This bachelor thesis concerns a region in central Turkey ? Cappadocia - and its need of a sustainable tourism development. A town called Ürgüp is located in the centre of this region, which mainly consist of a rich geographic, cultural and historic access.Our focus in this essay will be concerning Ürgüp and the importance of a sustainable tourism development. Our intensions are to examine what Ürgüp has to offer as a tourist locality and how Ürgüp can maximise its visitors through a sustainable development. We also examine how the locality can be developed in a tourist perspective.

I Sverige finns det ett stort antal skogsfastigheter som årligen ska genomgå generationsskifte, det vill säga överlåtas inom familjen. Vid ett generationsskifte uppstår vanligen problem av ekonomisk karaktär, där både överlåtare och mottagare av skogsfastigheten är intresserade av att minimera skattekostnaden, vid tidpunkten för överlåtelsen. Dock är det viktigt att även ta hänsyn till den framtida ekonomiska situationen för både överlåtare, mottagare och eventuella syskon. Syftet med denna studie är utreda vilka för- och nackdelar som finns med olika överlåtelseformer vid generationsskiften av olika typer av skogsfastigheter. Målet med studien är att finna ett bidrag till rådgivningsunderlag som fungerar för skogsfastigheter med olika familjesituationer och ekonomiska förutsättningar. För att genomföra denna studie har en litteraturgenomgång angående skatteregler som påverkar ett generationsskifte, samt de olika överlåtelseformerna, genomförts.

The quality of bread wheat is a large subject to study. The quality rests on two legs. Renal dysplasia in dogs is a severe kidney disease that causes great suffering for the affected individual. The disease disturbs the development of the kidneys which leads to an immature microscopic structure of the kidney and smaller kidneys than normal. A dog with renal dysplasia only lives between 4 and 24 months, because of kidney failure. There are different ways to establish a diagnosis, but the most common way today is to take a renal biopsy. In a scientific study, ultrasound based diagnosis was shown to match the histopathological picture of the disease.

Renal dysplasi (RD) is a congenital chronic renal disease affecting young dogs. It is a rather common disease that occurs in a large number of dogs and in some breeds there is a familiar incidence or suspected hereditary background. Both the etiology and pathogenesis are still unknown, but a theory about the cause of RD is that the two components that form the kidney, the uretheric bud and the metanephrogenic blastema, don´t interact normally in the embryo. Kidneys affected by RD contain fetal (immature) structures that are inappropriate for the state of development/age of the dog and abnormal structures caused by an abnormal differentiation.
