We were accepted to the field study Dignity and therefore chose to write our thesis in connection with it. Our subject is the oasis of Siwa in Egypt. The society has long been isolated, and therefore, the city has been able to preserve their handicraft methods and values. We chose to study the Ecological and Handicraft Development Center, which is a newly opened center for craft production. We wanted to see how the centre could use storytelling as a marketing strategy.

Sedan jämförde vi resultatet från intervjuerna och enkätundersökningen med vad teoretikerna anser för att se om det överensstämmer med resultatet. Resultat & slutsats: Vi tycker att det har varit ett intresseväckande arbete att följa Länsförsäkringarnas tillvägagånssätt om hur de bemöter kunderna och relationen till dem.

During thousands of years, reindeer have adapted to living under harsh conditions with large seasonal variations in climate and forage availability. This adaptation implies that body functions and nourishment needs are strongly bound to the season. In the summer the reindeer has to maximize food intake to build up fat and protein reserves for the winter. More than 200 different plant species are included in the reindeer diet, but since reindeer have an unique ability to use the nourishment in lichen, different lichen species make up a large portion of their winter diet in many areas. Fundamental for reindeer husbandry is access to natural grazing during most of the year.

Jag har velat ta reda på om fler människor är för dödsstraff idag jämfört med hur många det brukar vara, vilket hävdats i media, eller om den höga opinionen beror på det sätt som frågorna ställts. Jag har också velat ta reda på vad som ligger bakom folks ställningstagande för eller mot dödsstraffet. Jag har använt mig av en enkät och ett antal intervjuer för att senare kvalitativt analysera både enkäten och intervjuerna. Dessutom har jag tagit mig friheten att jämföra mina kvalitativa enkätsvar med två andra - kvantitativa - undersökningar; jag har inte varit intresserad av att se mina resultat i form av procent i förhållande till de andra, det som varit av intresse för mig har varit att se om sättet att svara skiljer sig om frågan ställs annorlunda.

In the 1960s and 70s a large growth in part-time work amongst women in the Swedish labour market took place. A net inflow of workers into the labour market has been suggested as the main source. However, part-time work is still a common phenomenon among Swedish women; in 2004 almost 40% of all women worked part-time, and women are clearly dominating the part-time sector. A gradual changeover from house work to market work is hardly a valid explanation anymore.

Bakgrunden till rapporten var att det företag som medverkat i studien ville utveckla ett grundmönster för damkappor. Syftet med arbetet blev därför att utarbeta ett grundmönster med två ärmtyper som graderas mellan storlek 32-50, samt konstruera en kappmodell från samma grund. Utöver detta skulle även detaljkonstruktioner och specifikationer utformas. Frågeställningarna som styrde arbetet kretsade därför kring hur man på bästa sätt tar fram detta.All konstruktion utfördes i Lectra´s Modaris. För att ta fram grundmönstret jämfördes två arbetssätt för att sedan välja en av de grunder som konstruerats.

My final essay is a design proposal for a schoolyard that pertains to the senses. The proposal consists of an illustration plan and this paper. The design proposal takes start in sense stimulation to create a varied environment. The title leads to the concept ?surprisingly predictable?.

I samtal med andra, klienter och professionella inom socialt arbete, uppmärksammades bristen av stöd till pappor med missbruksbakgrund. Litteraturstudier visade att det inte fanns så mycket kunskap om pappornas behov och därför fanns heller inte kunskapen om hur stödjande insatser skulle utformas.Syftet med studien var att undersöka och beskriva vilka behov av stöd i faderskapet som pappor med missbruksbakgrund har under barnets uppväxttid samt att se om det utifrån undersökningens resultat går att ge rekommendationer som kan användas till att utveckla innehållet i riktade stödinsatser till pappor med missbruksbakgrund. Utifrån detta syfte formulerades sex frågeställningar: Vilket behov av stöd upplever papporna att de har?, Vad har de upplevt hindrat dem från att vara den pappa de önskar vara?, Önskar de få stöd i faderskapsrollen?, Vilken sorts stöd önskar de?, Av vem önskar de få stöd? och När är de mest öppna för att söka och ta emot stöd?Den teoretiska referensramen är hämtad ur stödforskningen. Som en hjälp att integrera teori och resultat användes Blomdahl Frejs illustration av social-humanistisk socialpedagogik.Studien är kvalitativ och tio kvalitativa intervjuer genomfördes med pappor med missbruksbakgrund.
