Företag upprättar hållbarhetsredovisningar för att kommunicera graden av ansvarstagande till omvärlden. Även fast utformningen av hållbarhetsredovisningar är frivillig finns det olika riktlinjer för att se till att det som redovisas är relevant. En metod är att föra dialog med företagets intressenter. Åsikter om företag och verksamhetsaktiviteter kan skilja sig beroende på vem man frågar.

Within literature, politics and science, there is a claim that ?tree avenues are important?. But the question and the goal for this essay are to explore the pretext to how and why. Planting tree avenues is a 4000 year old tradition and they are a common element in the Swedish and Scanian landscape since the 18th century. They were first mainly planted by aristocratic land-owners or on their Initiative, but since the 19th century also by farmers.

The purpose of this essay is to illustrate immigrants? and refugees? thoughts and experiences of the process of integrating into Swedish society and to examine which social networks foster the process. The main questions in the study are: * What experiences enable refugees and immigrants to become integrated and fully participating members of the Swedish society?* What is the importance of the social networks with regards to integration into Swedish society? A qualitative method was used and five interviews were completed with SFI (Swedish for immigrants) students. The study shows that knowledge of Swedish language promotes an Initiative in contacting native Swedes, and it also determines the success of integration.

Samtalsanalys som intervention med en ungdom som använder bliss

 Conversation Analysis (CA) is a tool to facilitate analysis of everyday conversations. A small number of studies have used CA as an intervention for people with aphasia and have seen positive effects as an outcome of the intervention. The authors of the present study have not found any other studies where CA was used as an intervention in other target groups. The purpose of this study was to investigate if CA may be used in intervention with an adolescent who uses Bliss. The main participants in the present study, which the intervention was based upon, were a sixteen year old girl who communicates through Bliss, and her assistant.

The logistic business Svenska Retursystem AB was founded by the Swedish retail sector in the year 2000, and their introduction of a grey plastic crate to the supply chain for perishable goods changed the situation for the swedish horticultural sector. The new system revealed several challenges to be tackled by all actors, from the small family firm to the bigger organisations. Whereas the Initiative comes from the customer himself, from the horticultural sector ?s point of view, a refusal of the new packing is a hard decision to take. It is however interesting that a comparison between the two systems, shows in favour of the corrugated board boxes, not only concerning environmental aspects but also for economical and ergonomical reasons.

-------------------------- 4AbstractThis study is a qualitative case study in order to delineate how visible learning processes in the classroom. The study draws its theory from researcher John Hattie's findings about effective teaching. Data collection is taken from a class in grade 2 in a medium-sized Swedish municipality. The result demonstrates how the communication takes place in the classroom based on the teacher's strategies and planning in relation to pupils' interests and their own Initiative. Is there a mutual feedback between teachers and students while teaching? From five perspectives, and the definition of what visible learning is all about, the results shows many good examples of excellent teaching.

Traditional retouching, where you make the body of a female model in a magazine thinner, has been common for a long time and is well known. Several studies indicates that showing ultra-thin images of female bodies in media can lower the body satisfaction of ?ordinary? women which in some cases can lead to dangerous eating disorders. But in 2010 Swedish female magazine VeckoRevyn introduced a new type of retouching: Making some catwalk models bodies bigger instead, which we decided to call opposite retouching. This kind of retouching is aiming to widen the ideal picture that is sent out of how the female body should look like, and therefore having the readers reach a higher body satisfaction and becoming more at peace with the own body.

The purpose of this study is to give an overview about iron fortification from the view of technique and health. Example of a technical aspect is different iron compounds which are used for fortification like ferrous sulfate, ferrous fumarate and elemental iron. In the aspect of health the big question is if iron fortification can improve the health in reducing the prevalence of anemia. The study focuses on flour fortification with iron in Egypt and Iran and involves a literature study with scientific articles. Also information from WHO (World Health Organization), FAO (Food and Agriculture Organization) and FFI (Flour Fortification Initiative) are used.Fortification means an intentionally increasing of the content of micronutrient in foods with the aim to improve the food quality and deliver a nutritional benefit to the consumer.

Intresset kring miljö och etik samt vilket ansvar som företag tar har växt allt mer bland olika intressentgrupper. Utvecklingen har lett till att information kring hållbarhetsarbete och ansvarstagande kommit att redovisas och informeras ut till intressenter via en hållbarhetsredovisning. Allt fler svenska företag, främst större, har kommit att ta stöd av ramverket Global Reporting Initiative (GRI) och dess riktlinjer G3 vid denna typ av redovisning. För att uppnå meningsfullhet kring hållbarhetsarbetet och redovisningen av detta är det viktigt att engagera sina intressenter i företagets verksamhet, något som kan göras via en intressentdialog. Funderingar kring intressentdialogens Vem? Hur? Vad? och Varför? uppstod.

Global Reporting Initiative : Om balans mellan positiv och negativ information i svenska börsnoterade företag

Företag och organisationer påverkar den värld vi lever i bland annat genom att sysselsätta individer och producera varor men även genom att förbruka resurser. I takt med allmänhetens ökade miljö- och klimatmedvetenhet har trycket på att företag ska ta ansvar ökat. En väl använd term i sammanhanget är corporate social responsibility (CSR) som tar sikte på företags ansvar i samhället. Utifrån dessa förändringar har företag börjat redovisa sitt miljö-, ekonomi- och sociala arbete i särskilda hållbarhetsredovisningar. I uppsatsen undersöks svenska börsnoterade företags miljöredovisning och specifikt miljöredovisningen som är en del i Global Reporting Initiatives (GRI) ramverk för hållbarhetsredovisning.

Tio steg för lyckad amning : En granskning av en BB-avdelning i Mellansverigeoch hur de uppfyller UNICEF/WHO´s mål för en amningsvänlig vård

Syftet med denna studie var att undersöka om en BB-avdelning i Mellansverige uppfyllde UNICEF/WHO´s kriterier för en amningsvänlig vård, samt att jämföra resultaten med tidigare utvärderingar från åren 1996, 1997, 1998 och 2002. Syftet var också att undersöka vad som påverkat mammorna i beslutet att vilja amma. Amningsvänlig vård utgår från ?Tio steg till lyckad amning? och är en global amningsstrategi. Studien genomfördes i form av intervjuer med 40 nyförlösta mammor samt 22 intervjuer med personal.
