The core process is responsible for internal business development and is the process that runs through the organization and the results which creates a value for the customer. Some research suggests that identification of the client's conscious or unconscious needs clarifying the so-called core process in the organization and operations can thus be more effective. The study aims to identify and analyze the experience of the core process within child health care. The method has been interviews with nine managers and 10 clinic nurses in a county. The results show a lack of knowledge regarding core process and process work.

In Sweden most public libraries give users access to databases. These databases are sometimes possible to reach outside the library by internet at any time and this provides a change for the library and the society. Librarians function as change agents when they give access to databases and when databases are introduced to users. However, reports show that the use of databases, especially those in English, is not high in reference work. This study aims at analysing attitudes of librarians to access and use of databases on and by public libraries.

Denna uppsats behandlar första fasen i produktutvecklingsprocessen, det vill säga Fuzzy Front End (FFE). FFE är perioden från att det finns en möjlig idé och företaget anser att den är värd att utforska ytterligare, till dess att idén är godkänd och företaget är redo för att börja utveckla samt investera i projektet. I litteraturen anses denna fas som kritisk därför att den är problematisk samt avgörande för företagets fortsatta aktiviteter inom FFE. Forskningen har visat att det finns ett samband, att om företaget effektiviserar FFE bidrar det till framgång för den nya produkten. Det finns liten förståelse vad som verkligen försiggår i FFE fasen och i denna Litteratur Review har 12 stycken teman identifieras för att redogöra för FFE.

Survey´s purpose is to illustrate why and how the process happened, when the seferades had to move from Spain in the last years of 15th century to the Ottoman Empire and how the authors have discussed this. How the seferades were treated by the Turks and the sultan, how teh Jews taught the people in the empire, to use the new innovations. The different results showed that the ottomans also gave great chances to the Jews and they became a powerful group of the palace in the empire.The results also showed that the authors are divided into two groups, one group defending the sultans act, and the others are not. The main reason for the ottomans to open their doors for the seferades was to take advantage of their konwledge. The reason for the attack by the western authors on the sultan´s decisions, are more complex and needs to be explained.

The material is analyzed using descriptive tools, cross tables and correlation matrices in which general characteristics as well as individual understandings of the network communication are presented and discussed.Main results: The general results indicate that the network communication serves important purposes, such as providing support and motivation for the members and changing attitudes towards equal opportunities. The analysis suggests that the network members have good communicative possibilities to serve as agents of change within their organisations. The aim of this study is to examine the investment decision process for investments that arise due to strategic changes and are of strategic importance to the company. At the foundation of this study is the previous research in this area, done by King (1975) and Bower (1970), which examines the investment process on a more generic level. At the core is the investment decision process pertaining to Projekt X, an investment performed by NordiCorp. Having conducted a case study including six interviews with employees from various parts of the organization, combined with a large number of internal documents, the process regarding the investment decision was carefully illuminated. The results show that in many regards, this process follows the more generic investment process.

Den kanske mest markanta skillnaden mellan människan och övriga djurarter är förmågan att skapa idéer. Utifrån hennes tidigare erfarenheter skapar människan en föreställning om hur någonting hon inte tidigare upplevt kan komma att se ut. Det kan röra sig om allt från en social händelse, till en fysisk aktivitet, till en ny produkt. Denna process pågår kontinuerligt i våra liv utan att vi tänker på hur unik den. Förmodligen är idéskapande något så självklart i vår vardag att vi förbigår att reflektera kring fenomenet i sin helhet.

Område: Utvecklingen idag går allt snabbare vilket gör att företag behöver bli mer konkurrenskraftiga, ett sätt att bli det är genom innovation. Det kräver ett aktivt ställningstagande och ett sätt att genomföra detta är med hjälp av innovationsprocesser. Ett annat konkurrensverktyg som blir alltmer viktigt är design. Dessa två begrepp går att bryta ner i en rad faktorer och kan ses ur flera persektiv.Syfte:  Syftet med denna uppsats är att förstå skillnader och likheter mellan innovations- och designprocesser samt se hur de kan komplettera varandra.Metod: Vi har använt oss av en kvalitativ metod och har genomfört intervjuer med tre olika företag. Dessa tre företag har sedan analyserats och jämförts med teori och med varandra.

To implement an ERP-system is not an easy process. The success of the implementation depend on many different variables. The most important one is perhaps the requirement process, to define what the organization wants and expects from the system. In this study, the advantages of a process mapping are examined, in relation to the phase where the requirements are expressed in an ERP-implementation. The conclusion is that a process mapping generates an increased communication with the supplier of the ERP-system, hence the business knows their processes and thereby what they want from the system.

For innovative organizations and companies it is essential to use existing knowledge to avoid spending time and resources on already existing innovations. By using patent information, companies are able to get a picture of what is already done in their area of interest. The main purpose of the study is to examine the information use in small and medium-sized enterprises that are members of the Swedish Inventor?s Association, focusing on patent information. The study examines the use of patent information and which barriers the companies have to patent information.

Anställda arbetstagare och arbetsgivare har sedan 1949 genom lag (1949:345) om rätt till arbetstagares uppfinningar haft rättigheter och skyldigheter avseende arbetstagares uppfinningar, men lagen har inte nyanserats i takt med att uppfinningar allt oftare tillkommer utanför traditionella anställningsförhållanden. Andra rättsområden som inte har till ursprungligt syfte att reglera uppfinnares ersättning tillämpas idag i tvister som rör utanförstående arbetstagare, eftersom patenträtten och uppfinnarrätten inte innefattar några regleringar som rör utanförstående arbetstagares uppfinningar. I uppsatsen utreds huruvida ytterligare reglering är motiverad.Uppsatsen inleds med att ge en inblick i tillvägagångssättet för hur ett patent söks som följs av en utredning av arbetstagarbegreppet för att sedan övergå till en utredning kring rättsläget. Vidare utreds vad ett förvärv egentligen avser och hur ersättningsnivåerna bestäms enligt lag och avtal. För att ge en större inblick i rättsläget ges exempel på domslut och skiljedomar.
