The purpose of this study is to investigate how the Swedish newspaper Sportbladet watches over the Olympic games in Sotji, 2014. This study aims to find out why certain topics is more popular writing about and why others are not. The study also analyses the news distribution in terms of gender and nationalism.To find answers to this questions, a quantitative content analyses was used.  The results is based on 220 texts collected from eleven days news reporting in Sportbladet. Ice hockey and cross-country skiing was, without a doubt, the most popular sports according to news, interest and reporting. These two sports occupied a great deal of space in the newspaper and also had most articles.Furthermore, this study shows the domination of men amongst news pages according to both space and frequency in Sportbladet during the Olympic games in Sotji. In spite of that fact, women was assigned more space in the news paper throughout the Olympic games compared to the daily reporting.

Syftet med studien är att öka förståelsen för hur K3-företagen valde att göra (de facto) vid värdering av förvaltningsfastigheter under räkenskapsåret 2014. Vidare avser studien att undersöka om det finns faktorer som kan förklara vilka likheter och olikheter som finns för företagen gällande redovisning av informationen kring verkligt värde på förvaltningsfastigheter Studien är genomförd med en kvantitativ metod där en dokumentstudie använts för att studera årsredovisningar från företag som ingår i studien. Resultatet i denna studie visar på ett flertal faktorer som påverkar i vilken utsträckning K3-företagen väljer att lämna ytterligare upplysningar utöver vad som står i K3-regelverket i noten om verkligt värde på förvaltningsfastigheter. Studien visar även på faktorer som påverkar företagens val av värderingsmetod vid fastställandet av verkligt värde på förvaltningsfastigheter. Vidare forskning inom området kan innebära att en undersökning görs för att ta reda på vad redovisare anser om K3-regelverket i allmänhet och upplysningsnoten på verkligt värde i synnerhet. Forskning kan även göras gällande andra faktorer som inte finns med i denna studie, som exempelvis genomsnittligt verkligt värde per kvadratmeter. .

Valet 2014 var första gången som kvällstidningarna, Aftonbladet och Expressen, producerade partiledardebatter - något som SVT och TV4 tidigare gjort. Studien utgår från ett konkurrensperspektiv och hur medieföretagen konkurrerar på olika marknader, där de bland annat vill få många tittare och ha hög trovärdighet. När medieföretagen producerar partiledardebatter kan de ha olika strategier, dels genom vilken publik de vänder sig till, dels genom hur de utformar själva programmen.

The first aim of this study is to examine what the differences are between the Classic directive (directive 2004/18/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council of 31 March 2004 on the coordination of procedures for the award of public works contracts, public supply contracts and public service contracts) and the Revised Classic directive (directive 2014/24/EU of the European Parliament and of the council of 26 February 2014 on public procurement and repealing Directive 2004/18/EC) when it comes to social considerations in public procurement. The second aim is to examine if the revision of the directive has solved the prior existing problems regarding social considerations in public procurement. In this paper a traditional European legal method is used. The examinations show a number of things, including the Revised Classic directive involving codification of case law, references to other sources of law and some clarified rules as well as new provisions. The regulations regarding reserved contracts, technical specifications, and selection criterion are satisfied in the Revised Classic directive.

Bakgrund: Marknadsanomalier har länge varit ett omdiskuterat ämne på aktiemarknader, en marknadsanomalie vilken denna uppsats har undersökt är listeffekter. Listeffekter är effekter som uppstår i samband med att företag förflyttas från en lista till en annan lista på en börs. Genom åren har det tagits fram möjliga förklarande teoretiska hypoteser till listeffekter, vilka är Efficient Market Hypothesis, Information Signaling Hypothesis, Price Pressure Hypothesis, Imperfect Substitution Hypothesis, Investor Awareness Hypothesis och Liquidity Hypothesis. Olika börser har olika regler för listindelning av företag och indelningen kan ha betydelse för aktiens förutsättningar. För att studera listeffekter genom listförändringar är det en fördel om listeffekten kan studeras i en miljö där det går att kontrollera för ny information.

Denna studie har underso?kt hur Israel- Palestina konflikten kartlagts i de tva? dagstidningarna Dagens Nyheter (Sverige) och The New York Times (USA). Fra?gan som besvarats a?r hur rapporteringen i artiklarna under tva? utvalda ma?nader (juni-juli 2014) sett ut, utifra?n teorier om krigs- och fredsjournalistik, mediernas roll som opinionsbildare, narrativitet och fo?renkling av konflikter. Materialet besta?r av totalt 158 artiklar, 62 fra?n Dagens Nyheter och 76 fra?n The New York Times.

AbstractThe banking industry has during later years gone through several technological changes (Svenska Bankföreningen 2014). These big changes have led to several advantages seen both from a customer ? and corporate point of view. Advantages in easier usage, increased availability and more competition have made the banks more cost effective at the same time as the customer is being offered better prices. Even though the advantages seem to weigh over the disadvantages there are still those who thinks that things where ?better in the past?.

This report is written in the purpose to investigate the mechanical forces and characteristics related to a propeller driven aircraft in the Earth?s atmosphere. The purpose of this paper is to explore to what extent some Swedish bishops (1972-2014), mainly archbishops, were influenced by postmodernity as described by Lyotard in his report La Condition postmoderne (1979).This report had a tremendous impact on the western cultural and philosophical debate in general during the very end of the twentieth century. I am trying to find out if this impact could also be observed in the religious sphere and particularly in the Church of Sweden. My theory used, is mainly based on the ideas presented in La Condition postmoderne and my method is a hermeneutical reading of eight pastoral letters. These letters were written during the time that the Church of Sweden transformed from being an officially recognized national church to a free church among other free churches and in this respect ended to be a part of the official governmental power. The terms postmodernism or post-modernity were scarcely used at all in the pastoral letters but on the other hand the bishops seemed to share many of the ideas that Lyotard presented, such as the view on the metahistory/metanarrative and the connection of knowledge to power, the necessity of dialogue and openness and the importance and the role of creating and maintaining language games..

Den här uppsatsen har syftet att redogöra för om inhyrning från bemanningsföretag inskränker företrädesrätten till återanställning för arbetstagare som blivit uppsagda på grund av arbetsbrist. Sedan legaliseringen av bemanningsbranschen i Sverige har den blivit väl etablerad. Idag består Arbetsgivar- och branschorganisationen bemanningsföretagen av cirka 500 medlemsföretag och sätter årligen 172 000 personer i arbete. Den omfattning som bemanningsbranschen idag har gör det angeläget att undersöka hur branschen påverkar arbetstagares anställningsskydd, framförallt hur rbetsgivare genom inhyrning av personal kringgår företrädesrätten till återanställning för arbetstagare som blivit uppsagda på grund av arbetsbrist. Det har visat sig ovanligt förekommande att arbetsgivare hyr in personal istället för att återanställa arbetstagare med företrädesrätt.
