requirement of 5500 kWh.Three different systems of geothermal heating and cooling were tested in the computer program Energy Earth Design. The results show no difference in the dimensioning of the drill hole if merely heating were to be used or both heating and cooling were to be established.

Like several of her female peers, Marie Under (1883 - 1980) has been denied the international acclaim she deserves. The earliest text on Marie Under in swedish told of her greatness, but in classical fallic maner reduced her poetic production by marking it with pathological symtoms. Though latter texts by author Enel Melberg have put a feminist perspective on Unders work, the theoretical complexity of her poetic images and language, and its polemic relation to contemporary literary currents, has yet to be recognised. This study will seek to portrait Marie Under and her poetry in this new light.The study moves from an installation of Marie Under in the modern discourse she so far has been estranged from, to an analysis of her earlier works (in the 1910?s and 1920?s).

The demand for shorter lead-times and increased delivery reliability puts pressure on companies to provide more efficient logistic services. One strategy to deal with this demand is by outsourcing logistics to a third part. The development of logistics information systems enables increased control over business supply chains. This is why Green Cargo aims to create a Logistics Control Tower (LCT) solution to provide it?s customers with better information with higher availability.
